What a great experience! Robert was enthusiastic to help my husband and I with whatever we needed right when we walked through the door. He was available for any and all questions we had and made sure we had all of the information we needed. We are ecstatic to receive our furniture and will happily come back to Robert for any of our future furniture needs. Hoping our delivery is as seamless and smooth as our buying experience!

Wow! So glad I came into the Boca store and met Nancy Shapiro. Not only did I get a better deal working with Nancy, she was able to get my current sectional donated a day before delivery. Awesome working with her. Definitely ask for her when you stop in or make an appointment with her online before you come. Love her color recommendations to make my LV say WOW!!!

Knowing what I know now, I would NOT recommend Rooms to Go to anyone. I purchased furniture at the Boca Raton store back in May for a mid July delivery. The purchasing experience itself was fine. Fast forward to delivery day…a total nightmare. Item after item was unpackaged and damaged. The delivery people reassured me that Rooms to Go would be back “within a few days to swap out the furniture”. They urged me to accept the furniture because it was better than having nothing. I’m a first time home buyer and took the advice. I accepted the damaged furniture thinking that it was better than having no furniture at all in my house. The only piece of furniture that wasn’t left was the coffee table that I purchased because it was damaged to the point that it couldn’t even be assembled. Luckily all of the damage was documented on the receipt before I signed off on the delivery. Two days pass by and I still haven’t received a single call from Rooms to Go. So I call and get in touch a customer service rep on the corporate side, they explain that they see the request for exchange in the system but that there is nothing they can do for me until September. The next thing I do is reach out directly to the store and I receive the same response. They say that there currently isn’t anything that they can do for me. It has been over two weeks since the furniture has been delivered and still I have no answers or a solution to this problem. The customer service from Rooms to Go has been terrible and I urge anyone looking to purchase furniture to stay away from this store so as to avoid the same headache I have had to deal with. Hopefully this helps…best of luck furniture shopping. Pictured you will find some of the damaged furniture: a cracked dresser, reclining sofa stuck in a semi reclined position, smashed headboard corner, and broken / scratched tv stand shelf.

Had a great experience at the location in Boca. Loved working with Nancy Shapiro. She was very patient with me. Every bedroom set of furniture that I wanted was showing delays for delivery due to the pandemic. She took her time and helped me work through this. She looked up every bedroom set that I wanted and provided me with all the details I needed including the delivery date. I was able to choose one with the least amount of wait time at a great price. I never felt any pressure from her. She made the credit process easy and quick. Loved working with her. I am definitely going back to her when I am ready to get my kids bedroom furniture.

When we entered the store Ginny greeted us and asked a few basic questions about what we were looking for and immediately showed us options that met our criteria. She was very knowledgeable and not pushy which we really appreciated. We ultimately chose the right couch for our family and were able to accomplish the task during lunch hour during a busy day of work. She clearly explained to us next steps in terms of delivery and our options for financing. We appreciated Ginny’s personality which was informative but not aggressive and would be happy to work with her again!

My husband and I went to Rooms to Go looking for a TV stand. Ray greeted us at the door and showed us some great options that were actually in stock to our surprise! I asked how the living room furniture stock is and told him we had an unusual problem getting a couch through our small condo door! He was able to find some great options for us. Some of the furniture and a rug are coming next week! Ray and Rooms to Go were great!!

Beautiful store. Beautiful furniture. My wife and I felt comfortable shopping, and we didn’t feel as though we were being harassed to buy. My sales person Ray Matt was wonderful and very patient. I explained to him what I needed and the type of furniture I wanted. He then showed me exactly what I was looking for. The first day I purchased a living room set consisting of couch loveseat and the club chair and a dining room table ( I had dining room chairs.) When I got home I realized that I needed an end table to put next to the couch, so back I went the next day and purchased a table. Again, when I got home I realized I needed a lamp for the table, so the following day I returned to Rooms to Go and purchase two lamps. When I got home I again realized that I only had one end table and 2 lamps so again I trudge back to Rooms to Go and ordered another table. Throughout this time frame Ray was very, very understanding. I would recommend him to anybody who wants to buy furniture at Rooms to Go.

We visited this location this past weekend in search of a king bedroom set and a new king mattress. We stopped in on Saturday and were immediately greeted by Denise. We told her what we wanted and she guided us accordingly. She is very knowledgeable and was great to work with. She walked all over the store with us, but not in an annoying way, she is awesome and seriously knows her stuff. Her selling style is great!!! Not annoying and not pushy at all. We ended up spending about 2-3 hours there and leaving without buying that day. She was very understanding and told us to take our time to decide between the two sets we had narrowed it down to.We went back to see her the next day. The only slight aggravation was the delivery. The driver drove into our condo complex with me waving wildly at him and drove off without delivering and then he told the office I wasn’t home!!! Neil was great and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and helped me with measurements. He was very professional. The office staff on the other hand was so rude. Because I was making my purchase as the store was closing, the office lady was nasty to my sales rep and then told me “you are lucky you have good credit”! To which my response was “No, you are lucky I am shopping in your store!”. I could not believe how unprofessional and rude she was. I get it, no one wants to stay late or actually work, but this is your job! I would never shop in that West Boca store again because of that woman!

What an excellent experience at Rooms To Go. I am usually skeptical of big box furniture stores. I anticipate I will be bombarded with sales people and pitches to buy things I do not need. My wife and I visited this location and it was nothing like that. We were looking for something very specific and were beyond pleased with our experience. Upon entering we were greeted right away but not in an intimidating manner. Our sales person, Jack was polite, professional, and personable.
