The car market is very difficult these days with not a lot of inventory and supply chain issues throughout. I found a VW Jetta online at a dealership. I walked in, asked for a salesman and I got Brendan. It took me two days to finally buy the vehicle and Brendan was very patient and accommodating throughout the process. We test drove two vehicles, looked at a dozen others. The process was smooth and easy with Brendan. Enjoyed the experience.

My wife likes to keep up on her new 2012 Passat maintenance so she would take it back every time service was due and recently was having issues with it and not working in Youngstown area see had a local shop check it they said fuel intake codes they changed sensor and a week later light come back on so she stopped back and they said its same intake issue so they looked deeper and they found the air filter was last changed by me in 2015 how could they do factor recommend service one a year and never change the air filter

Went there to make a food delivery to The service department will not give the name of the person due to Confidential information but the rep that work for the service department mark the order not delivered when it was delivered to the service department nearly costing my job would not recommend doing business with a scam artist. We bought a used car from the dealership for my son. When we were leaving with the car, we found that one of the remote keys did not work. We were told that was too bad and the manager would not do anything to remedy the situation as it needed to be reprogrammed and we would have to pay for that. Because we are in Pennsylvannia, we had to take the car for an inspection. Althought they did a multi point inspection of the car, we were then stuck with an $700 bill for repairs to bring it up to PAs safety standards. If you find a car you like, I would highly recommend having an independent mechanic look it over.

Would strongly suggest not using this dealership. I love my Tiguan but since I bought it from this dealership almost 2 years ago, the service has been about as helpful as what you would get from a used car salesman. The buying experience wasnt great and I thought the salesman was rather condescending, but I really liked the car. Later, an issue with the vehicle arrived that I thought should be covered by the warranty. The dealership disagreed, which I understand, but what upset me the most was when I bought it for inspection they suggested and charged me for work I later found out was unnecessary. They were either just trying to upcharge me or didnt have the proper knowledge. When I called to discuss this issue they were very unhelpful and I was told they would contact me to help resolved the issue but i was never contacted again. Other services that were generally fine would take a very long time to complete. I do not plan on using the services of this dealership again.

Terrible experience. We live in Morgantown West Virginia and are driving over to Boardman to pick up a car. We’ve talk to them for the last 5 days. My husband drives over 2.5 hours after talking with Joe Beike, our sales guy. Instead of making it there at 6o’clock like he thought he would he was making it at 6:30. They close at six. They said there’s absolutely nothing they can do to help us at 6:30. All we needed to do was sign for the car and they would not accommodate whatsoever. Extremely extremely disappointed in this dealership.

Do not buy a used vehicle here! I bought a 2013 infinity 72,000 miles for $15,500. Drove it home and it quit working. I didnt even have it an hour. Called them and told them and they did not care and would not take it back! It was the transmission.

As I came to the realization that the minivan I had owned since 2013 was no longer suiting my familys needs, My husband and I did all the research and decided that we wanted to look at a Volkswagen Atlas. My husband, two of our kids, and I, with just the intention of looking, came out to Preston Volkswagen on a Saturday afternoon to check out the Atlas. It was the only vehicle I test drove and immediately fell in love. Cortland was fantastic through the process and was extremely personable. We enjoyed just chatting with him. He answered every question we had, no matter how trivial they seemed and had a tremendous amount of knowledge about the vehicle. The incentives he found and the great deal on our minivan for trade helped drop the price considerably. Mason helped close the deal on the finance side and was so professional and fun to work with. I ended up taking home an Atlas that day and I have Cortland and Mason to thank. I love my Atlas and my experience at Preston Volkswagen.

I am kicking myself for going back to Preston for an oil change on my Beetle convertible. It is a summer car so I only get one, maybe two oil changes a year. Last year, they charged me nearly $100 for just an oil change but this year I saw a coupon online for $70 (still expensive but better) so I scheduled an appointment. One of the options on the website was for them to pickup and return my car - what a great option or so I thought! Scheduled the pickup, got not one but three confirmations from them for the pickup. Pickup time comes and goes and nobody shows up. Call them only to find out they dont do pickups? Then why let me schedule one online?Service Manager clearly did not believe me when I told him what happened on the phone so I brought screenshots when I took the car in myself. He claims I am the only one who has tried to schedule this and hes called his website person to resolve. He got me in quickly when I brought the car in myself but barely apologized for my trouble.Bottom line, dont offer what you cant deliver and if you do mess up, take the time to try to make it right for the customer!

I had recently stopped at this dealership with interest in a used car. As a 19 year old walking in with his eyes closed, having little knowledge of what to do, I was relieved due to their professionalism. From the small details of respect, simple smiles, opening doors and pulling out chairs. They were able to make me feel comfortable by informing me on the process of buying a car, making me laugh, and constantly offering refreshments. This dealership was the first of many that I have been to that have actually tried to help me be successful in buying a car. Due to Gene and Estevans friendliness and professionalism I was able to drive home in a brand new Volkswagen Jetta. Its a very successful dealership because of the very successful individuals. I was very impressed.

I bought a black Atlas in the Preston Volkswagen car company in February 2020. Two weeks ago, I was able to wash the cars fuel cap after washing it for free at their car company. I was very confident of their staff. I didn’t see the car and went directly to work. The next day I found that the fuel cap of my car was flushed by them. I called them and asked if their staff had seen my fuel cap. The staff of the car company said that there was a fuel cap for the car. The paint was broken, I was very sad. I asked the companys person in charge of the maintenance department manager to say that the boss is not busy. He is busy with more than a dozen companies. The staff said that they can repaint us for two days, but they have not been repaired for three weeks. Its awful. The service attitude of the staff makes me sad. I hope that the person in charge of your company can give me an explanation after reading the information?

Tyler went above and beyond to make our experience AAA1. I could go on for days but no one wants that. Tyler or any staff member will make it happen for you. Theyre like a fine oiled machine. (A turbo VW machine)

Recently was at this dealership where I picked up a 19 Jetta GLI. I was working with two salesman who were very professional, knowledgeable, and made the environment comfortable. I didn’t feel pushed or rushed. The salesmen, sales manager and the finance Manager I worked with were all professional and had wonderful customer service. Dont waste your time with their incompetent work. Ive brought in my beetle in almost half a dozen times over the last two months and spent almost 2000 dollars on repairs. And somehow they have yet to fix my car. No repair has lasted me longer than a week.
