Im new to the neighborhood and somewhat randomly chose this barber shop. My barber Sasha was friendly, technically skilled and really listened to me when I was fussy about certain things. The shop is sparkling clean, theyre taking Covid seriously and its an all in all great experience.

Nice place. Looks good. Empty. Ill assume due to covid. Ive been cutting my own hair for the past year. This was my first time back at a barbers. They didnt do much to my hair even after pointing out a weird cowlick. Didnt do anything about it. I was able to blend it better when I got home.The kicker was for a cut and beard trim (again very little done), I paid $60. I had a gift card that they would accept giving me an excuse that locations dont connect databases so I cannot use the card there.Not a horrible place but not worth the money. Not going back.

Been going here for Hair Cuts for about 7 months now. I use the same barber (Sara) all the time so she now knows how I like what remaining hair I have cut. You need an appointment. Not hard to get as they do try a facilitate you. Bit pricey, but I feel safer going here than the Korean Barber I used pre Covid. A plus is they are next door to a Hooters, so if you have to wait.....nuff said😄😄

My husband loves getting his hair cut here, hes been going here for years. He loves the atmosphere and the staff. Its clean and modern and really easy to make an appointment online, you can even see the persons face who youre setting up your appointment with.

Haircuts are below mediocre and come with customer service which is below rock bottom, and this all comes at an above average price! Trust me save your money and go to Supercuts, they’ll be WAY more professional, friendlier, and give better haircuts... at half the price! I can’t count the amount of times my hair was butchered here but only continued going because I’ve because I’ve been regretfully going for many years for mere convenience. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I was in the chair with the gown on, about to get my hair cut, then my barber Pedro went outside to talk to a guy about his nice car for 5 minutes..... (when I had to go to work soon, which is why I scheduled my haircut!) When he came back he told me I had to leave because the lady up front forgot to put me on the schedule when I rescheduled yesterday. And he unprofessionally said it’s my fault because I rescheduled and should not have!As mentioned, the prices are high, haircuts are below mediocre and their staff is very unprofessional. Will NEVER go back.

My first experience was absolutely the best haircut and face shave I have ever received in my life. Ryan was my barber and he was top shelf not only with his haircut and clean up but the overall experience was superb. Because of this experience when I traveled back to New York I talked about this place so much that I waited to get my haircut again in Florida .However my second haircut experience was done by another barber and was very subpar . It was rushed so that way he could get in another customer and ended up cutting me three times while shaving and trimming my beard . I postponed my trip back to New York just to receive this haircut because of my first experience was that great, if the roles were reversed I would have skipped this place if this was my first hair cut there .Overall if you are going to get your haircut or beard trim here make sure you get to see Ryan he will go above and beyond the normal standard and expectation.

First time visiting here and I can say I will be back next time! I showed Rabi a picture of what hairstyle I wanted and he knew exactly what to do. I could tell that he really cares about his work and the customers satisfaction. The price is not too expensive either. People who complain about these prices are used to going to Supercut where they can get a generic haircut for $15.

The one time Ive been here the staff seemed bothered they had a customer. One barber gave me a great hair cut overall, but didnt clean any of the fallen hair off my neck or shoulders. Then he left abruptly and then I had to wait for about 10 minutes just to check out. The staff seemed to be lounging around a lot and the use of space in the salon is just weird. Im not a overly critical customer and this isnt a fake review. I just expect some customer service when you have a business that is all about customer satisfaction. This business is a great candidate for an episode of Tabithas Takeover.

I booked a last minute appointment and the lady was very kind over the phone. However the guy that was supposed to cut my hair pulled me aside and told me that he hasn’t had a bright experience cutting ethnic hair and I appreciated his communication. However the base principle is that it’s a barber shop. It was my first time going to a Mancave and will be my last. Anyone with ethnic hair, ask if they have someone that can cut ethnic so your time isn’t wasted.

I recently was in Boca and need to get a trim and shave. I visited Man Cave and was quickly sat with Savanah. I have to say she gave me one of the best shaves and hair cuts I ever had and was very professional and thorough. She even trimmed my eyebrows. The place was clean and the staff friendly. Next time I am in town I will definitely stop in again.

Great high end barbershop. Wine, beer and water all complimentary, which is nice given I usually accompany my boyfriend when he gets his cuts done. His barber is Nick and he absolutely loves going to ManCave. Also think its awesome that they have a woman to do pedicures, manicures and waxing/ grooming for men. My boyfriend often gets his eyebrows waxed by Maria. Every experience has been more than professional thus far. ZERO complaints [:

Exceptional haircuts in a great atmosphere. I switched barbers a few months ago and wouldnt go anywhere else since going to Man Cave. Ask for Savannah. She takes her time and always give me a perfect cut. This is by far one of the best barber shop experiences around this area.

The only shop I will go to around here, Boca is so expensive and over priced, but the ManCave is a refreshing exception, I go about every three weeks. I get my cuts done by Nick, he takes his time to cut, style, and always recommends some great product! So happy a friend recommended this shop. Definitely suggest coming here or to their Delray shop

Extremely rude staff. Sometimes people run a little late, yet this business is so inconsiderate they don’t seem to care and the hairdresser will give you extreme attitude... She acted extremely unprofessionally and had the attitude she wanted to mess up my hair nor did she care to cut my hair. I left a minute after sitting down. I was treated as an inconvenience and will never recommend this place nor will I ever come back. Have fun with this staff.

