I bought a black Atlas in the Preston Volkswagen car company in February 2020. Two weeks ago, I was able to wash the cars fuel cap after washing it for free at their car company. I was very confident of their staff. I didn’t see the car and went directly to work. The next day I found that the fuel cap of my car was flushed by them. I called them and asked if their staff had seen my fuel cap. The staff of the car company said that there was a fuel cap for the car. The paint was broken, I was very sad. I asked the companys person in charge of the maintenance department manager to say that the boss is not busy. He is busy with more than a dozen companies. The staff said that they can repaint us for two days, but they have not been repaired for three weeks. Its awful. The service attitude of the staff makes me sad. I hope that the person in charge of your company can give me an explanation after reading the information?
