A HUGE Thank You to Joe Miskulin, Service Advisor at Cole Kia, for taking the time to work me in due to a KIA emergency! While traveling back from a wedding in Pennsylvania, my engine light started blinking. We decided to stay the night in Princeton, WV and visit the dealership first thing Monday morning! Joe and his team were so helpful and assured me that they would get my KIA checked out!! Within 2 hours I was ready to go!! Absolutely horrible customer service. It won’t let me give 0 stars. Called about a Seltos and drove an hour and a half to go look at it. I get there and tell the guy, I think Chris, my budget for a payment and that I wanted the Seltos. He says yeah! Of Course! ( I had been in communication for several days for only the Seltos. No other vehicles).. He asks if it’s okay to run my credit for the Seltos and see what they could come up with and again, I told him my budget and he even said if it wasn’t within that budget he wouldn’t run it. I okay him to run my credit for the SELTOS if it was within payment budget. He brings a paper back and had ran my credit for a Sportage without even telling me. Then goes on to tell me that the Seltos supposedly sold online the night before, which is fine but why didn’t he tell me that prior to running my credit?!? OR WHEN I ARRIVED AND ASKED ABOUT THE SELTOS?! And why would he run my credit for a Sportage for 6 THOUSAND more dollars, $300 over my budget for payment, that I never even knew about or looked at!!? Absolutely do NOT recommend going here. Horrible service and we will never be back. Went over to Hometown Kia and they got me taken care of. And the BS advertising of 3k over KBB is just that, BS.

I have been working since I was 13 I am 31 years old now I have worked at all kinds of places in my life but nothing comes close to the experience at Bill Cole from the time I pulled up interview process getting hired you get treated like family from the beginning everyone that works here is great the management staff here actually cares about there employees which has been a nice change from a few other places I have worked in the past looking forward to spending the rest of my life until retirement working for this company I just started a week ago but I never plan on leaving just because Bill Cole automall is paradise and as soon as I get my first check I can’t wait to get a brand new car!! Make sure if you are looking for a vehicle and you come across this review as far as Mercer county or West Virginia go bill cole is the best in the business at least give them a chance before making your purchase you will save money if you buy with cole :)

The service manager has a huge attitude my brother a minister had his car towed to this location for repairs engine failure spoke with the guy he not only told him to get the f’n thing off the lot used profanity to the tow driver my brother called back to speak to higher chain of command their comments were he speaks to everyone like this he’s from up north I decided to take mine to Wallace Kia Bristol Tn I have to say they went above and beyond to take care of me

Amazing Service & extremely helpful in a state of emergency! Well, my definition of emergency, haha. I was driving from Ohio on my way to my school in Florida (aka almost 16hrs driving total and only 4hrs in) when my check engine light came on, got a transmission alert and my car wasn’t shifting properly on the turnpike. I wasn’t expecting a stop and had my rabbit with me. They were kind enough to fit me in for an appointment even with a full day of appointments ahead of them (thank you to whoever cancelled their appointment!), and allowed me to bring my rabbit into the lobby while waiting. A true blessing and amazingly helpful! As a young girl traveling alone it meant the world to feel safe taking my car in and having it serviced. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful.

I Brought my 2019 Sorento in to have a routine oil change. They took the car to the back shortly after getting there. The receptionist was very kind. I only had to wait 30 minutes and my car was done. I appreciate that they not only change my oil but they asked me if Id like to rotate my tires. They go above and beyond their duty to insure my vehicle is safe for traveling.

I had to take my car into Kia for two recalls it had on it. The associate at the service center inside was very friendly and attentive. After checking with the mechanics he let us know that our diagnostic test was in fact due to the recall and that our car. He shared that it shouldnt be more than a few hours and it wasnt.He called as soon as it was done and they put mats down on the floor to ensure they didnt track and dirt in the car. Overall, they were respectable and timely.The only thing I wish was done or offered is, the option to use a vehicle for transportation. When making the appointment for our car, we werent given that option, come to find out we couldve done that. Thats the only minor thing I would say though.Overall, great service.

Written on behalf of my mom who doesnt have Gmail access -I had a good experience with them. I went in with my spouse to take care of another vehicle and had been wanting to upgrade to a newer model. I was a little concerned about it because I was still making payments on the vehicle I had at the customer service garage. I had never traded in a vehicle while payments were being made and had no clue how the process really worked.It was actually easy and they had done it before, so there werent any hiccups. I went through the typical process of car buying - bank, financing, etc. Although I still owed on my current car, it was as easy as signing a few pieces of paper after it was valued, to get it paid off through the dealership, and the excess being put towards the new car.Basically, they made an offer on my current car, used part of the offer to pay it off, and applied the remainder to the balance on a brand new car. I had been wanting to upgrade to something in a different model and nicer color, so it worked out well for us. I have more room, lower miles, a better warranty, a lower car insurance, and my payments didnt change much at all in the amount I was paying previously.Chris and his partner were helpful with the process and answered our questions. Of course, purchasing a car takes a few hours with banks, forms, and paperwork but they made sure everything was handled for me so I all I have to do is make payments. I did end up having to use a different bank for payments this time, but you can also set them up online so you dont need to drive to drop them in.Everyone was hospitable and answered my questions. I wasnt rushed and it was a one day trip to get it all handled from valuation, payoff, transfer of tags, signing new paperwork, and getting the new vehicle home. No complaints here.Denna C.

My car broke down in Virginia on Rt. 77. Since it was under warranty i called the closet Kia dealorship which was 30 miles away in W. V. The service manager was helpful in connecting me to Kia Roadside service for a tow. After we arrived at the dealership, he was very helpful in getting me settled and working on what was the problem with my car. A part needed to be ordered so he arranged for a rental so i could continue my 300 mile trip home.I was able to get information about my car and its status anytime i called and was treated kindly.

Crystal was amazing today! She got me in a vehicle that I love, and fits my budget. She has a wonderful personality, and my son fell in love with her. Very easy to talk to, and a hard worker. I bought a 2015 KIA FORTE from them , paid $4000.00 down , making payments $421.38 and still owe way more than the car is worth . Pretty much nothing is covered on your bumper to bumper warranty. You are better off with a souped up bicycle. I cant wait to get rid of this car . Never again !!

Great experience with the Kia repair department after my Kia Soul just died on highway trying to get back home 300 miles away.Had car towed to Kia cole and the service manager got back to me next day to inform me that the whole engine had to be replaced since a push rod had broken loose and destroyed the engine plus other things. He had already called Kia and got go ahead to do all repairs under warranty and had a replacement car for me so I could get back home. Once they had the replacement engine and parts sent to them by Kia, they did the work in 3 days.The repair/service manager was absolutely fantastic!

Cole motors DOESNT stand behind the vehicle warrenties. I have a friend whose wife purchased a truck for her husband and the vehicle is still broken down and they have to get a LAWYER AND SUE THIS COMPANY, LAWSUIT PENDING STILL.
