I went there Thursday night Sep 16th. The manager was rude and very discouraging and it was not even closing time. I had an item in my hand, and then she said to the cashier Do not take more customers than the one you have.At some point she even said that they were short of staff. Well isnt it that customers are whom maintain the store in business?!Oh well. I wont go there again! Please let others know.

Walked inside to get some beach toys for my 2 year old and didn’t see any buckets which can hold sand. I recalled there might have been some in front of the store so I proceeded to take a look with no items in my hands. Karen the cashier decides she needs to stop, come to the window and stare at me while I pickup the 1 non damaged beach bucket. Feels great to be watched head to toe while shopping…Prejudice does exist and didn’t expect this at the dollar store.

This Dollar Tree was very well stocked with new items thar I had not seen before.

I have been coming to this dollar store for so long and everytime they are always nice and great you at the door. The shelves are always stacked. This is a good place to save money. :)

Good parking at this location. This was a fully stocked Dollar tree to say the least. Ive never seen a Dollar tree that had such an extensive arts and crafts section. There were tons of wooden items with variouscraft items such as paint brushes paints glitter etc to decorate said wood items with. They also have a frozen food section. Unlike other Dollar trees at the current moment the shelves were 100% stocked and they had the ever elusive movie theater butter popcorn. Always a plus in my book😀🍿

I love buying stuff here often! The amount of stuff you can get and end up paying less than $20 is pretty great! You gotta admit! I would give this a 5 star, BUT, they really need to work on opening up more registers. Because one day I went at 3 in the afternoon, there was only one register open and a whole line of people that stretched back to the store! Lol everybody was complaining and a stores job is to make customers happy as possible. That’s pretty much the only thing they need to fix. Open up more registers. It makes life easier. Like C’mon lol

These people were so nice. Couldnt find silly string for fun Friday at our camp. Then this guy (sorry didnt get his name) brought out a whole box from the back and saved the day!

This was an extremely poor customer service experience. As a cashier opened her isle was walking down she called for the next customer since I was the next customer and there was no one near me I handed her purchase and the cash and she refused to ring me up claiming that I was not the next person in line when I clearly was the next person in line. When I brought up the point to her manager she continued to speak disrespectfully behind my back contradicting me (a customer) as I was making my point. To my absolute shock a manager agreed with her and provided a half hearted apology. Too late to little this was the last visit I make to this location and probably this chain in general.

The one on federal in boca is 100% better than the ones on 10th and federal and the one by Arbys, which are poorly managed dumps! Filthy cluttered dumps!

They dont want customers to use the bathroom. I had to use the bathroom of a nearby store. I left without buying anything

Manager is extremely rude and seems as though she’s intentionally running business away because ‘she can’. Power issues.I had a face covering on as I entered the store and she told me I couldn’t shop because it had to be a “real mask” not home made and I could buy a pack of masks if I wanted to stay in the store. She also demanded That my 2 year old be wearing a mask. When I showed her the sign on the door stated “face covering” and nothing more, she basically walked me out and told me to go somewhere else.This lady is a bad reflection of the brand Dollar Tree.

Compared to these stores in West Palm Beach which are garbage! This store is overflowing with merchandise! Such a great selection. Neat organized and great customer service. It puts stores with empty shelves messy and poor selection to shame! They should close!!!!! I think Im going to have to travel to Boca to be able to shop at a fantastic store like this❣

Don’t get me wrong, I love the dollar tree it’s convenient and wonderful for things I need that I don’t want to over pay for but, this location need to rethink their staff and update their times on google, online the time for closing says 10pm every night, I went into the store at 9pm and I was told to leave and that they were closed.... I only needed 2 small things and the employees there were super rude and they had 1 register open with like 5/6 employees standing around. Ive been in here a few time and I’ve had problems every time. It sucks because I love the dollar tree. :(

Hi. Up untill the last 3 weeks I would have given this store a 5 star rating. But the store manager Stephanie has begun to harrass me without cause everytime I go to this store. Stephanies conduct is unprofessional and is out of line. Be aware and beware. Okay lately Stephanie the manager has begun to behave a bit better. Updated 12/08/2020.

Horrible customer service by Stephanie the manager at this location. Stephanie stood at the entrance of the store yelling at customers to not take the carts out of the store. Her remarks were offensive and rude. Her complaints were that customers were stealing carts or not returning them to the store. Name calling customers is not ok. Calling people lazy or homeless thieves. We had a cart full of items just purchased and were not allowed to bring the cart near the doorway as she stood there and blocked the entrance.

Miss Daene, who claims she is manager, run me out from the store and not allowing me to purchase anything because she told me that I can only buy 3 hand sanitizers. I was with my friend and she didnt allow him to buy for him because we came to the store together. No words to describe their customer service and “manager” attitude

When i pay I mistakenly pressed cashback button and they forced me to take cash even i told the cashier i don t want it i just mistakenly pressed the button. She says it is your fault and you are fine take this cashback . Is this the customer service you provide .!! Come on don t be ridiculous.

I can always find the basics at a very good price. Some name brand items, but mostly generic. Either way I can always get what is needed and a little more. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. One thing that I do have to day is there is ALWAYS a super long line to check out as I do believe they only have one cashier on at a time and it takes a while for backup to open another. Sometimes it is a bit messy, but I just excuse it with inventory or stocking day. While I do miss this place being Dollar Deals because it offered more I am pretty happy with it.

One of the nicer Dollar Tree stores. Cleaner and has more items that you use. Good location off two streets. Parking is ok.

I mean, its a Dollar Tree. We found what we needed and the store was stocked, organized, and pretty clean. Customer service was a B minus. Would recommend.

In comparison to other stores of the same name, Dollar Tree, this store was fully stocked with an above average supply and variety of product lines. The store was well kept and tidy. Their retail space was beyond adequate, well lit and was presented in a far more appealing manner. Their inventory exceded the normal availability, their variety of products far exceeded that if any other merchandizing concern of the same name. The check out process was however slightly slower than average due to limited cashiers. Even though check out process took longer than desired the initial impression and the overall pleasurable experience of shopping in this establishment overcame the extended amount of time required to complete check out. My overall impression of the store a four and three quarters out of five. I would have liked to rate it at a 5 but they however fell slightly short of the Mark at the very end. I would definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family without question and plan to return within the week.

SUPRISING After driving for about 7miles passing another location but wanting to stop at a location close to my destination.... Upon reaching this Dollar Tree i was astonished that my main item wasnt available Clothing Hangers... I asked a representative to check if any was in storage she took the time to go into the storeroom and came back saying non was available..... Sad Really....

Hours posted on here are WRONG! This store closes early on Sundays. 8PM NOT 10PM.. Very disappointing to see a store close this early on a Sunday especially given the fact that its 1mi from FAU... seems like a no brainer to keep it open an extra 2 hours, but whatever, there is always Wal-Mart.

The hours on Google dont match the hours they go by, the lady wouldnt let me in to get one thing. Hours need to be changed online or the people needs to follow the hours.

Average Dollar Tree—seasonal merch, life stuff, electronics, groceries (yes, they have cold stuff at this one), etc. The stationary aisle was messy and the aisle arrangement was a bit awkward, but a good use of space.

I like the store,i shop there once a week for my business,but recently they stop customers from taking the grocery cart out to the parking lot,it si very inconvenience to me,because usually i buy so many items,my cart is full,and it is impossible to carry them by hands to the car,except if i have to make 5 6 trips back and forth,the manager suggested that i move in front of the store,but again it is illegal to park in front of any store,because of fire lane violations,please i hope they come up with a better solutions.
