On todays visit I was concerned to overhear the management discussing their plan to keep the good deals for themselves. (Read on for details)I have always been a fan of Dollar Tree. The great deals that I have been able to acquire over the years have helped us to feed our family, care for our things, and have toys for the kids on our limited budget.The thoughts that we, for a dollar per item and the work of dealing with a few outwardly unhappy employees, may be able to find a value has always been the appeal. This is why I was so bothered today when I realized that the managers in this store are basically going out of their way to grab the BEST deals for themselves.During my shopping trip, I overheard the following:Stephen and Amber were walking to the office.Stephen said, They sell for $5 a pack online.Amber replied, Well, what do you want to do? Put them in the truck (may have said trunk)? And then the door closed behind them.Now, I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt that these two are paying the $1 per item for whatever it is that they are getting. Heck, I am 100% sure that they are not breaking any rules at all by doing this. I do not expect that they should have any penalty at all. I mean, why not take advantage of the opportunity if you are in their position? The two of them are clearly comfortable discussing this in front of staff and customers. They are not breaking rules or laws, so why not? Its just frustrating when you hear it. All I am saying is that I will not be going to this store with the hope to find amazing deals anymore, and you probably shouldnt hope to find the best deals either.

Good deals on greeting cards and party supplies, but chronically understaffed. Be prepared to wait in a long line at check out. Approached a manager today about opening another check out line and he gruffly let me know that his priority was to unload a delivery truck so I left the store without purchasing anything.

The dollar tree paper be costing 1.00. Good price and the potato chips be reseasonable. Good service.

Visited store at 5:58 pm and it was closed . Seen at least 4 workers inside .

It’s a large dollar tree (space wise) but not great inventory. Maybe blame it on COVID? Don’t think so since I’ve been to other locations that stocked up better. It’s neat and organized, but cashiers can be a bit rude. I bought a product that was opened and used by someone else, and even with the receipt they wouldn’t exchange it. It’s not about the dollar, it’s about being cheated and the company having rude employees.Also, they should make the doors automatic. You need to push your way in and out twice thorough very hard doors.

One of the better DTs in the area. Popular items go quickly here so you may have to visit early and often to find the seasonal items you are looking for.

The cashier Rachel is extremely rude, throws your items, nods her head no to everything. She’s on her personal cell while being on the floor, she really hates her job!

One of the nicer locations. The staff is super cool there and they have a lot of things that all cost a dollar, my favorite almonette cookies are always in stock here.

Always great items here, especially around the holidays for decorating. This is one of the better Dollar Tree stores: spacious, well stocked, and kept clean.

Manager was making ignorant comments out loud about customers shopping at 7:50pm. Very unprofessional!!!

This Dollar Tree is the better out of the two in town. The store manager is always very nice when there. The cashier is always nice, friendly and cheerful when I am in. He recognizes me every time I am in. I may be there too much.This store is usually pretty clean and I can find what I am looking for.

At this store they have really good stuff

Vegetables and fruits are fresh. However, the parking lot is always busy. Especially, many people drive wrong direction in the parking lot, so be careful.

Everything truly a dollar and they have this ginger pop that is exclusive apparently to this dollar tree. Great service

Omg.....this is the cleanest and well stocked Dollar Tree I have ever been to. They have so many things that most stores do not have. I would drive all the way out there to shop at this store.

They just remodeled the store and have a much larger selection of items. Additionally the store is more organized than before. Of course everything is still just a buck!

I stopped at this location to grab some juice. Once in the aisle, I asked the manager Stephen if the juice was 100%? He rudely responded I doubt it, did you really think you could get 100% juice for a dollar? Im sure there was a better way to answer my question. A simple no would have been just fine. Stephen is rude and unprofessional and unfit to be anyones MANAGER.

The newly remodeled store is clean and well stocked. Lots of good deals and seasonal finds.

Usually I can depend on going to dollar tree to get some supplies that Im needing, but they NEVER have anything stocked and the place is a mess and boxes are everywhere and I can NEVER get to anything and no one is ever around when I need assistance. So unclean and unorganized and a waste of my gas just to drive up the street and they not have anything that I need. Probably wont be back for a while🤷🏽‍♀️

I was just at the dollar tree and simply ask a question to the lady stocking the tupperware.. Before I even finish my question the lady cut me off rudely this is all we have, I didnt even finish my question.. I just left.. very bad customer service..

They have a refrigerated unit for cold item dollar choices. Super friendly staff, plus a HUGE lot for parking. Not the largest Dollar Tree in the area though like on 111th or near Ogden/Route 30 in Naperville.
