For the most part it is a clean store and stocking seems to be done do you dont get inconvenienced. Employees seem polite. Bathrooms arent the cleanest.

Love going to Walmart love there Great value brand, went there to buy me a carpet cleaner and came home with Bissell,it was just what I was looking for,by they way done all my grocery shopping the day before and bought all my Thanksgiving dinner groceries.Thanks Walmart.

This Walmart is by far my favorite one in the area, Ive always had really good customer service.

It was clean place and the employees were very nice and helpful and the cashier at the self checkout was very nice too.

This place is horrible. I actually think they go out of their way to hire people with zero personality or people skills. And all of these people walking around with their racks and blue boxes to fill.... They block off an entire aisle, standing side by side and not willing to move or even acknowledge you.

Busy as usual. I was able to get everything on my list in a shot amount of time.

Twice now Walmart pickup did not have the item I ordered. The first time I did not leave a negative review but this time, the young man brining groceries to the car on 7/6 at 9:00 said that their ENTIRE STORE was out of charcoal. There was nothing they could substitute even if I placed another order. I explained that was the one item I needed and had ordered 35 dollars worth of items I didnt need just to have the heavy charcoal delivered to my car. He was politely INDIFFERENT. So I parked and walked in the store and right there at the entrance where literally HUNDREDS OF BAGS of charcoal. But the story gets even better. I asked to speak with the manager and waited not wanting to show frustration to the 3 other employees standing behind the service desk. When the manager did appear, it was the same young man who had come to my car saying they were OUT of charcoal because of the holiday 2 days earlier. I shared that I wasnt going to get angry, rather I was going to review the service online and take my $$$ elsewhere. He had a no skin in the game attitude and bid me a nice day. We were both cordial but I will never go to this store again and will do my best to give Target my business.

As a grocery delivery driver I was forced to stand outside 20 minutes before being led into the building. Thats how Walmart treats their truck drivers

Too many empty cash registers are not being occupied with workers . This definitely needs to be addressed with corporate .

What can I say Walmart is Walmart is Walmart Its the easiest place to go shopping to get in get out except for on Black Friday which isnt still yet for another month and a half away and had everything I needed and prices were reasonable as always five stars.

The employees here are one question away from asking you where stuff in in their store.Zero sense of responsibility or initiative. Never once has anyone here been helpful. Are the employees just trained to say generic and unhelpful responses? Is that what they’re paid to do?Today was the final straw when we had to wait in the pick up line 3 times for things that they didn’t bring to the car. I hope I never have to come back here. I’ll do whatever it takes to avoid this place forever.

I am very happy with the food And vitamins I use from Walmart. The people working there are polite and helpful. I do think more workers are needed and they should be paid better for their own personal lives to improve.

It was nice. No crowd...but the self check flagged me three ca as a potential thief. And I noticed another Black woman kept getting flagged. When the Asian woman came over...smiled, no problem, But the older White woman asked me was I sure I rang the .57 lime water out of my $97 gotal

Staff are usually friendly. I mostly use the pharmacy they are awesome and helpful.Josh is always very nice and happy to answer questions.

If youre gonna put the, for lack of a PG term, family planning items behind a lock and key, have someone readily available to help customers that want these items instead of making us stand there like idiots for 45+ minutes with no help and just eventually giving up. And dont you dare blame Covid or short staffing its been like this since you put those cases in 2/3 years ago.

Pretty sure its only a matter of time until the customers will be required to STOCK the shelves themselves.

The design layout is typical Walmart. Well stocked and merchandise is fresh in the grocery section.

The store is out of so many products like household and grocery items. It’s hard to find anyone to ask for assistance. Worst of all would be the pharmacy. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

This place aggravates my husband & I almost each time we go. They move things around quite often. They do not keep things stocked. Yet they block many areas (even during the day) with stock. And they rarely have the same things week-to-week. Today they didnt have Lunchables. What a waste of time. They rarely have the soda we like. They dont ever have the mix ins for water that we like. Prices arent good enough to put up with all this inconvenience.

Huge raise in grocery prices and yet I have to bag my own groceries while employees are standing around all over the store. I hate shopping at Wal-Mart for this reason.

It saddens me to leave this review. I’m very disappointed this Walmart doesn’t enforce the mask mandate. 1/3 of the people coming in refuse to wear masks. I was told by management that Walmart Corp tells management not to enforce the mandate. Bet if I started to walk in naked they would stop me, and probably call the police. Well, I can get everything I need at Costco, they enforce the mandate, and I feel much safer there.

I only go when I have to or I need items that are considerably cheaper at Wal-Mart. The earlier closing hours have definitely decreased my visits as I am a night person.

Its a very clean and well kept store. Seemed to be stocked well. In reality you know not all WM are the same, little differences. Blue Springs is one of the best in the KC area. But its still WM, I would rather support small local business when possible.

