This is a large western store with a wide selection of western wear. many boot styles. Wide hat selection . Very helpful an knowledgeable staff.

Kaitlyn was awesome! She fixed my boots after I bought a pair 3 weeks ago and wore them in the snow and salt eating away the finished coating on them. Went in upset with my boots being ‘ruined’ and Kaitlyn restored them using their boot conditioner. Terrific experience....will definitely be back to buy another pair soon. Great people, great place!

First time ever going and the staff was AMAZING and helpful! The manager who helped us was personable, funny, and helpful. We had a good time roasting my boyfriend about his cringe worthy beat up old boots! We will definitely be coming back for our future boot needs.

Stopped in to check out a pair of thourghgood boots.... Kristina helped me she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the thourghgood boot brand. She also was very nice and pleasant as soon as you entered the store.

The staff was really nice! Have a great mens selection, however the womens section was a little disappointing with selection and sizes.

Great boots I found here, nice to finally replace them.

Ill go with a 4 star rating. Mainly due to this store being geared more to a cowboy boot vs. a work boot selection. It isnt too terrible but if you prefer the slip-on work boot over the traditional style, then you may do okay here. I have tried the pull-on boot and cannot hardly find a pair that does not leave my heel with every step. I went with the good ole Thorogood. Cant go wrong. Friendly staff. Did not receive a lot of assistance but not the end of the world. Nice store. Good location. Fairly good work clothing selection. Not a large selection but good. Ill give it 4 stars....good job.

Its Boot Barn. Only place I go for Wranglers, Ariat gear and great service... In fairness, as great as service can be when youre going in for jeans.

Just left there feeling fabulous. The manager went above and beyond to help us with our hats!!! Did a wonderful job shaping some of our old hats and our new one we bought. Man it hurts me to give a one star because Kelley that was on staff Monday night was such a nice woman, but the blonde and the dark haired snotty attitude chick that worked tonight were horrible!!! Her lazy self didn’t even have to complete a transaction, she simply needed to look for a second package that had been delivered to the store. Terrible attitude from both ladies, not sure how they are still employed!

Excellent customer service, every time. Its pretty obvious that the employees receive comission, but it never affects my experience or service level. This Boot Barn in Blue Springs almost has what Im looking for when it comes to leather goods, and ALWAYS has stuff I didnt realize I wanted. Check em out.

Always a fun spot to stop when Im in town. ALOT of boots and brands just not a huge selection of each in sizes.

Very, very helpful!!! I needed boots for a fundraiser and 3 employees went out of their way to make sure I left with boots I loved and I did!!! Much to my husbands dismay, I will be buying more boots in the future!!!

I bought new boots same size as my old pair wore them the next day and once they warmed up the were a sloppy fit. I tried to swap them out for half a size smaller and they said they could not do anything for me, once they are worn we cannot return them, so much for a 30 day guarantee.I will never buy from boot barn again.

Selection is limited, for them advertising that they are the largest store can never find the Ariat boots I have been wearing for years. It is a city persons store, other than that it is a nice store.
