I had a great experience in this store. They explained what the numbers on my prescription meant, they took pictures of the back of my eyes, they cleaned everything in every step, and they were very nice and attentive. I am very indecisive too and Ian really helped me narrow it down to my three favorite frames! They were even able to get one of the three glasses that I ordered made in the store within 30 minutes! The other two are transition so it only makes sense those would have to be ordered. Will definitely be coming back here!

Do NOT use Stanton Optical on 6100 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL! Both of their quality of work and service are BAD! In April I had my eye exam there and ordered new prescription lenses using my own frame--a high end good quality frame. It was fine in the beginning. They called me to try on the new glasses after a few weeks. As the new lenses didnt fit the frame, the store clerk said they would redo it and would be ready in a few days. Then things went down hill from that point. Four weeks passed, I didnt hear from them. I checked their online status. Nothing... All those months, I had to wear my old, out-of-prescription glasses. Its not comfortable, let alone very dangerous when you drive around town.As my patience was wearing thin, I went to the store only to be told that they had broken the frame! See attached picture below. I was very disappointed that they didnt even call to notify me! The store clerk offered to get me a pair of glasses for temporary use. They said it would be ready at the end of that day. I went home and waited and waited. Not a phone call received from them... The next day, nothing. The next day, the same... Very frustrated, I called their customer service. Theycalled the store manager and escalated the case. Two days later, I received an email notice that my glasses were ready. I went to the store. To my surprise (Or I shouldnt be surprised), the store clerk told me it wasnt ready, but said he would make it ready in 30 minutes. So I waited hoping to get the temporary glasses for a relief. Nope. It was just a false hope. As I tried on the glasses, I found it completely out of prescription! The prescription is not right or even close, since they did remote vision exam, which is not accurate. With utter disappointment, I decided to cancel the order and want my money back. I also requested for reimbursement of the broken frame and lenses. So far I havent heard from the manager. Its been more than two months. This place cant even meet the basic requirement. They always over promise, but with no delivery. On top of that, their service is very bad. The wait in their store is long. When an issue arises, you dont get to speak to the manager or the right person. hey said the manager would call you, but he never did. Its very frustrating! Dont waste your time and money at this place. Its not worth it. Go elsewhere to find better service.

Excellent customer service. Ed Hanford was patient, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy his job. I thought I might not receive good care at this big box shop but just the opposite - everyone was dedicated, helpful and even willing to stay late for a customer that came in at closing. I would give this store the highest recommendation.

Good morning,I recently brought my daughter to this location because of the assortment of frames and a need for her to have an eye exam.We were immediately greeted and welcomed by a gentleman named Nate.He was outstanding!We went in for one pair of glasses and left with three at a great price!!!No pressure, just fantastic service from a wonderful gentleman.I would highly recommend this optical store for anyone in need of glasses or contacts!Thank you.

I’ve been going to Costco my whole life and always had the idea that all glasses are the same. Boy was I wrong. The glasses at Stanton were full of so many different types of brands, colors, and without the cost of quality! My prescription needed to be renewed in July (I renew them every year) and figured since I’m always in Boca for school at FAU, why not give it a shot? After stopping by honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect but was immediately greeted and felt extremely comfortable. I usually get two at a time when ordering glasses , one for school and work and one for exercising and working out. I had chosen to get two frames and expected to pay for both but the manager helping me Tarek was amazing! He brought to my attention that they had a 2 for 1 !!! He was extremely helpful and made my time there much easier. Just shows how far being genuine and honest can get you! I will for sure be returning year in and year out! Thank you Stanton!

You cant get connected by phone, they dont call you back, leave all your job go there, wait for hours cause they dont have enough staff.. After a month they promise you that youll receive your glasses in few days, they say that they are sorry, dont believe what they say, its been an other week or more, still waiting for my glasses... I really wish I could give this place a zero!!!! The manager Tareek Tarik however you spell it… he was the most unprofessional person I have ever come across!!! This place has horrible customer service… I was upset but respectful because my sons glasses came out crooked…I tried explaining to him what was wrong with them telling him they were crooked he kept correcting me told me no they just need adjusting… I told him whatever the technical term is I just need my son’s glasses done the right way… the tossed my sons glasses on the counter!!!!! That’s where it got out hand and ridiculous he looked me in my face and said yeah I just did that… don’t like it call customer service!!

