I made an appointment to get an oil change and get a possible transmission issue looked at that I thought was under warranty. They told me nothing about a diagnostic fee or that it wasn’t covered under warranty under AFTER it was done. I had to pay $146 completely unexpectedly. I’ll never use cannon again.

I went on January 30th to trade in my Nissan rogue for a Nissan murano. There was a salesman in training named Antonio Guajardo. Upon switching out vehicles I noticed my marijuana was missing. I didnt say anything but we left and I realized that I left the money bags for my shop in the rogue so I tried getting a hold of Rick Hise and I couldnt so I sent him a message letting him know that I was just going to go get it because I still had a key fob. The money bags were in there but the money was gone. I tried getting a hold of Rick again. I never left the camera. Rick gets back with me Sunday afternoon as I explain to him what happened. Monday he called me to come get the $150 the salesman stole but said nothing can be done about the weed. I was mad,felt violated, I couldnt believe that something like that could happen. They even had the nerve to tell me it normally happens in the service department.

After going in for oil change, tech found other items that needed done. Erin was very detailed and helpful in getting my taken care of. Even offered a car while mine was being serviced.

Was very displeased to find all that the diagnostic incorporates is a simple OBD 2 code reading. I could do that myself for free. Furthermore when I went to the dealership the first time the car had trouble starting after a fill up. The diag came back saying only a sensor was bad. I go out the same day and fill it up to test it and it fails to start correctly. Well the tech drives it around and says it was probably a programming hiccup. Well, thanks Sherlock you did not fill it up now did you? So, several month pass and the problem remains. I take it back two days ago and they say the PVC is bad, but no code saying it was bad was thrown during the previous diag so I now have to fork over an extra 400 Benjamin’s to fix the same problem I came in with. No thanks! I will be doing it myself. I could have done what was done here with a OBD code reader and google and still be $400 in the green.

Very nice and knowledgeable Service Advisor. They treat you with respect at Cannon Nissan and Cannon Ford. I got to use coupons that were emailed to me. That was a great help in these times (money is too tight now). The service people are honest about your vehicle! Thats huge! Its a blessing to have Cannon in COVID-19 times. Fast, honest service and great pricing.

Found a used car I wanted from the Cannon lot in Mississippi which is two states away from me!! I was discouraged. i wasnt going to drive that far! But Bob Ciuffoletti had it delivered to me within a day and a half, no extra charge. Had a great experience. The car was also 1000 cheaper than a competitor with only 100 miles difference. I really enjoy my car. He even called me a few weeks later to let me know my trade in (SUV) went to a very nice young family starting out and that was very nice to know! What a disappointment!I went to my local dealership because I like to support locally, my daughter purchase a car there about 3 weeks ago and everything was great! I only needed 1 key made for my 2013 Titan. Went in at 2:30 the receptionist took my key and it was almost 5pm before I got the key! There was another guy came in 20 min after me to get something done to his car and his car was completed before I got my 1 key. Only after I told her I have to go because I have a meeting that I have to attend then I I seen things move. I lost too much time when I only needed a key made!

I gave a poor review about 5 months ago. Manager contacted me, so I gave them another chance. Had my oil changed, and brakes replaced at all wheels. Shortly after, brakes started squealing, and I just thought it was because they were new. Didnt quit, so had my oil changed again and asked could they check it out. Service person said it would cost $105 for a technician to drive my truck and see if he could hear the sound. Of course I wouldnt be charged if it was due to their earlier work, but I know it would be determined my fault. I highly recommend anyone other than this place. If you can get to West Memphis Ford, go there. Go anywhere but here.
