Excellent store. Large choice of snacks and beverages including the amazing MTO food service. Employees are nice and accommodating.

Ive never had an issue at this location! Its super modern inside and has a pretty nice atmosphere. The MTO food I had ordered was very good and the wait wasnt too long, really. They have a good selection of things you could want or need inside, Ive been to a lot of Sheetz locations, and this one was rather high on my list, Id have to say!

So, the amount of time I had to sit in line was a smidge excessive.... however I’m happy about it. Please continue to take time to make people’s food the right way because the wait was worth it and I appreciate that. Ignore the timers, ignore your managers, quality over quantity will always win.

This Sheetz has a dude named Rich that works there. Rich looks like the comic book dude from the Simpsons. Rich doesnt wear his mask so it covers his nose. Hes also cool with pretending a line of 10+ customers isnt standing there staring at him. Dont be Rich

Alright! Im first to review.So I just got back into town and as you know with this COVID-19 everything is closed :(. However here I was able to fill my car up and get some hot and fresh food!!! OMG the curly fries are awesome. I also got two chili dogs and grilled cheese. Talking about nice and hot! This hot the spot after my trip back into town from SC. Th touch screen to order was easy yo use and I pad at first window, picked up from second. I am so glad they were open and I was able to get some bite to eat after an exhausting trip. Thanks! Five stars!

I just waited 30 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches I ordered. This should NEVER happen!! I watched 5 employees move at a snail’s pace preparing the food. They were busy and it was later at night but they seemed properly staffed so I don’t know what the problem was. No one seemed to care. They obviously need a better manager to push things along. Any fast food service manager with experience will be an upgrade. The building is beautiful and the food was awesome and I have no other complaints but there is NO EXCUSE for the slow service.Save yourself 30 minutes of your life and go across the street to GetGo where this has never once happened. Or any other fast food restaurant in the area. What a disappointment.

Don’t expect your drive thru order on timeI placed an order on the app and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and the line did not move! There were 2 cars ahead of me. I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late for work. Thank god I didn’t pay ahead. They should have a separate line like Starbucks for moble pickup. I could not get my order inside either because of the line.

Can’t believe this is a gas station.the food is excellent. The drive through is terrible at night. Don’t use it unless you have 20+ minutes to kill.

Ive never ordered food from this location, but the couple of times Ive been inside, its been pretty busy. Its the middle of the night and there are people everywhere. Anyway, I wanted to post a rebuttal to everyone complaining about their orders taking too long. I do agree that 30+ minutes is too long to wait, but you have to understand that they just opened a few weeks ago and theyre probably overwhelmed with a bunch of orders and not trained properly. I have to assume some of the workers were hired specifically for this store and I imagine theyre doing the best they can to learn their new jobs and serve hoards of customers at all hours of the night. Give them a chance to get their bearings before leaving a bad review. Im sure the employees are doing the best they can.

I will never get food from this place again they not only messed up my order but then I was told they could not give me a refund I need to speak to Corp when calling Corp I was given free stuff but still no refund I will not be going back to the sheets for food ever

They need more structure in there,they all over the place like chickens with their heads cut off. Then be rude when they’re late bringing your food to the window lol. Smh if you trynna get a late night snack don’t go there you’ll be waiting 30+ mins.

Supposedly open 24 hours, marked as open on google, but instead theyre all smoking outside with the doors locked and turning every one away. If you want everyone to go to GetGo this is how you do it.

Sit there for 45 minutes to get cold food

Sat in drive through for 30 minutes. Waiting for 2 subs. Not the first time this has happened.

They have great service

Compared to other sheetz it has a smaller and less we coffee bar fewer choices in drinks and just not as good overall as the ones right up the road.

Nothing special newer store and their gas prices had been the best at least for 88 octane instead of 87 but now theyre in the game like everyone else