One star is too high. Save your money and time and go to a professional eye care place. The customer service was horrible and Terrik in particular should work with mannequins since he doesnt have people skills. Its a scam how they couldnt tell me if they were in network and then charged me almost $300 for glasses. This is not a place I would recommend!

Truly loved my experience here! Went with my partner to get a pair of glasses. We didnt have our insurance card readily available, but Ian was very patient and helpful with us. The selection made available was amazing, and the gentleman provided us with great advice in selecting the right pair. Before this experience I always shopped at large chain stores for my Eyewear needs.... thanks to the assistance provided and awesome customer service, I will definitely return to Stanton optical!!

I was able to get my eyes examined and buy glasses within an hour. No appointment. The exam was free and my glasses were less expensive than I expected. Staff was friendly. I highly recommend Stanton Optical.

Lack of information. Sat in their office for a hour to only be seen for 5 mins with no results to solve my problem . I am truly disappointed. Spent $35 to get no real feedback on what I should do . In times like this it’s very crucial to just be spending loose money on things like this . They need to do better .

This was mine and my cousing’s first time at Stanton Optical. I loved the help we got from our salesperson Tarek! He was so nice and helpful that we couldn’t have asked for someone better! The store manager, I think his name was Ian? Was so helpful and attentive! They helped us through the difficult process of lens and frames selection. I would come here again next year and the year after! Such a great experience! Such a nice group of people holding your hand through the process.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! IVE PAID OVER $200 FOR MY GLASSES AND WELL OVER $100 FOR MY CONTACTS. I BROUGHT MY FRAMES BACK ON 9/22/2020 TO HAVE THE BLUE LIGHT PUT INTO MY LENSES. IT IS NOW 10/21/2020 AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY GLASSES! I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT IT WOULD TAKE THIS LONG, LET ALONE WAS I GIVEN ANY TYPE OF UPDATE! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE FILING A CLAIM AGAINST STANTON OPTICAL! TERRIBLE!!!!! I am so sorry I went there, first they said they accept my insurance, went there with my husband, give my ins and I’d, never but never they told me they are not in my insurance, second they still charge me 385.00, now I HAVE TO CALL TO SEE IF MY GLASSES ARE READY, but when you call they never answer the phone, costumer service they can’t find me, to make story short the real office never answer the phone is costumer service they have a different phone number I ask for that number and is telling me is a hippo regulation, PLEASE !!!! I’m asking for the last four number . Forget it I will never ever come back to this place 😡🥵

Additional update October 25, 2020:Each time I commented on here, Stanton Ootical puts up a reply which looks to be a canned response, by someone who has not even read the comments to understand what the problem is and to maybe offer a solution. They dont give their name, a phone number or an extension. They just say that they will share my comment with the appropriate department. Sounds phony and insincere.. I assume that they want credit from Google Maps for having replied.---------Update 3 weeks later: I went back to the store to give them a chance to fix my glasses so they wouldnt hurt my head so much. I lowered the star rating to one start today and it would be 0 if I could. What a horrible level of service! The optician said he would try to help me make the glasses fit better, and in the process he either melted or somehow applied a chemical to my lenses so that my vision was completely blurry as soon as I tried to put the glasses back on. He kept telling me that they were fine and he kept wiping them off with an alcohol cloth but every time I put them on I couldnt see. He finally used his own eyes to try to look through the glass and he said that the lenses are now damaged and that I have to wait 2 more weeks for new glasses.------This would be a one star rating except the price was pretty good. Everything else was bad. The guy who sold me my glasses acted like he couldnt care less when I went back to tell him they were squeezing my head too tight and didnt fit me correctly. The people at the central customer service department were rude to me when I tried to get a hold of somebody at the store (refused to connect me) and so when I booked an adjusting appointment through these people the appointment was not honored at the store! The people at the store said that the people in customer service dont know whats going on. Interesting. Well when I picked up my glasses the young lady who handed them to me didnt even bother to watch me put them on or see if they fit correctly, she seemed too preoccupied trying to run out the door to chat with the young handsome regional manager who is beckoning for her to come out and chat.I call back to customer service and was told I was connected with the executive offices after about 20 minutes of holding. The lady said she was very concerned about my experience and promised to get me someone else who was going to talk with me, I held on for another 20 minutes and I finally had to hang up. She had my phone number but never called me back and that was 10 days ago.So where does this leave me? My glasses are way too tight and dont fit me correctly and I dont know where to turn.

