I was a little hesitant when we walked in because of how small the shop was, I didn’t think I would be able to get what I wanted. But boy was I wrong! We got INCREDIBLE breakfast sandwiches at a great price! The staff was so friendly, the food was so good! Highly recommend!!

Busy Sunday morning. Slammed with a long line, phone orders, app orders and text orders. It is a a lot to be handling all at once and everyone was working very hard. Witnessed an angry customer but your staff was very polite and kept working hard. Thanks for always having the best bagels!

Good bagel store, fresh food and friendly staff. I like them. The only downfall is their delivery. It’s horrible! Ordered twice through GrubHub. Sandwiches forgotten (this morning…yet order slip was in bag) Incorrect cream cheese on bagel. It’s maddening. I mean how hard it it to read off an order slip? If you want B&B go there and pickup bcz all you’re doing is wasting your time (and money) if you order through GrubHub bcz clearly no one reads and checks orders there before they send out. Ownership needs to tighten their reins.

Tuna melt w lettuce tomato on toasted rye was amazing

It seems like there is a new owner every other week at this place and the bagels never seem to have the consistency you would expect from your local mom and pop bagel shop.

I order from this bagel shop every day, they are excellent, best around. They made some home made cream cheeses like chocolate chip and various flavors right on premises and they are to die for. They bake their own bagels. A+ Love you guys!!

My favorite bagel place since I was a kid and it was called hot bagels and we used go at 2am and get hot bagels. Everything bagel with chicken salad is the way to go here

Like someone else said; they arent supposed to be handling food...then money...then food again with the same gloves. That alone makes sure customers never come back.

Most congenial bagel and deli place around. The food is always fresh. Service is fast. Nice selection of bagels and sandwiches! Brian, the owner, is really a good guy! They have another location in Middle Island for those who live that way.

This place has great egg sandwiches, bagels and salads. Lots of different cream cheeses to choose from. Everyone is pretty nice there. The only con is the place is always packed, but the staff is pretty fast. I usually get a bagel and i get it pretty fast despite the line, but you will be waiting a bit for an egg sandwich which are pretty amazing.

Great bagels n coffee

Good bagels and they know it but do not seem to care about their customers or retaining them. Had a coupon for free bagels with purchase. Waited on long mothers day line and when I presented the coupon I was told they would not honor it. I inquired as to why as there is no exclusions on the coupon and was told just not going to honor it because it is a holiday. Now I understand if that is the policy but it should be written somewhere and if not either honor the coupon or at least nicely offer something else. How about another coupon for another day or an I am sorry. I got neither other than a rude man, claims to be the owner , who was only interested in taking my money and getting the next persons. I go to b and b for breakfast before work 2 ,3 times a week. NOT ANYMORE. there is plenty of other bagel places who would love my money. Unlike his coupons my money is good anywhere at anytime.

Bagels are exceedingly small and taste very dry, feels like they’re missing an ingredient that makes them fluffier/chewier. I have tried a couple times too so it wasn’t a single batch issue. Still on a quest for a good bagel after moving to this part of LI. For those who think these are good, first, I’m sorry, and second don’t go to another bagel store when you’re not in town because you will realize what you have been eating all these years.

I’ve been a regular here for six years. Their bagels are delicious. I prefer them over Strathmore bagels. In the 6 years I’ve been coming here there was confusion once where I took the wrong bag and the next day I went back they didn’t charge me. Employees are all very nice and it does get very busy and seems like they do the best job possible to keep up with the pace. If you like tasty bagels and food, I highly recommend this place.

Their bagels taste great and their Cranberry Walnut Cream cheese is well worth the trip. For those who like savory reach for the Jalapeno Cream cheese spread.

Best bagels in this area of Long Island, period. Their staff is incredible, amazing young kids working hard while going to school. They even have text orders. I am a Sunday regular of this place and I wouldnt change it for any other. They used to have mid age guy with a bitter attitude but I think now he is gone which makes the place even better.

Good bagel place. Load the Groupon app as they have a cash back offer whenever you buy anything there. Staff needs to be educated a little more in customer service because nine times out of ten someone always has an attitude whenever I either go there or call in an order.

