Stopped in to simply do a “comfort test” because we had a warranty claim for a mattress no longer offered by Tempur-Pedic. We can only do the warranty switch online so we needed to try everything out in store first. When we entered, we let the associate Neil we were just in for a test and wouldn’t be purchasing. It didn’t matter to Neil and he still answered all of our questions, helped us find the best match for mattress and pillows for us. Great customer service and the store had literally been very model in every firmness available to try.

The staff at the store was extremely helpful and patient with our questions and trials. It’s sometimes rare to find kind, courteous service and we were very impressed with all the staff we interacted with. We returned to the store for an exchange and the staff were very helpful and welcoming: I highly recommend this store if bedding is in your shopping. Big thumbs up from my wife and I and we will return for our next mattress purchase. A+++

Received different bed than what we ordered, bed received caused physical pain, we requested to return, they wouldnt take back the base which is over $2,000, John Greathouse and Staci which are management for tempur-pedic dismissed our concerns, clearly a bait and switch tactic than hiding behind return policy, do not believe the marketing behind this company claiming best customer service, takes hours to get someone on the phone, you would think during covid they would have some compassion, but no, buyer beware, this is not a company to buy a bed from.

OMG- this place is amazing. They let us test out all the beds to see which one fits us. I love all of it- including the amazing employees.5 star for sure!!!!!!!

Great customer service. We originally purchased a Tempur-pedic bed online and it turned out to be a bad match for us. We went into the store and the associates helped us find the right mattress this time. They listened to what our initial problems were and directed us to the best bed for us. I owned a tempurpedic firm mattress for near 17 years and it is still in perfect shape but we decided to invest in our health and add an split king to be able to adjust the bed to our best health interest and the smart base ,I choose the pressure point relief series and my husband the 8 degree cooler . the delivery box was damage and the store quickly order the replacement with no stress. excellent customer service .

I came in for a pillow since my neck has been killing me! Neil and Jarvis were very helpful and now I’m able to sleep calmly and wake up without any pain! They were very nice and even offered us water!

If you want a great customer service experience with someone who is honest, kind and truly knows their product look no further than Jarvis at the flagship store at town center Boca Raton. He goes above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be. He is patient and knowledgeable. I even waited two extra weeks when I could have had the mattress same day at city mattress simply because Jarvis made it worth it & I wanted him to have my business. I hope tempurpedic knows what a great employee he is and promotes him as he truly deserves it.The only thing they truly need to do is get rid of their horrific delivery service they use called “esquire”. I won’t get into details of my experience with it as I am now in contact with management that have assured me they are going to deal with their horrible delivery service they use & are trying to fix what happened with me.Other than that 5 stars for the Boca Store and 10 stars for Jarvis. If you want a tempurpedic bed def go get one in Boca! Luxury all the way.

Bought mattress set over 1 month ago. Was told I would be called to schedule delivery. Nobody called. Ive emailed and left voicemail. No response. Guess Ill have to go back to Boca Raton store to get a refundFollow up. Finally got someone at store who admitted he didnt read my emails. Not sure about the voicemails. Ive increased the stars to two because 7 weeks later, I just got the bed and its fantastic. Just be prepared to sleep on the floor while waiting for it.