Honestly... save your time and money. These people love to waste it. First time I had to come in three times to pick up trial contacts. Second time: Ordered trail contacts... never called me to let me know they were there. So I called to confirm that they were there and they said there were. Surprise..... I went today and they weren’t. Very unprofessional. They told me they save items for 90 days on the phone, in the store they told me they don’t. 🙃So unhappy with their service. With peace and love this places sucks.

Love this place! I went here to buy my boyfriend 2 pairs of classes a little less than a year ago he loves them but he has a problem with leaving them out of the case 🤦🏼‍♀️ The Lens wouldn’t pop back in so I went back over to get them fixed and to see if they were under warranty. The nice gentleman at the front desk took care of it right away WITH NO COST!!! Super family friendly place! Recommend to all!!

I broke my glasses but luckily they were under warranty. When I went in to get the replaced, they didn’t have the frames I wanted in stock...but Nate tracked a pair down, had it shipped to the store closest to me and had me out and on my way in less than 7 mins. Nate’s diligence, courtesy, and professional manner in helping getting my glasses is why I’ll stay loyal to Stanton optical.

This was horrible sorry I didn’t read the reviews firstMade an appointment for Saturday, January 16 for both myself and my husband at 11:10 AM we got there by 11 AM there was five people sitting there now we have an appointment at 11:10 when I call during the week they guarantees on time appointments which I guess they lie about apptI have to waiting 15 minutes I get up and I asked the gentleman why we’re waiting when we have an 11:10 AM appointment and he says that they always over book their appointments and we will just have to wait we would have over an hour and a half wait that’s absolutely crazy I called the customer service that was pretty much useless so I’m going to see if they have a corporate office I’m going to send a letter to them I’m also going to contact yelp and every website that they’re on nobody should make an appointment with this company they also don’t care the gentleman behind the desk was like well you can cancel if you want no big deal that’s how they treat their customers it’s absolutely horrible last year I went to America’s best they seem to be very busy I wasn’t able to get an appointment for the weekend that’s why I chose Stranton optical but I’ll never make that mistake again and I hope nobody else does I called up America’s Best told him what happened they felt so bad for us they squeezed us in the end of the day and told us will have our appointment on timeSo unless you want to waste your entire day there waiting because they don’t care about customers at all My advice is to go elsewhere

I wish I never wasted my time here, I sat in the office for TWO HOURS! Which consists of issues with the computer system so everything took forever. Just for them to not have my trial pair of contacts in the office. So i had to order my trial pair which will come in the same time as my actual contacts. I was told my contacts will arrive in a couple days but now everything is delayed for over two weeks. I spend over $300 for absolute horrible service. Don’t waste your time or money here I wish I never did!!!

Stanton is the absolute WORST eye place to go to! I called & booked an appointment for a 82 year old friend. We had the appointment at the Palm Springs location. We arrived & waited 30 minutes for them to tell us that we had to go to Boca because they don’t have the equipment to do the eye exam in Palm Springs. I had to make a new appointment in Boca 2 weeks later. We go to Boca & it took more than 3 hours to get the exam & pick out the glasses. The glasses were over 4 weeks to arrive and the prescription was wrong! We are here in Boca and now they’re saying they can’t do a new exam! We’re DONE with this place!

12/4/2020 I came to Stanton optical at 6100 glades rd # 107 boca raton fl 33434 / to order glasses for watching TV. I brought old glasses with me and said that they would make the same glasses. They told me that I had to do a new exam because the glasses were old. OK, they did an exam for me and come back in 2 weeks, I came in 3 weeks and took 2 pairs of points (2 pairs for 59.95). When I came home and put on glasses, I did not see anything on TV. They made me reading glasses by mistake. I returned the glasses and they said that in a week I will receive 2 new pairs of glasses in the mail. Not receiving glasses in the mail, after 12 days I went to the store, they gave me one pair and with the second they will deal with the manufacturer. At home I put on glasses and my eyes hurt when looking at TV. After 30 minutes, the manager calls me and says that I brought not 2 pairs of points for exchange, but one. I explained that I brought 2 pairs, they do not make 1 pair and that I also cannot wear corrected glasses. I was told if I am not happy they will refund me $ 59.95. Heres a story.