Let me start off by saying, I hate leaving negative reviews. But I have to share this experience so others know what to expect. I was given a gift card for a hot shave because I never had one before and my wife thought I would enjoy it. When I called to book the appointment, the receptionist was very short, abrasive, and not friendly at all. And when I arrived for my appointment, it was more of the same. No one greeted me as I stood there for several minutes waiting to check in. When I finally checked in, I was told that the person I would be seeing was just finishing up. 45 minutes later I inquired as to what was the hold up. It turns out that the receptionist never told the person I was seeing that I was there waiting. I sat down in the chair nearly an hour after my scheduled appointment, even though he was not with anybody for almost that entire time. The hot shave experience was ok, but I was expecting something different. I was expecting the smoothest, closest, cleanest shave of my life, but when I left my face still felt stubbly. I had to go home and finish it with my own razor. Upon checkout, I was told that the gift card I had been given had no money on it. Even though I have the gift receipt that says otherwise. What that means is the person that sold my wife the gift card, took her money but never actually put it on the card. All in all this was a poor experience from start to finish. You can do better elsewhere.

The Hair cut you will receive at this barber is decent. However, dont expect anything special at all with scheduling. Ive gotten my hair cut 7 times and theyve messed up on scheduling 4 out of the seven. My barber also has unexpected absences frequently. If you need a reliable barber who cares about your time then definitely try somewhere else.Man Cave, I suggest you retrain your scheduling staff. Good luck.

The only decent guy in the place left and moved to California. I tried Pedro and was very disappointed. I walked in for my appointment. He kept me waiting while he read the paper. I have been going here for about six months now. I am in the military which means I need to keep my haircut as professional as possible. I have had savanah cut my hair once a week since the first day I walked in. She does a phenomenal job with a skin fade. She uses the straight razor to perfection leaving no lines. I have been overall impressed with not only my barber, but the establishment and overall atmosphere. I would recommend the mancave to anyone who wants a respectable haircut while enjoying their experience in the chair at the same time!!

I did not have a great experience here maybe it was because I came in half asleep for my apt. And didnt micromanage my cut. But all the Edging done with a blade left cuts everywhere that created scars, the sides are much longer than the 2.5 buzz fadeout I asked for. I Paid for the Mastercut 28dlls, but never got the hair wash not the offer for it. Very disappointed not sure if I will try it again. Definitely not the same barber

For nearly 6 months after leaving the Marine Corps, a good skin fade seemed impossible to find. While being used to military barbers on and near base, Ive traveled up to an hour from home in South Florida looking for someone to get it right. The Man Cave in Boca, specifically Savanah, has ended my search. Besides the hot shaves, cold beverages ;) , and easy on the eyes staff - Savanah particularly has ended my search for a skin fade and will have me coming back. I wont be letting anyone else touch my hair.

HORRIBLE customer service. The front desk receptionist did not simply know how to schedule or look at appointments. I had made an appointment as a surprise for my husband for the holidays and had 4 services paid for and scheduled (couple hundred dollars) with Grace at the front desk. Upon his arrival, the receptionist said he was an hour and a half early (after confirming the day before) and the 4 services were not directly after each other he had to wait in between. He stuck it out and waited 90 minutes to begin. The Esthetician was 30 minutes late on top of that and we finally had enough. He went to ask for a refund as it was ridiculous. The receptionist proceeded to call me as it was my card which paid. I agreed and asked what the problem was with the scheduling and what had happened. All she responded was I am just the receptionist I can not help you. I never have experienced a concierge so RUDE and MISINFORMING. Since when was a job of a receptionist not to know the schedule? I was nothing but professional while concerned with what turned out to be a HORRIBLE surprise for my husband. The manager then proceeded to call and say I was rude to her client. I am in the business and simply APPALLED at the unprofessional environment and lack of customer service in this business. No one knows anything other than how to take money and not provide given service. Never-mind it is unorganized and embarrassing to call a Man SPA . The esthetician room has dirty towels and is unsanitary. My recommendation is AVOID or waste your time and money!!!!!!

To start placing an apointment is a pain-in-the-ass. The blonde lady who works the front is rude and seems to not be happy working there. I have been a total of 4 times and only 1 time I got a decent hair cut. The guy who cuts my hair refuses to listen to anything I ask of him and seemed annoyed with any thing I said to him. He then made me wet my hair completely even though I said otherwise and that I only wanted a trim of the sides. He also failed to speak and understand English which is obviously a huge problem when directing someone. He was also very rough with my hair to the point of actual pain, which resulted in me later having to take asprin for the spilting head-ache. After he was done ruining my hair he then said Im done in a rude voice and then walked outside. After that mess I simply paid and left and the guy stared me down as I got in my Car. IDK if it was becasue I seemed to be annoyed with his horrible haircut or it was because I didnt tip him. DO NOT GO

Twice in two weeks my husband tried to get a hair cut - The first week they called and cancelled due to the stylist not coming in - second week he jumped out of bed to get there on time and waited 45 minutes only to find out the stylist was a no show and told him he could wait another 45 minutes for another stylist - very bad customer service 😢 If I could give it a zero Inwould.

Went in for a line up. Barber refused to use a straight edge on the neckline and around the edges. Wast of time and money.

Bad haircut, tried to get a simple fade came out choppy and got charged $28 for it.

I finally needed a haircut after moving here over a month ago, I had passed this place several times and thought how bad could a place called the man cave be ?? Turns out they have many more services than just a haircut, I will make this my regular stop from now on.

Dont seem to treat patrons equally: I show up, give my name as a walk-in and stand by watching 4 other people walk in and put their names on the walk-in list. All 4 get taken as walk ins first. When I ask whats up, Im told youll be taken next. When I ask why the four people after me taken, Im told some nonsensical explanation that makes zero sense.

If you have the choice, go to the ManCave at Delray Marketplace. The wait is too long and its pretty clear they give preferential treatment to the barbers friends to get a cut before you even though you showed up first.

Do not come they dont know what Tapes are !!