All it takes is a bad experience from a bad employee to ruin the rating of an entire store.. Some people I can forgive, if you mess up fine its understandable people make mistakes, but when you make a mistake and openly admit it but refuse to correct your mistake then I refuse to give a good rating cause its a reflection on how the owner(s) or managers train their staff. I like the bagels in this shop but I never seem to get good service when I go in there its never consistent.Once again I understand the place gets busy and customer service can go a bit light when everyone is stressed out but when I was just in there (while it was slow) the employee who once screwed up my order in the past has once again screwed up my order again and forgot to put items I paid for in the bag once again. when i got back to my job I called him to see if he could send someone to me with the remainder of items i paid for cause I could no longer leave my job for lunch. My lunch period was up. He said well I have no car and the other person here walked to work so I guess you are S.O.L. then hung up on me.. nough said I will never go back there again. So sad that they dont do employee evaluations there to weed out all the disgruntled employees.. the great product they sell has to suffer due to lack of management and lack of happy employees. You work at a bagel store its not that hard. Cut the bagel Fill it Wrap it then place it in the bag so people get what they pay for.

Find another bagel store . Dry , old bagels. Had to throw the entire dozen away. Your better off eating a buttered shoe.

Ordered 2 sausage patties and cheese on an egg everything bagel. No eggs. Sausages were not hot. They charged $6.54 for this sandwich. First and last time I will do business with this store. I go to the next exit and get a sausage and cheese HERO, and pay just about the same price. Sorry guys. Not worth it. Friendly staff too.

Used to get an egg sandwich and they would say, take 2 orange juices, now, you have to pay extra as a breakfast special to get juice at all, every deli/bagel store Ive ever been to always gives a juice with an egg sandwich, also they charge 4% now if you use a credit/debit card, not fair to charge and make money on your credit card fee, will never go back there

They have lots of bagel choices. Nice soft inside and slightly chewy outside. Absolutely delicious Bagels. B&B stands for Boiled and Baked so these are traditionally what are known as water bagels. They also have all kinds of great deli spreads, sandwiches and soft drinks. The place is on the Sunrise Highway service road just West of Locust Avenue. The maps take you to the wrong place, so you need to exit at Locust Ave. if you want to get there.

Best bagels Ive ever had on the Island. They have a huge selection and a lot of different bagels to pick from. They are organic unprocessed all natural unbleached inebriated and more. The quality of the bagel itself is amazing.

Went there for the first time ever today on my way to work. My bagel was dry and crumbly. Other places near by have much better food.

Employees wear there gloves and never change them even when handling food. I watched the employee handle money, cleaning and then handle food. Grabbing bagels with her dirty gloves. DISGUSTING!

You cant post a price and charge another

Absolutely horrible service from this place. I ordered through Uber eats from here and they messed up my order and did nothing to correct the issue. I ordered a bagel egg special that comes with coffee and a side order for the sausage.The quality of the food was subpar. The sausage patty was cold like it had been sitting for a while. The bagel was alright nothing great about it. But they forgot my coffee even though it comes with the order.I called to get it fixed and the first time I called the girl who answered hung up on me after placing me on hold. I called again she put a Matt on the line who said I need to take it up with Uber. He did nothing to fix the problem just passed the buck. Even though they were the ones who forgot to pack it. They have it on their receipt that it should have been added. In addition they have a note stating if the order is wrong they guarantee to fix it.I received no help. They did not apologize.Bottom line I will not order from here again. Its not worth the hassle they dont even live up to their guarantee.

I prefer hot fresh boiled bagel places....not bad, but not the greatest, its ok, plus I was charged $4.16 for a small coffee and a buttered bagel, this rating has really nothing to do about the price, but i thought it was expensive.

Bagels are consistently undercooked and overly doughy. Ask for crispy bacon and youll get it about half the time. Half the staff is nice, the other half is surly and unpleasant.

Best bagels in Long Island, made on site, many different types. The breakfast combo is enough for breakfast and lunch.

From a connoisseur of NY style egg sandwiches i can assure you this is by far the best local Bagel and Eggery.

A+ Great breakfast sandwiches, amazing bagels, tasty variety of cream cheeses, however the bacon can be a hit or miss, sometimes crispy, savory and perfect other occasions its soggy and rubbery, but hey its still bacon; its still delicious!

My favorite place to get a bagel and coffee. Never disappoints.

Went here on a whim and I was astonished by the quality of the food! Absolutely delicious bagels and different flavored cream cheeses that are out of this world!...

Waited almost twenty minutes for one hungryman sandwich while others came in, ordered, left. By the time I was able to grab someones attention I was given an attitude and omce I finally got my sandwich, they had forgotten my bagel as well. I will never go back here.

Great place for bagels.

Went here a few weeks ago. Waited about 10 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches, bit the food was good and the ladies were very kind to my son.

Text orders were messed up repeatedly. Last time I went back because they gave me the wrong food, I didnt even get an apology and didnt even make eye contact. They just dropped the food in the bag and walked away. I guess the customer is an inconvenience there.
