Let me start by saying how beautiful this salon and surrounding neighborhoods are. The salon was able to schedule me with Amber at a convenient time for my schedule and accommodations did NOT stop there. Amber Immediately offered me a place for my things and asked me if she could get anything for me to drink before starting my service. Amber listened in detail for what I was looking for and educated me on what her services would look like prior to starting her work. I’m a stickler with hairstylist and the time she took to understand my needs made me feel comfortable and I appreciated her attention to detail. I also enjoy working with a stylist that not only can specialize in beautiful blonde balayage but also rich textured brunettes. Being a dark brunette myself I’m always looking for a stylist that can enrich my natural colors. She also was very conscious of my concerns when cutting my hair. Can’t wait to see her again. Chloe Williams is THE BEST! She is always friendly, always on time, and her color and cuts are fantastic! She is always prompt and always has a smile on her face.The ladies at the front desk are always helpful and friendly, especially Jaclyn. They are very accommodating and offer products and services that I want and need. The salon is clean and all CDC guidelines are followed. I have been a regular customer (3-4 times per month) for almost 14 months and I have never had a bad or less than excellent experience.Highly recommend!

I went to Kristi for a full highlight (BLONDE) and a trim with long layers. Instead I got orange highlights and She ended up cutting my hair about 4-1/2” too much which is awful for curly hair because when hair drys it’s even shorter. She left me with a blunt cut, no long layers, frizzy hair barely blow-dried and said sorry the owner will call you in the morning. Not only did I sit in the chair for 5 hours, Kristi told me throughout the highlight process how great my hair was processing and so fast, insisted on a toner (which I didn’t want but talked me into) I specifically told her LIGHT BLONDE highlights & ended up with a horrible brassy orange not even close to blonde. Kristi then proceeded to blame my hair...ha!!!!!! I left in tears and extremely angry. This salon was the worst experience I have ever had!!! Now I know why this salon was completely empty, remember I wasted 5 hours there! One star is being extremely generous!!!!!!!!!!!I asked to speak to a manager a few times and I was told she would contact me tomorrow 11/3/2020 first thing in morning so I’ll wait and see!!!!Now that I’ve been completely threatened by the owner of the salon Kristin. She just called to not apologize but threatened me saying if I do not take the google review down she will contact police stating I didn’t pay. Yet, I was told by two workers at the salon and they were told by the owner via 2 phone calls that I did not have to pay and the owner would contact me first thing this morning. I’ve never heard of threatening a customer when the salon’s stylist completely ruined their hair. Now I need to spend two days of appointments to fix my hair! Worst salon I’ve ever been to. I had a root touch up and trim done at this salon, I sent pictures and was quoted one price, I’m blonde soooo it’s fairly standard. Once I booked and got there the price tripled. Okay, whatever. Once finished, in their lighting it looked great. When I got home I let them know they missed quite a bit and the trim was WAY off. Well, to get it fixed, after spending $200. It would be an additional $50+ to blow dry it. 🙄. You just messed up my hair and whacked it, now you want MORE money and me to waste more time?? How about an apology and a discount towards a future service. That would be too much, for a salon that was dead with empty chairs lacking stylist. Keepin it classy.

I hadnt done anything to my hair in awhile, and it was time for something new. A friend referred me to Chloe - and I am so glad she did! I love my hair!!! Chloe is the balayage queen. Seriously... Marissa Levinson is literally the most magic of majestic unicorns when it comes to hair. I Trust her completely after the horror stories of salon experiences I have had. I have been seeing her for roughly 4-5 years and only go to Marissa because frankly she’s the best of the best and always makes it exactly how I want with my colors and cuts. The whole salon should not be missed though, staff is friendly and helpful, always offers a coffee or tea and is accommodating in every way.

This was my first time getting a balayage and Chloe did such an amazing job! I wanted something that would give my hair dimension, but still look natural. Chloe nailed it and the final outcome was better than I imagined and still looks good growing out over quarantine! Would definitely go back to her in the future.