I had an amazing experience at the Boca Raton store. Just want to say thank you to an associate there. Her name is Mary.From the time I entered the store until I left, Mary impressed me with her knowledge of the products and her patience. Im usually decisive when shopping but today I was going back and forth looking for the best economical selection. Apologizing repeatedly for my indecisiveness, Mary was patient and understanding. The eye exam was very thorough, the store is very clean, and everyone on the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. There is a very large selection of glasses and a wide range of prices, but when I told them I was going to buy my glasses elsewhere they worked with me on the price and were happy to do so. I did the exam at Glades Stanton Optical, Boca Raton, on February 13th and bought 2 pairs of glasses, they said it would be ready in 10 to 14 days. However, when I passed on February 25th I was surprised that my glasses had not yet been ordered, I dont know why ....Attendant Jessica said she would order on the same day (25th Thursday) and be ready on the 26th Friday, I dont understand how she would do it. I returned on Saturday the 27th to see if it was ready and yes it was ready but with the wrong lenses, they asked me to take the old glasses to check the lenses. After that I realized that they are bad at what they do. They said that Monday March 1st would be ready, I went on Tuesday 2nd and it wasnt ready, the service was done again by Jessica, I asked for the return of the full money, because I dont know if the exam is correct or not . However, she only returned the money for the glasses, claiming that the exam cannot be returned (even if she doesnt know if the exam is correct or not). How am I going to make glasses elsewhere ???? I will probably have to take an exam again in a more reliable place. If I knew I had seen these reviews before, what surprises me is being rated 3.6 and most reviews have only one star. Horrible place and incompetent attendants.

I really wanted to give this company a chance considering they had such a lovely deal, (buy one get one), price of one glasses for two pairs. Well let me detail how much of a pain this move on my part has been. I went in on September 24 and gave my paper prescription to the young lady working at the time so she could submit my order for my two pairs of glasses which I was really excited for. When I went in to pick up ONE of TWO pairs of glasses that was ready on October 5, the prescription was entered wrong and they had to be sent back to be remade, which also meant the second pair of glasses which had not yet arrived would have to be cancelled and sent back again. Annoying, but okay, not the end of the world, mistakes happen and I get that, but here I am now approaching the end of the month in NOVEMBER and my second pair of glasses has yet to come in. I mean really? Its been two months now, and if your employee wouldve been paying attention in the first place I would have had both pairs of glasses now. Everytime I try to call im stuck talking to a robot which then puts me on hold for over 20-30 minutes, which I then hang up and call again pretending to make an appointment in order to talk to a human being, only to be told that my order still isnt ready. I need my glasses and I paid almost $400 for only one pair at this point. This is ridiculous and I cant wait until my second pair of glasses comes in so I can never step foot in this business again. It shouldnt take two months for my glasses to come in, and due to your employees carelessness the least that couldve been done was for my order to be expedited. Very disappointing and annoying to say the least.

I ordered bi focal the first time and for some reason they came in not centered or measured properly . the second time they tried to correct the problem the glasses were 100% wrong all together. After i got the glasses a month later a screw fell out and i brought them back and was told to wait for an optician to arrive, was told they would be there shortly and they never showed up. Customer service was absolutely horrible . if you are ok with sub par customer service and not standing behind their work and craftsmanship this is the place for you.

I can never reach someone when I call the boca location if I do the transfer me to someone that can’t help me .When I dropped my eyeglasses there to get a new lens, one of there employees took my phone number and texted me on WhatsApp!!! Scam and the worst customer service. Two pairs of glasses somehow ended up being $355, despite them being ‘buy one get one free’. Tried calling the store to cancel the order because I found a place where I could save a considerable amount of money, and I could not get through to anyone at the store. Spoke to someone in customer service and they said they would have a Manager at the store call me back. Also had to get customer service to send me my prescription because the store did not from days prior when they said it would take 72 hours. An employee at the store said I had 30 days for a full refund. Customer service said I had 24 hours from when I placed the order. Yesterday, I finally spoke to someone at the store and she told me that she couldn’t help me and to call back today to speak to a manager. Then yesterday I tried calling customer service and no one would pick up. I also tried emailing [email protected] like some other replies to reviews said to do and the email came back as undeliverable. I called back today and a man told me he couldn’t put me through to a manager, that he had to put a ticket in to request to speak to a manager and that it would happen in 24-48 hours. They also said the PD (Pupillary Distance) number isn’t part of the prescription and you get that when you pick up your glasses, so if you get an eye exam and then try to purchase online, you are missing a vital number for ordering glasses. This number had to have already been calculated during the eye exam to be able to make the glasses. They have absolutely horrible reviews on the BBB and are NOT accredited. I have been trying for over a week to get my money back. I am going to escalate this with my bank or the BBB at this rate. Do NOT go here!

