Excellent experience purchasing frames & lenses at Bocaview. Id had the eye exam elsewhere and was having trouble finding frames I liked. Bocaview has a great selection of brands and styles, and the staff was so helpful and patient, even though it took me several visits to make up my mind. When I finally did select frames they put a rush on the order and had them ready for me in just a few days (progressives). Ive been wearing them for a couple of weeks now and I get lots of compliments!

Kelly Fisher, This very unprofessional person prescribed me 2 times badly giving me dizziness and headache thanks to her lack of knowledge; by a bad practice she could damage the vision of a person, and damage the eyes forever. I had to report her to insurance and she also gave me a second wrong prescription, this person definitely bought her title cleanly without any effort. Apart from all the insurance, They informed me that she is not registered with my health insurance and attends at this location without authorization. the best recommendation by the insurance is to report it to state medical.

I have been a patient of Dr. Beck for over 4 years and could not be happier with the service. Even after moving out of state I still continue to use Bocaview Optical for all my eyecare. The initial appointment was fantastic. Staff friendly; and Dr Beck kind. However my expectation of ‘same day glasses’ to 7-10 work days was disappointed; and now a few more days. What? What’s a few more days? The wait is extremely disappointing as it probably leads to a 3 week wait. Bocaview may have to elect another lab/vendor if they can’t keep up with the demand; or at least change their promises!

This office is fantastic! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I saw Dr. Fisher who is hands down the best Optometrist Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. I ask a lot of questions and she took her time to make sure I understood everything and was incredibly patient with me the entire time. Dr. Fisher personally walked me over to the optician and ensured that it was a seamless transition. The optician helped me select a really nice pair of frames. After having these glasses for a bit, I can say this is hands down the best experience and the best prescription Ive ever received.

The eye exam was great, but beware when purchasing eyeglasses. They add and upcharge you for extras that you dont necessarily need and dont explain to you that its optional. They just charge you the final price. Make sure you ask for an itemized list of what you are paying for and ask for it to be explained.

Unfortunately this company penalizes you if you do not have eye care insurance. They quoted $188.00 for an annual exam, and a lower rate, considered the self pay was the same price quote as the insured rate. Not very fair or friendly.

I’ve gone here for the past three years for an annual check up and to order contacts. Each time the doctor and staff has been new to me, which has been fine. Today I had an appointment and Dr. Kelly Fisher was the new optometrist. Unfortunately, when she started swabbing the eye equipment she dropped the alcohol swab on the floor, but then picked it up and continued cleaning the equipment with the same swab. For a medical professional, this should have been something she was trained not to do. During a pandemic, it is especially something you don’t want to see because it hints at general bad hygiene practices. I won’t be coming back here.

This was the ultimate BEST experience I’ve had. They are super clean, bright, friendly staff and they were so patient as I picked out my frames for they have such a wide selection of many designer frames. I love all the options. I will never go anywhere else.

After reading all the positive reviews for Bocaview I decided to book my 7 year old twins eye exams there. Every single person working there was helpful and extremely friendly. Every inch off their store was sparkling clean and they wiped down each piece of equipment before they used it on my children. Their high tech eye equipment made it easy and even fun for my kids.The dr was great! She was knowledgeable, super fast and explained everything to both myself and the kids which made the appt go smooth.After the appointment another employee helped my daughter find an adorable pair of glasses. The staff at the glasses section were very nice and professional. I cant say the same for the medical side of the practice. So instead of treating my son, the optometrist referred us to vision therapy, which according to our ophthalmologist lacks documented evidence of effectiveness. I contacted an ophthalmologist after this vision therapist called and through all her vague mumbo-jumbo which still did not provide how exactly she would be treating my son, she confirmed insurance will not cover her evaluation and therapy.... colossal waste of time and we will not be back. We will also be reporting this to our insurance carrier because they should be aware of what this office peddles as opposed to science.

Bocaview ( representative Gerren) is the perfect one stop for eye exam and glasses and contact lens. My wife and I used before only for occasional eyeglasses. We recently visited and met with Gerren and he took the time to patiently make us aware and educate us about their services, including state of the art eye exams. Highly recommend! During Covid my Tom Ford glasses snapped at the frame. I took them in and was very well taken care of! They didn’t have the same frame in stock and sending them back to Italy would of taken forever. They went and found other Tom Ford frames for me to try based on the shape of my current lens!!! My name is John and this is a testimonial to the amazing staff at Dry Eye Rescue.For context, I am currently 49 years old. In terms of my dry eye, it all started in January of 2020 when my left eye started to tear unexpectedly. Assuming it was an infection, I went to the walk-in clinic for adiagnosis. I was given antibiotics but found out later that it was a different problem.In February, it was time for my annual eye exam. After a battery of tests (thanks to Erica) it was determined that I was missing most of the Meibomian glands under my eyelids, causing the severe dryeye that I was experiencing. Some of the effects of the dry eye were extreme sensitivity to light, fatigue and a general decline in quality of life. We started on a rigorous program to optimize the glands thatwere left, to help minimize the effects of the dry eye disease. They recommended some of the products I am using such as the Nulids device, heat compresses and prescription drops.The dry eye disease had a serious impact on my daily life. Being a chemist by trade, it became difficult to do daily tasks, such as weighing on a balance/pipetting samples, when my eyes were constantly tearingup. There was also an increased sensitivity to light, so much that I had to look down when coming out into the sunlight. My eyes would become tired, affecting my productivity at home and work.Thanks to Dr Becker and Dr Fisher (and the entire staff), I was able to restore most of the functionality I had prior to the diagnosis. Their expertise and the top of the line equipment available at Dry EyeRescue was a real blessing.One thing I hope to get back to is playing sports again, I played a lot of Sunday morning softball in New York. The thought of not being in the outfield again was terrifying, but I should be close to the player Iwas before the diagnosis because of the experts at Dry Eye Rescue!!John