Beware the bakery goods. I found a rigid and sharp piece of plastic in a cookie from their bakery!!Lucky I didnt swallow this or I may have needed medical attention.**Turns out that this is a piece of the plastic cookie tray. The edge of the tray was cracked and the splinter attached to Carmel on a cookie.***Poor packaging......

The grocery pickup people are amazing. Prompt, kind, and always have what I need.

When are going to open back up 24/7? People live a night life and it is extremely inconvenient to conform to these social norms that everybody has to shop in the exact same 10 hours of the day; which by the way completely defeats the point of social distancing you freaking numb skulls!!!

One of the things that i value the most about this walmart , is this location offers walmart inhome . walmart inhome is changing peoples lives one delivery at a time.

Adequate shopping during week but slim pickings on groceries during the weekend.

Offers a reasonable selection on most weekly items and a variety of gluten free dairy free items as well.

Go to store for practically everything . Glad the hours are finally extended again..

Its Wal-Mart...NOT the best...But BETTER than good.I just wish the employees would STOP telling me that There is self-checkout open... I dont work there; Im not checking myself out when they have cashiers that they PAY to do for me. Not to mention other employees watching you like youre going to steal something. Self checkout is DEGRADING in Blue Springs, Missouri.

Cashier was very nice and helpful and did a great job getting my groceries run through the register and bagged up. the only bad thing and its a really bad thing about Walmart is all the self checkouts they have now. Why are they getting rid of the people connection with the cashiers? Ive started going to Price chopper more because of that.

I love this Walmart neighborhood market. Its always clean, the employees are always curtious and professional and very easy to get in and out.

50/50 Chance of leaving Walmart without feeling regret for ever shopping there. Knowing that the prices are low is the only reason why I return. Most of the staff are clueless when you need help. However the gentleman at the deli was terrific. You can tell he enjoyed his job and helping his customers.

Wal-Mart Supercenter has pretty much anything you need. Ready to eat food, groceries, clothing, electronics, toys, outdoor gear and tools, sports and athlect gear, tools, home improvement items, car essentials, gardening, furniture, school and craft supplies, etc. It has a bakery, car repair shop, pharmacy, photo printing, hair salon, vision center, nail salon, subway, and you can pay bills or money transfers there too. This location is very clean, organized, and nice staff.

All stock is put up correctly. Currently there are signs saying you need to wear a mask, but 75% or more of the people are not wearing masks. I wore a mask. Had not been there for over a year and there are more things in the store than online.

Absolutely horrifying to shop at..nobody knows anything and everyone is wearing underwear three times too small

Just grabbed some water. Easy in and out.

Had to hunt down an employee to assist in fabric. She said she could do it and then disappeared. She never came to cut my material. Then ask someone to call over the intercom. Again no one showed up and they called over the intercom twice. Needless to say I left (after waiting quite a while) without said material!😞 Paying more at a fabric shop is worth it cause the service is so much better!!

Big sprawling store, wear the pedometer so you get credit for all the walking! The ready to eat hot food isnt very fresh whenever Ive tried. Im giving up on it.

Its Walmart, you kind of know what to expect. This one is fairly clean. We often find good deals in the clearance aisle. And, they have a good amount of toys, which is helpful now that Toys R Us is gone!

Well...lots of stuff. Great prices. Staff more proficient and helpful than most Walmart stores Ive been to. Very accomodating...assisted me in refilling propane tanks even when their garden department was closed down.

I finished up my shopping from what I couldnt get on line. Made a return because I picked up the wrong dog food. But, my own mistake I forgot one item at the self check out. A PUR water filter. So I came home and ordered it on line. Thank you.

Had my grocery pick up Saturday, something came up had to reschedule. Picked 9am Sunday and went there to pick up and the app didnt have me scheduled. The end of the day for the first pick up someone called to see if I was going to pick them up and I said no rescheduled for tomorrow and the person had told me to just call and tell them I am there, I wondered what he was talking about until I got there Sunday and realized my rescheduled pick up time was not selected anymore for that Sunday at 9am. So I called after I drove all the way out there to pick it up and the lady answered and told me to check on, I kindly told her what was going on. She told me to check in and hung up on me. I waited 1 hr before becoming impatient and I called again and asked them what was going on and they said theyd be righ out... which they were but I dont get why I had to wait that long to get my groceries when clearly its not my doing.

Had to run in... because the other grocery was out (that should tell you something). Rude, rude people.

This Walmart is larger than the average super center, which makes it fun to see the selections it has over other Walmarts.

I have left my phone in two different Wal-Mart stores over the last year with my debit cards and inside my phone case. I want to THANK Walmart and the wonderful people who shop and work there for their honesty it gives this old woman faith that our country is still one.

We have a local Walmart however the staff here were so much more pleasant and helpful. No question seemed annoying or did I feel inconveniced them. Great experience with all the staff we interacted with.

This is a Walmart and has Walmart-like things inside of it. I buy some things that I want or need to buy and, other things I dont.

Boxes everywhere no cashers. I hate going there. Worst Walmart around!