Went in for a pair of glasses, I wanted their promo ones.The frame options for their promo glasses were very poor (ALL SUPER UGLY of course) but I went for it.The did the eye exam half with someone on site and the other half with a very robotic talking girl over the internet which I assume she does the whole Florida clientele for a minimum wage because of the way she took care of me. The moment I got back to the counter a young guy tried to sell me, right away, a better option since the ones they offered me first (their famous promo) was NOW, acording to him, not such a good quality lens and plus was VERY THICK !!So if I wanted something better he was going to give me as a favor the 50% off.The moment I refused to it his attitude change 100%, then I asked why they didnt tell me in advance that the cheap line was such a bad idea to start with and why they even offer such a bad deal.Things just got hotter and the same guy told me as Im walking out of there next time Guillermo you look better what youre getting yourself into in front of other employees and a customer.WORST SERVICE EVER !Theyre a bunch of scammers !!!Now I got the eye exam done somewhere else and just placed the order online for half of their price and way far better frames !Update: 08-31-20Seems like Stanton strongly believes that the real issue here are the frames ....That shows you right there folks the kind of management this company has.P.S: To add a cherry to the top I’d like to say that 4 yrs ago I had a couple of glasses made there and the same type of behavior also happened back then. As a matter of fact they gave me “as an apology” a coupon for $170 that I’ve never used.

This is place is exactly as described. Been on hold for 40 min to get my prescription, they call that customer retention. The positive reviews are employees. Go somewhere else. Stanton Optical should be should be avoided! I tried to follow up on an order online and also by calling the store. Online the automatic system could not find the order and the store never answered. The order was to replace a frame which broke after a small amount of use!While I am not satisfied with my experience with the website and the response of the 888 number, I was finally able to speak with John at the store on Glades Road in Boca Raton, Florida who was very attentive and resolved the problem.

They have state of the art technology and Dr’s who are patient. They also have a wide variety of great frames to choose from. If you need it, they’ve got it! Exceptional customer was from Inna! I recently went to Stanton Optical to update my glasses frame and lenses. I was greeted by friendly faces but then had Kassandra who went above and beyond to help me pick out two styles of glasses. She wasnt pushy she listened to the style I was looking for and picked out so many styles for me to try. She took her time to help me pick which two I wanted and didnt rush me at all. She was amazing! She informed me of all of my options including warranties and more. Best experience Ive had picking out glasses. Thank you Kassandra!

This is by far THE worst place I have been to for glasses. I started this process in March. They fed me lies that I will get two for one and they will call me when they are ready. No one ever called me. Mid May I took it upon myself to inquire, they said they didn’t have them yet. I walked in a day later and after much searching they found them. The order was wrong. One guy asked me to return a day later when he could fix one but the other one will have to be sent back for repair. Two days later, I went back and no one could find the pair. I went back the next day, the guy was there and he found them. Three weeks passed, knowing that ai will be moving 609 miles away and them promising the glasses will be ready and they will call me, they still were not ready. No one ever called me either. I called twice, checked on the website and there is no pending order for me. I walked in twice to no avail. The third time, the guy was there stating he will make sure to call me and he guarantees the second pair will be there. Guess? No one has called and they were not given to me. I called last week asking for a refund and to return the pair. They had no reference number for the call and guaranteed a manager will call. No one has called. I called again regarding the refund, same thing. They took my number, said the manager is at lunch and will call the second he comes in. No one has called. So, I paid for two glasses, have not received both. It is now three months of this horrible service. These people are thieves. Do NOT waste your time going there. They are all liars and thieves. Now I will get my bank to challenge this payment for services not rendered. I still can’t drive at night for I can’t see. They do not care. Save your money. Liars and thieves.