I have been to Boca Optical twice now for yearly eye exams. Both experiences were great! The staff is very friendly and their technology makes me feel like I am getting the best care.

Service and all was good, but the glasses I received are terrible. I have had progressives before, but these I can barely see through, or stand to have in front of my eyes for too long. Its almost as if they are willfully trying to make my eyes go worse quickly.

This was not the best optical experience Ive ever had. My contact lens prescription is still lacking after multiple visits to correct the issue. Requests for corrections always seem to be bothersome to the doctor and not much time is spent explaining your condition or listening to your concerns. The eyeglass staff (my experience was with Ellie) is there to upsell you not professionally advise or truly help maximize your expenses. LITERALLY NO ONE THERE LISTENS OR TRULY CARES. For example I was upsold most every addon option for eyeglasses but the one I truly needed was never explained to me which actually affected my vision (the progressive part of my glasses). Once I realized I couldnt read anything at all I called to see the doctor again but was instead met by Ellie the eyeglass sales person who impolitely tells me I told you to get progressive which she ABSOLUTELY did not. She did however offer progressive as an option along with every other upsell she presented. My advice to your company as professionals is to learn what is a necessity for patients opposed to what to upsell...they are not one in the same. PROGRESSIVE is necessary, ANTI-GLARE is not. Do your job and explain this to patients. Its just the right thing to do!

My family used them for many years. They keep changing eye doctors like gloves. And not necessarily for the better. They push for extra exams and contact lenses even if the patient specifically says no, thanks from the start. Unfortunately, it is all about $$$ there these days.

Less than 3 weeks ago I went in with a up to date prescription. I was interested in 2 pairs of glasses, and didnt have my insurance car with me. The associates there assisted me to figure which insurance I had, then set me up with someone to help with the glasses. I got a call 10 days later the glasses were ready. I couldnt be happier, I am very comfortable, and Im sure I never saw this well before. I would recommend them to everyone, very professional, very helpful and great results.

Where do I begin?!? I visited this location about 3 weeks ago after I searching for a provider that took my insurance as well as my mothers insurance and had positive reviews online. I must have hit the jackpot! They had an eye exam cancellation right when I walked in the store so I was seen fairly quickly. Their staff was very professional and they used brand new equipment for my exam. The results were well explained by the optometrist Dr Ryan Beck who described in detail the images from the exams and what they mean to me. He was extremely kind and very thorough. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan the optician who had the task of finding the right lenses for me. Now with my vision it has always been a challenge to find the right frames because of the thickness of my lenses but Ryan was extremely patient and continued to show me frame after frame, even bringing out dozens of brand new ones that had just arrived based on my preference. We finally found a nice set that fit me just how I liked. After taking my mom as a walk-in for her exam, they went above and beyond to ensure that her eyes were healthy before fitting her for glasses. Ryan spent just as much time with her as for my own frames and found the perfect frames. The pricing was fair for the frames and lenses we purchased and they kept their word on reaching out to us when they were ready. I have never owned a pair of glasses that I truly loved but I can say without a doubt that the combination between my new lenses and frame makes me not even want to wear contact lenses again!! Ryan the optician is truly one of a kind and treated us like family. Wonderful vision care center and will definitely be returning in the future.

Thank God for Bocaview Optical that helped him after the first place he went to misdiagnosed him. Fast forward 9 months and hes out of contacts but the ones I shipped will not get to him before he has to leave for the Sunshine State Conference tournament. I called Bocaview Optical, desperate for help and Erica did the most awesome and amazing thing. She told me to have my son come in and she had a 5-day supply for him. She was a lifesaver!! The staff is amazing-their customer service is superior! They go out of their way to help their customer find the best frames that suites their personality-with lots of patience!! The selection of frames is amazing-designer brands-all different styles to choose from! But the most important review is how the prescription lenses/frames came out-and hands down the best, easiest experience ever! We will definitely come back and let our family and friends know what a hidden gem this place is!

Reflecting on the year plus Ive spent in the very expensive glasses from Bocaview Optical that I cant see clearly though. The frames are awesome...spectacular even. Visual acuity is distressingly bad. Cant tell if it is the prescription or the lenses. Looking forward to going elsewhere and regain clear sight with a new prescription and lenses from somewhere else.
