Never had a problem here. The staff is always happy to talk and give information. Very helpful as well. The store itself is just a normal GameStop, the only thing that separates this one is it has an excellent staff.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that makes you feel comfortable to stick around and keep coming back. Great about answering questions, maneuvering around the store to any customers, and getting the line moving (though usually its not so crowded that its an issue anyway). I love coming here for merch and my games.

I am not a fan of this gamestop very rude everytime my nephew goes and comes back to me he tells me they are always rude. Also when I go in to ask them a question I always feel like a burden. If I did not work so close to this gamestop I would go to the one in Pounding Mill. Everyone is so much nicer.

Great for Marvel Legends and maybe video games, I think.

Today was the worst experience ever in over 8 years at this game stops. Ill never be back to this one in bluefield again. Customer service has gone done hill and to be called a lier is a little ridiculous.

The employees are customer service oriented and treat you and your children both with the utmost respect. Selection isnt bad either.

Used games are a good deal but everything else in the store is way overpriced. Wal-Mart has many items so much cheaper.

Until they learn to answer the phone - Ill do business next door at Walmart. When Dave was the manager there he ALWAYS answered the phone when he wasnt busy.