When I first walked into the salon a year ago, I was very nervous because I had never been to a more high end salon. I vacation in the area often and was looking for a salon that could do I what I wanted for the times I am there. I was greeted by the owner and made to feel very comfortable.Chelsea was the stylist that I was scheduled with and I couldnt have been more thrilled with how everything went. I have very fine blonde hair and have had many bad haircuts and colors because the stylist doesnt listen to what I want, but Chelsea kept asking throughout the whole process if I liked how everything was looking and if there was anything I wanted to change. She was great!Also, that Shampoo Room! Definitely a huge reason why I keep coming back! I stoped by Gramercy on a whim and was so happy with my results! Chloe was my stylist and I can confidently say I will never go to anyone else ever again. She is a hair whisperer!

For $360 I expect a better dye job. After just 5 days, I realized my balayage looked more like I had overgrown highlights. When I went to get it fixed at my local salon, there were large parts of my hair that didnt have any color in it at all. I’ve had balayage done before. It takes 3+ hours and they are supposed to really blend the color into your hair which takes a long time of sectioning off small areas, applying bleach, folding it in foil, then tone it down. In the end the balayage should blend into your hair and you really shouldn’t have any chunky areas. When Arial first finished my hair I was thrilled. It looked great, but your hair always looks best when immediately done at the salon. After a couple of days of the excitement settling I realized the dye job wasn’t a true balayage. The way Arial did my balayage was just taking large sections of my hair, applied bleach to the top layer, then put a layer of plastic wrap on top and repeat. So my dyed parts aren’t very well blended into my hair. The bleach sat longer on the bottom layers of my hair so it’s lighter and the top of my hair didn’t get to sit long enough so it actually looks copperish.I told her I trusted her and for her to do what she thought would look good, but I also did make it clear I wanted it a light ash type blond. She made me aware with my dark hair it might not get as light as I want, but some areas ended up as light as I wanted and other not.

Gramercy is a great salon located in Mizner park. I loved how they kept up with COVID standards to ensure a safe environment. The highlight of my visit was my stylist Chloe. She was very knowledgable about all things color related. I was unsure of what I wanted but she helped me narrow it down and Im so glad I found her. My hair looks amazing. I have always gotten highlights but she told me about another technique called foliage. Ive never been so blonde! My hair still feels amazing and she told me some great products to use at home to keep up in between my appointments. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. I will be referring all my friends to her! I am so happy I found this salon and Chloe.

This salon saved my wedding. The week of I needed to find a new salon because the other was not able to style my hair correctly. Not only were they able to find someone to do my hair perfectly but she came in early before the salon opened on a day she was not working. She also was so nice and understanding because we had to bring my sisters kids with us. Honestly this is the best salon experience I have ever had. Their everyday services are amazing too, I have been getting my hair cut and dyed here since spring 2019 and everytime its perfect.

Beautiful place and Kristi was very attentive and professional through out the entire process. My hair had different bright colors and over processed. She remove all the colors even and toned my hair to a beautiful ash brown. She paired it with an excellent and healthy cut and a cute and sassy blow out, needless to say my hair looks beautiful and healthy. Kristi is awesome. We did cheers with delicious Bellinis! I gave my hair a 5 month coloring break what with the current events in the world and finally decided I was ready to give Brittani at Gramercy a change to help me achieve the look I was wanting. I was wanting to convert my brassy grown out highlights over to a more natural, sun kissed balayage look. Brittani did a great job of listening to me and my wishes and she took so much time with me for the labor intensive coloring application. She was also very gentle with my fragile, fine blonde hair...never pulling and tugging on it... I left a big fan of Brittani and will absolutely return back to Gramercy for my next appointment. :)

I just went and got a trim and blow dry today and my hair dresser was Brendan, what a god send! As soon as I walked in Jocelyn and Brendan welcomed me. What a sweetheart she is! Nothing but AMAZING THINGS TO SAY!As a fellow esthetician I have very high standards and often leave hairdressers underwhelmed and quite honestly sad.He completely understood when I said I don’t want length off just a dusting and I want angling and the front to frame my face. I have naturally very curly and long hair but always blow dry it and straighten it. Brendan gave me the best cut i think I’ve ever had. He has a customer for life I’ve already booked it to see him in 6 weeks for baby lights. He is the only person I trust with my hair now. My daughter had highlights done...my daughter asked for them to start the highlights close to the scalp. The lady told her that that wasn’t happening...instead the highlights started 2,5 inches out making it look as if it had grown out already. This wasn’t the look she wanted. They also charged her double than was told upfront.

