I broke down in my class C camper and even though they couldnt do work on it they sent Colton to pick us up while camper was going to be towed to their location so I could try to find away to get it towed home. Britney was the lady I spoke with to get this all arranged and she was so helpful and pleasant. Colton stayed with me an a friend on the highway till tow truck arrived then brought us back to dealership. Supper friendly and very helpful. Needless to say after a 5 hour wait for the tow this was a blessing for a older lady in destress. They let me stay all the next day to find my tow home and I will never forget the hospitality those two individuals made for such a bad day.

Worst place to buy a truck I bought a 2019 ram nobody told me that it was wrecked before everything on the Carfax was clear to a week after buying it airbag light on and sticking out the window trim bent frame passenger side bed has been reskined they tried to straighten the bed then told me to take it to someone else and I did to a body shop and found out that the truck was wrecked and new bed side and bent frame sent a letter to the BBB and att general now Im going to see my lawyer so needless to say I will not be going back to that junk yard

Paid them over $1000 to do a repair on a vehicle. Locked the truck and turnes keys over to dealership. When we went to pick up the truck, several personal items were missing. Spoke to the manager who said he would view the cameras and see what happened but that his techs make good money and wouldnt take anything. Called again this morning and they didnt seem to care. Just kept saying there techs make good money. Apparently they dont care about there customers property and take no responsibility for any vehicle left in there possession. Will not purchase from them or use them for repairs again. Cant stand thieves or management that doesnt care about their customers.

We were driving our old Transit all the way from Canada when we stopped in Blytheville. We left the engine running while we took a quick bite at a burger joint. Just as we pulled out, we heard a loud noise coming from the engine followed with a huge cloud of white smoke. Given our turbo had given up two days before, we got scarred something had gone really bad and we immediately drove to Cannon Ford, the nearest dealership, where we parked overnight. In the morning, Donna immediately scheduled us for a quick inspection. We wanted to make sure we hadnt aggravated the situation. As it turned out, some engine oil had leaked from the turbo and built up. When we pulled out, the oil rushed into the engine, which caused the smoke. We have already ordered the new turbo and will be installing it next week, but we were glad that Cannon Ford could take a quick look and confirmed we were not worse than the day before. They recommended we keep an eye on our oil level. Best of all, they didnt charge us for the diagnostic.

We had a sensor problem with our 2014 deisel power stroke. My husband tried to fix it. Lucky for us, we made it to the campground that night. . The next morning called the Ford dealer. Had to stop here while traveling to St. Louis for a concert due to transmission going out. Took 6 hours to get car looked at and to get a loner. Missed out chance of going to concert despite leaving 4 hours early to get there. Dealership forgot to give me drive out or dealer tags for the loner car I had to drive for over a week. Ended up getting a ticket while on the loner for no tags. The general name Brannon avoided me constantly when I tried to reach out to him to fix the issue. After a week of trying I finally got him to call me back. He then said hed look into the situation and call me back the next business day. 2 weeks later, hes back to avoiding me and has never returned my call. Horrible, spineless, customer service

Our alternator failed on our way from Indiana to my mother-in-laws 90th birthday in Louisiana. We literally coasted into the hotel next door before the car died. Greg Graves, the Service Manager was opening up at 7:15 am the next morning and let me in. I explained my predicament and told him about my mother-in-laws party later that day. He spoke to Service Advisor Lauren Smith and they would take my car in immediately.Our car was repaired by noon and we made my mother-in-laws 90th birthday party!
