My experience was truly amazing Dr Broyles was amazing at helping with my vision and his staff is amazing too! One in particular a sweet lady by the name of Danell J. helped me out so much, me and mom grew a strong connection with her and advised others to do as well as this woman is the sweetest lady I’ve ever met. Very uplifting place don’t ever think I’m getting my glasses anywhere else. And to top it off got my glasses in about a week so very helpful!

This was my first experience at Bennet Eyecare in Blue Springs and it was excellent from start to finish. I had been struggling with my current contacts brand for awhile. They listened to my concerns about how irritated my eyes had been and helped me find the right contacts for me.Everyone was kind, helpful, and responsive to all the questions I had. All of the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor answered all of my eye concerns and helped get me into the right pair of contacts and eyeglasses. I picked up my eyeglasses yesterday and Im absolutely in love with them. I forgot the ladys name who helped me order them but she answered all of my questions on what my insurance would and would not cover and how important things were.

I was a new patient after my family relocated to Blue Springs. The office staff was very friendly and speedy. I went on a horribly cold and snowy day and when I arrived Dr. Broyles was outside clearing the walkways for patients. I have never been satisfied with my contacts over the years and Dr. Broyles offered a new brand and style and I can’t even feel them!! I’m so thankful I moved and have received such superior care.

I wanted to try a different eye doctor and gave this office a call. All I can say is from the moment of my phone call till the day I picked up my glasses, there are not enough good things I can say about them all. Even the doctor took his time with me. Well, where do I start? I will start by saying the staff here provides a phenomenal service. They make you feel welcome. I love that Im a new patient and they remember who I am when I walked in. I must have talked with 5 different people there and they were all so happy and just willing to make sure you are comfortable and that your needs were met. The best part is Im new to wearing glasses and they was so instrumentally in helping me choose the best fit for my face structure and explaining why they must feel a certain way because I didnt have a clue. Bennett Eye Care was a real eye opener. I have been to many eye care specialists over the years but having just moved to Blue Springs needed a new provider. I was so pleasantly surprised. The entire staff from the receptionist , the examiner, the doctor and the person who helped fit me with glasses, the customer service is top notch. Seriously the best optometrist around! We have been going going to Bennett eye care in blue springs since our twins were 3/4 years old and in need of their first pair of glasses! Fast forward to 2020 and one twins eye sight has improved but the not the other 3 of us in the family! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I’ve been going here for years! Due to moving I tried to go to to a different eye doctor last week because it was closer to me. HUGE MISTAKE. They gave me the wrong prescription. Thank god for Bennett for taking care of me and fixing what they messed up. They went above and beyond calling to get my records, calling my insurance and fixing the problem. They’re always so kind and helpful. They genuinely care about your well being which is so hard to find! I will never go to another eye doctor besides Bennett!

I want to be honest that appointments can run behind schedule at this office at times, but thats only because the individual attention Dr.Broyles gives each patient is stellar. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and is passionate about his calling. The occasional lagged appointment is 100% worth it for the care and attention given.The office is neat and clean and the staff is all very friendly and wonderful. I left Discover Vision to go here and I do not regret it one bit. The attention and care that the doctor and staff give you are beyond quality. For the first time since I began having issues in my left eye, they took the time to get me to be able to see letters out of my left eye! I cannot even explain how wonderful actual vision out of my left eye has meant to me. Everyone at Discover Vision had always given up on me. This staff is excellent and this doctor is awesome. I absolutely love this office! I moved to Blue Springs last year from Louisiana and needed an eye doctor. I picked this one based solely on location and I am BEYOND THRILLED with their service, I feel like I got really lucky. The office staff is EXTREMELY friendly and personable. I have been to offices where the front office staff make you feel uncomfortable and dumb for asking questions, but at Bennett Eye Care Midwest in Blue Springs they are as kind as they come! The nursing staff is equally as amazing. On my first visit I informed the nurse that I had just moved here, was getting married and buying a house. When I visited today, more than A YEAR LATER, she asked me about all of it and genuinely cared! I seriously cannot say enough positive things about this office. They are just a very-knowledgeable warm welcoming staff and...I havent even talked about the doctor yet! Once again, GENUINELY CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOUR WELL BEING! Very knowledgeable and thorough! Helped me understand my insurance and get the most for my money and talked to me like a peer rather than a patient. The staff was very welcoming to us both and made sure she felt comfortable throughout the process. They also made sure to explain everything they were going to do before they did it and answered any of her questions. She had her eyes dilated, examined, and wanted to get contacts as opposed to her glasses. The Dr. was amazing and the rest of the staff as well. They sat her down to teach her how to put in and take out contacts. This was about a 45min process as she was having trouble and getting very frustrated. The staff didnt get irritated and was very supportive of her. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone. Great experience!!
