I Stopped in and they were very nice, and it was raining and they helped me clean my glasses, even though I wasnt buying anything. They didnt know it then, but I will need new glasses next month. I will be doing business there. Nice pays.

A few hours before my husbands first appointment we were called and told that the doctor couldnt do his contact appointment because she was too concerned about being able to leave at 5. Our whole family had appointments set up for each of us on different days almost a month ago with his being first. They called and confirmed the day before even. This was literally the most insulting call today that an appointment for contacts for a first time wearer couldnt be done as scheduled and confirmed because the doctor didnt want to do it at the end of her day....wow. Receptionist was sweet but why bother seeing a doctor who is just worried about getting out the door?

Got me in quickly for my exam. Dr was great. Prices were better than a lot of places. Staff was patient and friendly. Really like the updated store and frames to choose from. Getting a 20% discount on my second pair (sunglasses) was a great bonus.

What a wonderful staff! Fast, efficient, helpful. They set me with the right doctor who took my insurance, prior to the appointment, they even called me back to let me know my copays! Up and beyond. Theyve done so well handling this covid situation as well. Great staff! Great prices! Great place!

If I could do more stars, I would! Their remodel is beautiful! Theyve added so many brands and higher end frames! With covid, its been hard.. but they are taking the extra precautions to keep us all safe! The day I stopped in, just to see what frames they had, it was just one girl by herself. She said they were understaffed, but would let me in to look as she was assisting another customer, to give her a minute. She was so sweet, explained their procedures and then took the time to write down different prices for me after she finished with her other customer. They even give 20% off on second pairs! Right now theyre doing $30 and 20% off sunglass second pairs. Cant wait to go back to place my order(s)!

Staff is rude, extra, extra extra slow...did you get slow...Overpriced glasses and contacts with a outdated selection..nothing really cool, I guess its going for the full coverage insurance crowd, which is fine..Doctor Peterson was amazing, friendly, precise and open to questions..would recommend his services.I would suggest a staff upgrade, jobs are hard to come by, you should be thankful you have one, not hate the world

The doctor was very pleasant and mello, really nice the first 2 visits, the cashier that helped us the first two times was also very nice and helpful. We had them run our insurance prior to ordering our contacts, when we arrived to pick them up neither of the two people that were there but a new lady named ginger. She absolutely less then helpful did not want to figure the issue out at all along with her condescending attitude you could tell she has had a lot of practice at being rude while watching very closely what she says. This was definitely not her first encounter with being a very bad customer relations helper. We were quoted $40 n then rang up for $120 they could not / would not find the problem

Scheduled appt on phone with a nice girl, believe her name was Emily.. she asked if I had insurance and helped me figure out what I had and put me with the right doc that took it. The doc was very nice, efficient and explained well. Ordered glasses with another lady, Rhea I believe, she went over all options with me and was fast. They called when they were in and picking them up went like a breeze, took a little time cause they were busy (mustve been rush hour lol). Overall, great experience!

The worst. The staff is rude and lazy. The manager is cranky and no surprise, so are the associates. The last time I visited this location the associate was unbelievably combative about offering any kind of assistance. I simply asked her to adjust my Walmart-purchased frames to keep them from sliding down my nose. She flat told me there was nothing she could do. I suggested she try bending the plastic arms a little, as this is what the other locations usually offer to do. She did so, but when I tried them on they looked ridiculous and ill-fitted. She said she could only put them back to how they were originally but could not adjust them to fit. HUH?!

My glasses lens were work out on only 8 months. Scratches were bad enough that I could not see. I was lucky enough to get a real good person to hear about my problems.After a few minutes, we were on the same page, and new lens were on the way to meGinger, my friend came across and made me very happy. I even got rush service. I FOUND SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT A OLD MAN CUSTOMER. THANKS GINGER!!!

Bonnie is the rudest, slowest person you will ever deal with. Took an hour and a half JUST TO ORDER GLASSES. The exam was less than 10 minutes. Be careful if they charge your card and you end up needing a refund! They will try and keep the money & the receipt. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else!

The staff has no people skills AT ALL! So very rude. Feels like they didnt want to be bother with helping anyone. A week ago I went in for a contact eye exam and the staff was very rude when I made my appointment and when I got there. Stood in the front of the store for about 15 minutes before anyone even came out of the back. Well after my eye exam I was given trial contact lenses and one immediately had a hole in it. The dr have to get me another one. I got home and over the next couple days I couldnt get use to this brand. It wasnt a good fit for my eyes. So I havent ordered new ones yet. Not till I speak to the dr first. Well I ended up in the hospital and had surgery and the preop nurse too my contacts and put them in something and now one has a hole and one is super blurry, so I call the vision center for advice on what to do because I cant see without my contacts. She was extremely rude and hateful. She said I could just order contacts and shes unable to give me any trial contacts or sell them. According to the Oak Grove store that isnt correct by the way. And I cant even order any until I try a different type anyway! Im so irritated right now.

Very slow. Came to pick up my daughters glasses and have been waiting 30 minutes and counting to pick them up. Nobody has even acknowledged were standing here waiting here either. Poor service!
