This place sucks only place w rapid covid testing and they wanna tell me last minute when i’m literally at my appointment the systems down. i understand it’s not their fault it’s down but the lady was SO rude to my elderly mother it was ridiculous never coming back here.

My first visit to the Pharmacy in Boardman the lady I dealt with was nice but DIDN’T hesitate to tell me the price of my prescription was expensive !!! The prescription was $80 for ear drops!!!!!! Not one time did she suggest use some kind of discount or offer any suggestions! So not being familiar with Good RX I get home and look up the price difference of my prescription and it was a very large difference! If I would have known about the Good RX discount would have saved $50 dollars!!! WOW CVS only cared about sticking it to me! They just didn’t CARE!!!!!!

It literally takes my entire lunch break to pick up a prescription. CVS made a corporate decision to provide COVID testing with clearly zero plan on how to integrate this with their drive through. Either that or they have zero concern for their customers time. Or both.

My first call was answered quickly. A kind robot determined the nature of my call and directed me to a pharmacist, who responded within 30 seconds. She was willing to check my insurance status over the phone, saving me a 25-minute drive, to see which version of the med would work. I was very satisfied with the call.

Minute clinic service here was excellent with efficiency, kindness, and support. Thank you!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service ! whoever the blonde is with the blue nails that worked today terrible customer service so disrespectful. I will never be back to that location again. I waited for 15 minutes in the drive-through for my prescription to finally get up there for her to get smart with me and tell me that I’m in the Covid testing line and she refused to look up my prescription or get it to me I needed to get back in line where there were six cars waiting and then she hung up the phone. there are no signs nothing I will never be back there I got my doctor to change all my prescriptions terrible customer service

The place needs some form of Management. We only go there because of our insurance. I have no choice. I wish they would clean the place up. Your in the center of Boardman and the weeds are two foot high. Show some pride.

Terrible customer service. The pharmacy has messed up my prescription multiple times and even when the time came to correct it they still made me wait an hour in the parking lot to get my medication. I’ve had encounters with two pharmacists and they both just complain about how busy they are and how it’s going to be a while. 1-2 hours with no other customers in sight on BOTH occasions. I will never come back to this location again.

THEY LOST MY PRESCRIPTION THEN TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR A PRESCRIPTION THEY LOST. HOW?! Lol, seriously though. Extremely unprofessional.

Drove 30 minutes to find out their minute clinic was not accepting patients. Was still open for another 45 minutes.

I have never experienced a pharmacy dept. this slow, EVER! Don’t dare call, I have been on hold for 1/2 hour already.

This pharmacy is remarkably bad. Ive never had a quick experience here, and the staff just dont seem to care about anyone. Not a smile to be had in here. I only wish my awful prescription insurance would allow me to Walgreens rather than CVS.PS: If anyone is looking for a great pharmacy, we often choose to pay out of pocket for cheap prescriptions and fill them at the Walgreens in Austintown. They are super fast (like 5 minutes), and super nice.

I dropped a prescription off at 12:35 pm and was told it would be about an hour, said they would call me when it was ready. I waited and waited, lo and behold I never received a call and when I called up there I was given allot of excuses about why I didnt get a phone call that it was ready. Come to find out it was filled and ready for pickup about fifteen minutes after I dropped it off. I will not go back there again, I will go to rite aid or Walgreens to have my scripts filled and wait for reimbursement from my insurance company. CVS in Boardman sucks. I wouldnt even give them a half of start for a rating.

SLOW AF!! After waiting the customer is the one who should be miserable but somehow the employees are more miserable than the customers who have to wait standing in line or in drive thru. Don’t even bother if scrips were free wouldn’t come here...Go to Walgreens and save yourself the misery!

Poor service, no one answers the phone, no one doing anything

This pharmacy is super slow. I had a lady ask for my phone number and I had repeated it 3 times and she still got it wrong!! They said shes new and if she cant get a simple phone number right, how can I expect my meds to be right?? Its always an hour wait and once I got a text that my meds were ready, I get there and I had wait because it wasnt ready! Im switching as soon as possible!

They are slow and never have a prescription ready when you get there.

This store has gone down hill and it went fast.... The Store and Pharmacy hrs cut... the pharmacy is out of 3 different meds I take more often than they have it in stock. Today I dropped of a script at 4pm, was asked when I wanted to pick it up... I said 6pm, I was told OK we will have it for you. At 7pm I arrive at the drive thru to pick it up and its not ready, I was told it will be another 20-30 mins and asked to come in the store to wait....HELLO IF I WANTED TO COME IN I WOULD HAVE COME IN TO START WITH... AND NO I DO NOT WANT TO COME BACK AND NO I WILL NOT PULL FORWARD.. I WAS TOLD 6PM ITS 7 PM I WILL WAIT AT THE WINDOW THANKS. 1 STAR IS TO MANY,Time to find a new Pharmacy.

They have failed as a corporation. Pharmacy is the biggest problem. Scripts are never ready on time and some of the help isnt the friendliest. I got tired of constantly waiting for scripts so I now get my meds at Walgreens.

The pharmacy is the slowest in town!!