Had recent cataract surgery and needed to change my progressive lens, due to decreased lens power. Considering I had recently bought a pair of glasses from this Stanton location, just about a year ago; prior to finding out I had cataracts, I was concerned about paying a hefty price for another pair of glasses.Ina, the store manager, was not only able to give me a great price on changing out my lens using my current frame, but threw in several lens upgrades as well. Due to a lab snafu, the glasses had to be redone. Ina again made a another lens upgrade at no charge, prior to sending the glasses back to the lab. Very satisfied with the final product. Also, extremely satisfied with the level of customer service Ina and Christian provided. Great service at a great price.Cant beat that combination. Keep up the good work!!

I honestly have to imagine that the good reviews on here are not for this location.They barely inform you of what is going on and just want to kind to shove you along their process hoping you do not ask questions.It was never mentioned to me that a doctor would not actually be present. I find a video chat eye exam to be very unprofessional. I decided to go through with it since I had already taken the time to be there. I also overheard others asking the same questions, why were they not told there would be no doctor?I was never asked any questions about myself or why I was requesting an eye exam. The staff all looked like young kids playing doctor in their lab coats. The girl that provided me my results did not even know how to discuss the results with me. She was guessing at it. I will have to go elsewhere and start over for me to have any understanding at all of what is going on with my eyesight.

Terrible service. Tried obtaining a copy of my prescription for the past 3 months. Probably called about 10 times with the same answer that they will send it soon each time. At this point I will have to go to another eye doctor and get a new prescription. The sales they have on glasses only apply to pairs that are of terrible quality. Regular glasses are overpriced.

Garbage company..long waits.. not helpful.. It is SO complicated to get my prescription emailed to me. This is a franchise company which means you are treated like just a number. Go with a smaller office where you are treated like an actual human. Switching as soon as possible. This place is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Inna Cirillo, General Manager, took great care to see that I was completely satisfied with my sunglasses and eyeglass purchase. I went in for just a pair of sunglasses, but she showed me that I could also get a pair of eyeglasses for just an additional $25. The eye exam was completed quickly and professionally. After that I looked around the showroom for the frames I wanted. Inna helped me to place my order. I received a phone call when the glasses came in. When I saw the sunglasses, I told Inna that they were not dark enough. She asked me to try them for a few days and if they didnt work out she would make me a new pair. As promised, Inna ordered me a new pair at no cost to me. I appreciate the great customer service.

Responded to a tv ad and was not disappointed. I had stepped on my glasses. I know brilliant and went to Stanton to get new pair.Eye exam was fast and easy. Cristian helped me pick out 2 pair. Unlike many stores, Cristian did not put pressure on me nor rush me. For me that is important since I need time to make a choice and ask multiple opinions.Thanks to Cristian I felt I made the right choice and I walked out with 2 pair of glasses. Next time I will feel better when stepping on my glasses.

This place is absolutely horrible! The young lady that did my eye check before seeing the doctor was very nice and attentive she did her job. The Doctor I say was very polite and thorough she did all that I needed done and recommended the best as I asked her too. Now after that processes that’s where it gets bad!I was told by the doctor to proceed to the front and start picking out glasses I might like, there I saw a young lady to whom I acknowledged , nothing was said but all was forgiven as she had a customer, a young man came he acknowledged me as I was standing in the way to which he was returning a pair of glasses to the rack, he also removed the glasses I picked out and put on the desk that lady working was setting at. No one said anything to me . I walked around for 5min and then asked the young lady who’s going to help me, I told her the doctor said someone will be bringing in my prescription soon . That young man came in had his chat with the ladies sitting there at the desk he or no one said anything to me again. I then walked around for another 43mins he walks in to help a young lady that just walked in to pick out her glasses, still everyone ack as if I’m not there. This young man stood right beside me to help someone else. I was so upset at this point I went over to the ladies to ask what’s going one then I was told or I’ll help you ! I’m so not going back to this place!

First let me say that the $45 eye exam is a great deal and I would recommend coming here for ONLY the eye exam. Wednesday will make it a month since I visited them and I still haven’t received my glasses. I have gotten strong prescriptions all my life. I’ve never waited more than a day for glasses. When I first asked, they said it would take two weeks. More than 2 weeks went by and I called again and they said it will take a little over 3 weeks to get my glasses because of my prescription. They do not advertise or warn you about how long it will take for your glasses to come in. If you don’t mind waiting then go for it. I DO NOT recommend this place for filling prescriptions.