What a great experience! For most guys going to a salon can be a uncomfortable thing to do but as soon as you walk in , the front desk makes you feel at home. My stylist Chelsea helped me figure out what I wanted and was willing to work with me on everything I was concerned about. Could not be more happy with my hair cut. The shampoo room was so nice and relaxing and I was in and out within a hour! 10/10 would highly recommend.

Chloe is amazing. I went to her to fix a very bad haircut that was done the day before by another stylist (at another salon). She was very honest about what she could do and what she could not do to fix the issues. She really did an impossible repair job and has earned a customer for life. Thank you Chloe for your patience and your vision. You are the best!

I was so happy to find a nice salon open on Sunday so thought id give it a try and boy, what a treat! Gramercy salon is so fun and relaxing and Brendan was a meticulous professional. Im VERY picky about achieving a particular look and tone to my highlights and Im always concerned about potential damage. Well, Brendan took time to find out what was important to me and his plan worked! Best highlights Ive had in years! Thank you Brendan! Ill see you next time!

Loved the service I received at Gramercy! Shelby gave me one of the best layered cuts Ive ever had. She explained all the products she was using and why she recommended them. She also told me about some great products to use at home. I will definitely be back!

Brendan was fantastic and provided not only a great haircut but a ton of advice on styling and what was best for my particular type of hair. Hard to find a good mens haircut in Boca and Brendan didnt disappoint. Would recommend!

My hair stylist, Michele, is amazing. Sweet, stylish and trustworthy. The owner, Kristen, is very hands-on and wonderful. The salon is beautiful and very comfortable (even the shampoo bowls are comfortable). I left feeling like a million bucks. I love my color and cut and cant wait to go back. Chelsea is my holy grail hair stylist! 🙌🏼 I just moved to Boca less than a year ago coming from a stylist in Ft. Lauderdale who really messed up my hair. I get compliments all the time on how good my hair looks every time I get it done by her. She’s such a sweet person and the more you get to know her, the more she becomes your friend. If you’re looking for a great stylist in this area, no doubt go to her! You won’t regret it.

I booked an appointment and left a very detailed description of the services that I needed, only to be informed by the stylist that my request was never relayed. For that reason, the stylist was unprepared and I ended up getting just a haircut and conditioning treatment. I thought, “Whatever, I’ll do it. I set aside five hours of my day to go to this salon, I better get something done.” The treatment was fine, no complaints there. But when it came to the cut, Brittani kept cutting and cutting... I warned her that my hair would shrink. I expressed my concern about how short it was getting. Still, she kept cutting until there was barely enough there to pull back. My hair has never been this short, and I couldn’t be more displeased. I tried so hard to communicate my needs, and I left the salon without getting the services I expected.

I was a “walk in” at Gramercy Salon at Mizner Park. The physical surroundings were pleasant and the desk was cordial.What really made my experience outstanding however; Ariel. She proved herself to be a professional, attentive and focused upon my needs. Suggestions were offered which i accepted.She was spot on and I knew then to “leave it to the professionals.” Thank you Ariel and thank you Gramercy for seeing Ariel’s professional potentials.

I absolutely LOVE this salon. My mom and I went there last week.I get my hair done with Coley. Shes amazing with finding and creating that perfect color :) She always listens to my ideas and concerns, and always gives back honest feedback.My Mom got a haircut with Lucia. Amazing salon. Moved to FL from NYC and was looking for a salon that could compare to the ones I was used to in the upper east side. This was BETTER! The shampoo room is like a spa and the entire salon is so beautiful and so well designed. I had keratin (they call it a smoothing treatment) and a haircut done by AMY!!! She was unbelievable and my hair looks better than ever before. Prices are extremely fair and quality is five star. Highly recommend!
