Called yesterday evening after our hot water heater started leaking. Gave us a estimate on a new one showed up very next morning and installed it. Seem to be good folks.

Terrible experience dealing with them. Rude and vulgarly aggressive towards my wife over the phone. Gives an estimate and then changes it. Definitely on my avoid list now.

This place is going around gouging the elderly in Beckley. They are disrespectful with their attitude. They arent even accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend using their services. They dont deserve a 1 star rating.

Very dissatisfied with the service this business has. They say they called my business to notify me of the status. But there was no answer or no voicemail set up to leave a message. We contacted them several times. And were told the parts were on order as soon as it was repaired they would notify us.I took them 3 tvs paid them a $25 per tv deposit. And they disposed of all 3 of my tvs. And never called me back to tell me if they were repaired.so they take tvs get money and throw your tv away keeping your money.Very disappointed as to replace my tv is $1000. And the repair was $200.....
