Customer service was very professional and friendly. The repairs needed were explained in detail. The service was done promptly and in the time frame they said it would it be done. The repairs fixed my car problems. I would recommend this business to my family and friends.

I made an appointment for front end alignment yesterday for today at 3:30 pm.called ahead to see if I could come in earlier..Luther said...sure come in..we will fit you in.They put my car up on the lift started checking every bushing, tie rod ends and everything in between..found an inner tie rod bad..I went and got it..they put it on..then done the alignment..took about 2 hours.When they got done..my car drove like a dream..before you could feel every bump in the road..never thought it would drive so good..I thank all the guys that work here..you done an awesome job on my vehicle..friendly service..real down to earth guys.. professional work at a great price..you will be seeing more of me in the future..thank you Luther!!!!

I am a woman. I have taken my vehicles here for years now and have never been over charged nor have I been charged for something I don’t need. They have always explained what I needed first before they done the job. The price beats anyone around. They get me in as soon as they can. They feel like family. I highly recommend them.

I have used Meineke as my primary repair shop for both my vehicles for many years and am generally well pleased with their service. So when I needed my brakes done before leaving on vacation I took my car to them. This time I was less than pleased. I was told the repairs would take approximately one hour and forty-five minutes... but I waited four hours! I was on time for my appointment and they took the car right in. I was never given an update or explanation why it took so long.Generally I’ve found Meineke’s prices to be reasonable and very competitive, but my brake service was almost seven hundred dollars... about triple what I was expecting. Admittedly I’m no expert, but that seems really high to me and put a big dent in our vacation plans.I assume the work was done right and will last. That has been my experience with Meineke in the past. Time will tell. But for now, I’m less than pleased with this experience.

The service at Meineke was great. I needed all four brakes and rotors changed. The price they quoted me was over $200 cheaper than the car dealership where I typically have work done. I was able to get an appointment quickly that worked well for my schedule. The drop off was convenient and quick. Once they started working on my car they found something else that needed repaired and called to confirm before adding the additional costs. They repaired my brakes in a timely manner. They also did a courtesy check of my car and found a tail light out that I didnt even know about! When it was time to pick up my car they explained the warranty in detail and made sure I didnt have any questions. The people who helped me were friendly and made sure I was satisfied with my service before I left. I would recommend Meineke to anyone looking for fair Hometown service! 😊

Luther has been honest and knowledgeeach time I have been there. The first time was anEmergency Battery Repair, he stayed open just untilthe Tow Truck could jump the battery off.The 2nd time the Water Pump, Serpentine Belt,and Pulley had to be replaced as a Emergency.This last time Front Brakes and Rotors were checkedand Replaced. I have always been told upfrontabout pricing and warranties. Luther and his teamdo a great job.

I swore off this place a few years ago because I did not like the owners. I went in for a check engine light and was well taken care of! I found out that there are new owners with new management...and it shows! Very honest shop now and doesnt seem to nickel and dime you to death! Manager was hateful and rude when we wouldnt let them do $3100 worth of work, when we only took it in to have brakes put on. Have had other issues too. But all I can say is take you vehicles someplace else, they will try to make you replace stuff that isnt necessary,and will then refuse to do the work you took it in for.

The sweet lady, I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name, was so attentive and helpful! She waited on me right away and fit me in perfectly! I live away and mentioned that I was going to see my mother and also my father who is in a nursing home. She was so compassionate and told me she would call me right away when my car was ready, but I could take my time picking it up so that I would have a good visit. When I picked up my car, she told me exactly what it needed, which was the brake pads replaced desperately soon. She wasn’t pushy about it at all, just concerned. She also told me of a sale that was going on on services at the moment. We moved away over a year ago, but because the people are so friendly, the service so good, and the prices reasonable, we come back to this Meineke for service when in town to visit family. Thank you for a job well done!

Took my truck in to get a front end alignment.These people are so awesome ! They were unable to do the alignment when i first brought it in due to me needing a few parts. Completely understandable. The lady at the front was so nice . She printed me a paper off telling me the parts i needed to replace and i came back in about a week later and they got me in and out in a timely manner considering how busy they were. Very informative crew as well. Will def be going back and recommending to family/friends

People are so friendly so courteous and they always try to help out the best way they can and they give you the information you need to have.

Basic oil change prices are reasonable. I had an appointment scheduled in advance, but due to unforeseen circumstances Im already an hour behind. The air conditioning is out in the lobby. If you want quick service and free soda, Pennzoil in Princeton has the fastest service for a higher price. Usually Meineke runs smoothly and has free oil changes on Veterans Day.

