We just purchased a 2022 Honda Odyssey and had an absolutely wonderful experience. It is very difficult to find new or used cars right now - especially vans - and despite this, our salesman Bryson listened to exactly what we wanted/needed and went to a lot of effort to follow up regularly and find us a car. He didnt try to get us more than we asked for or to push us in any way. There was no pressure or game playing on the price, just honest information and discussion and we were treated with respect and genuine caring. Everyone at the dealership was equally friendly and helpful from the finance manager to the one who explained the auto. We have had prior experience with the Cole service department and that also added to our decision to buy from the dealership again. The entire operation is customer friendly, provides top level service and is very well managed.

My 2018 Honda Accord EX (only 4000 miles on it!) broke down in W. Va while on vacation with my family. We were driving from Ohio to S. Carolina when the car started showing engine errors. Lots of them!! We luckily found Bill Cole Honda in Bluefield. They were the nicest group of people and went above and beyond to get us on our way. They found a rental for us and made sure my vehicle was fixed and ready to go when I drove back thru on my way home. Very kind and accommodating and called and gave me updates every couple of days.If I get another Honda, I will make the 6 hour drive to Bill Cole Honda.

Earlier this week my family was returning from a Family Reunion in Ohio. At the rest are off I-77, my wife’s Honda Pilot began to experience engine trouble. Thank God this Honda dealership was nearby. My wife was able to get the Pilot to the dealership. The crew there were perfect professionals! Not only were they able to repair the Pilot, but allowed my wife, kids and our dog to make a picnic in the waiting room.I want to sincerely thank everyone there for making a stressful situation manageable and welcoming. I was looking for a particular car. Per the sales manager, he was not interested at all in wanting to make a deal with me. I went down to the lower lot where the Nissan spot is and the person not naming names outright said I do not care if we make a deal or not because I dont work off commission, I get paid hourly. Just as bad as Ramey. Its sad that these two dealerships are the at the top and are some of the most crooked people Ive met. Want to buy a car? Go out of town and look.

I had service done on my Honda Civic on Saturday, March 21st. First of all, I was pleased to see how clean the facility was in light of the current situation that our country is facing. Secondly, I was grateful for how quickly the service was completed as I had a lot done to the car and I live over an hour away. And lastly, I was very impressed with the service department and employees. The gentleman behind the desk was very friendly, helped me understand what services needed to be done to my car by explaining it in ways I could understand, and was kind enough to give me prices on how much everything would cost before completing the service. Want to give a thumbs up and big thank you to Lane and the service department at Cole Honda. Our car developed a serious problem outside of Bluefield while traveling south. They were very busy, but finally worked us in and were able to fix the issue and have us on the road 24 hours later. So grateful for the shuttle service to and from a local hotel.

As I was in the area of Cole Honda, recalling that my CR-V was near its service time, I drove in, with no appointment, I asked if they had time to perform the service needed for the mileage on my CR-V.Their response was great, I am sure we can work you in in just a bit!They were taking my car into the service bay within 15 minutes of my arrival. They performed all of the scheduled maintenance and had me back on the road in a jiffy. The work completed was great. The personnel in sales, service, financing were very helpful and worked with us from the beginning to the time we drove the Honda Pilot (Elite) home. I would encourage anyone who is local to this area and looking for a new car to give these guys an opportunity to place you in your new vehicle. Even though they may not be one of the largest dealerships within a 300 mile radius, in all likelihood they will have a car that will fit your style and budget. Their car selection goes from the top tier with all the whistles and bells to your basic vehicle.

Bill Cole was absolutely the easiest I have ever bought a car from. Every time I have EVER bought a car it has taken 6-8 hours they had everything done in 3 1/2 hours an hour of that was looking at the car I wanted and test driving it. Ryan Shuff was great and Nick Harrison who actually sold me the car was absolutely fantastic! UNFORTUNATELY as I was going to the grocery store today my front wheel locked up. So I called Nick he sent a wrecker Immediately to pick me up! He had me a car ready to drive when I arrived. He was very apologetic and said they would get it taken care of. Hopefully this is just a fluke and they can get it lined out quickly. Hopefully they do everything they said they would. I will update my review when I get my car back!!! AND my head mechanic nephew and my husband go over it with a fine tooth comb.

It started out pretty good, but only went downhill from there. So I purchased tires online and took to Honda to get them installed and also do a 4 wheel alignment and get some fluids flushed. Well when I scheduled my appt I explained that my tires were leaking air and I wasnt sure if it was the old tires or the valve stems. And I also explained to him that I had my tpms sensors replaced with standard rubber valve stems when I was stationed in NJ because the light stayed on when traveling and now Im in the reserves and travel for work so still no need for tpms. So I drop the car off the night before my 8am appt because I live about 45 minutes away and I work 7-3. The next day I go right after work (4pm) to pick up my car and it isnt ready yet. I sat until 6!!!! My appt was 8am. So I leave and 2 days later Im driving to work and my car starts walking. Basically the steering just feels loose and you have to correct a lot. After work I go to sheetz to check my tire pressure and 3 out of the 4 are low. One about half what it was supposed to be. So I called Cole Honda service and explain the situation all over again about the tpms sensors not being in the wheels and only having regular valves and that my tires are losing pressure. And he says ok well when can you bring it back? So we can take care of it. And I scheduled an appointment. So I leave straight from work and I hit traffic twice on the way. It took me an hour and 15 to get there. So I walk in and I explain again the situation. And they take my car back and not 2 minutes later he comes out and tells me its because I dont have the tpms valves in my car. I explained to him my reason for not having them. And he said, they dont make regular valves that fit your wheels. Haha so Ive been driving my car for 4 years with regular valves that dont fit in my car? So they brought me the price invoice for the tpms sensors $320+!! He also told me that they only work on Honda original equipment... for safety reasons. Hahaha So I walked outside while they brought my car around and called Duncan Honda and they said they would put new regular UNIVERSAL valves in my wheels for me. Ill probably do it myself. But I damn sure wont let people like this touch my car or my wallet. Id probably steer clear of this place. Nothing but a headache. The one guy was pretty nice. His hands seemed tied but the other lady challenged everything I told her. Like I didnt tell them the first time about my valve stem situation... or the second or third or fourth and so on.

This has to be one of the worst buying experiences that Ive ever had in my entire life. We have been loyal customers since the late 1980s and this last purchase will be our last with Cole. We were lied to about the purchase price, sold a damaged vehicle and then talked into buying an Eco Package to fix the damage. Once we bought the package, we were told that the damage wouldnt be covered. And to this date, we havent received any part of this Eco Package. They say whatever to get the sale, and then once they have the sale they refuse to return phone calls or make any sort of contact. This type of behavior is laughable. My husband is a retired veteran. And if this is how they treat retired servicemen, Id take my business elsewhere.

I was told a part for my CRV would be ordered from the clerk at the counter after I spent $100 for a diagnosis. I was told I would receive a call when it arrived and after 2 weeks I called and it was never ordered. First time I ever had to deal with Honda for work and will probably be the last. Very unsatisfied with the service and unprofessionalism.