Was told that my tires had been rotated and charged for it but they did not rotate my tires

I had an oil change at the Bluefield West Virginia Meinicke. They were so nice and so helpful! I was pressed for time because my dog had swallowed something and had to get to the vet, so they took the car right away and did the oil Change and they realized I needed an air filter and got that change for me also, and of the door to go get my dog and get her to the vet. I am so grateful for them being so nice and understanding and getting my car done as fast as they did! I highly recommend them and the sweet staff!

My daughter was driving my car on the way at home from North Carolina when it broke down.in West Virginia. She had it towed to this shop. I drove from MI to help. Scott (who is wonderful) had it fixed the next morning and we were on our way home.

I get my oil changed here and they have been particularly helpful with three leaking tires. Twice, there were little bits of metal and the third time was a carpet tack that went straight into the tire. They told me there was no way I ran over that. My son was working at a metal fabricating shop so I could have picked up the little bits there. The counter staff and the workers have all been pleasant, very polite and extremely helpful. I would recommend them highly but I would also recommend you make an appointment.

They took such good care of me and answered questions I didnt even know I had. The man at the front (Im terrible with names) was so knowledgeable and helpful in any way he possibly could be. I only went in for an oil change, but they inspected everything with my car and even helped me know what it was worth. They blew me away with customer service! Definitely reccomend! :)

They had the nerve to break a part on my car and have the nerve to try to glue it together and tell me if they half to replace it I would have to pay for it.!!! That part was not broken when it was taken there. Will Never take my car there again.

This is the first time Ive ever been to a Meineke. They were super helpful, walked me through everything I needed done and even gave me a detailed list of what everything costs.My uncle is a mechanic and always worked on my car. So, Ive never had to go to a regular garage for maintenance. Unfortunley for me, he now lives in Florida. I was worried about being ripped off or overcharged since Im a female going into a garage but they were great. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Friendly and fast oil change.

The team was awesome. We were losing air in a tire, found out it was punctured in the side wall and not salvageable. They got us back on the road in about a half an hour. Great job.

Was having issues with lights on my car. Had taken my car to 3 mechanics trying to get the issue resolved who also told me I needed front and rear brakes on my car. Went to Meineke in Bluefield WV for oil change prior to getting anything fix on my car. The inspection report from Meineke shows that everything on my car was great. They checked all the green boxes. Wish I could post the report with the others I received compared to the one Meineke gave me. When I got my brakes changed the following week the mechanic showed me how in desperate need I was for brake pads. Front and rear brake pads were down to the metal. So, is Meineke really inspecting our cars? This is proof to me that they did not inspect my car at all. However, the oil and filter had been changed.

The garage in Bluefield WV was very professional and prompt on helping us get our car back to driving correct.. their job was done in a reasonable amount of time and what they fixed did fix our couple problems.. we also had them look at and give us a quote on a couple other things, in which they did not charge us for, being they just looked at and evaluated it and told us whats goin on.. most all of the garages in our area want a flat rate of around $95 just to look at a problem and giving a quote.. So that was nice not being charged for that.. being how they helped us and thier rates are reasonable.. we highly recommend them and will definitely be using them alot for all of our mechanical needs..

Teresa was great, Scott said he was giving me a good deal but over charged me for parts by about 40%. I checked prices at all local parts stores.

Loved the atmosphere even though there was no air the people there was amazing and I couldnt ask for a better place to get my car fixed will be going back there as soon as possible would recommend anybody there

Took my Nissan in for Oil Change and they broke the valve stem and accused me of having metal caps which was false because I knew better. Had no choice but to let them fix it. It was a TPMS stem that they didnt program correctly nor did they offer to pay for it, I had to. I asked to see the part when I picked it up and was informed they threw it away and couldnt find it. Inspected the other 3 caps that were left on the car, yep still the original ones, plastic.Tried calling the (800) number, that they keep posting on here, and got ZERO results. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING, THEY WONT DO ANYTHING! I have COMPLETELY boycotted Meineke in Bluefield & have been telling anyone that will listen about my experience there. Would give Zero or Negative if it was an option.

Another shop made me believe that my car was close to being scrapped. This shop fixed my issue for round 50$. Gave me good advice on it also.

Needed a last minute alignment before going out of town, they were the only shop in town that would see me that day without an appointment, they took my car in right away and the alignment was performed within 1hr, staff is friendly, some service prices are cheaper than the local competition and or fair.
