Always a pleasant experience. I miss the older ladies who used to work in the Deli. Nate is extremely helpful in the meat department and Chris and Kimberly were helpful in the Deli. They really both know their stuff. Frank in meat always has a smile and I wish I remembered my cashier because she was friendly. Needless to say, nice people.Pros:-Salad Bar-Easy to Navigate-FriendlyCons:-Not 24/7-DONT COME ON SUNDAY (It is really busy).

Not my favorite Kroger. Has all the Marketplace amenities but the layout just seems a bit goofy to me. What was really annoying was restocking on an early Sunday afternoon. I felt like I was in their way. Also, they have displays jutting out into aisle ways. I even knocked one down. Very hazardous.

I don’t have any appropriate words to describe my click list experience. There’s nowhere to park to pick up your order. All spots were filled!! You can’t sit and wait or you block up the people trying to enter the lot. I circled the parking lot 6 times before pulling out and turning around in the nearby apartment complex. I was trying to decide if a $40 order was worth all this trouble. Then thought well we do need food. Why would you put the click list spots in the busiest row of the whole parking lot? There isn’t even a secondary row to pull through. This is a total fecal festival to put in it PG terms. I don’t mind waiting for my order or anything. I understand the world is short staffed. But you have this huge parking lot. The whole thing could have been better executed. Someone in charge needs to be demoted to cart collector for this move. Ending on a positive note. Give the young man a raise that was bringing out the orders. He was working very hard and the only person I saw bringing orders out to I’m sure a bunch of grumpy customers. In fact, he and the jackass that developed the click list door and parking lot set up need to switch jobs. Good job to him for working so hard in this terrible heat.

I like the products Kroger carries, and their produce is generally good. Their fish and beef is below the quality one would find at a butchers, so I avoid buying those two items at Kroger. What has been extremely bothersome lately is that they do not have enough cashiers and lines are very long -- one evening the line was 25 people long and reached all the way to the back of the store. I often try their self checkout lines, but the technology is poor, in that it always requires the cashier to come over and clear a glitch. I have never had this issue with other big box grocery stores. Its such a nice store otherwise, but the long lines are frustrating enough that Im now avoiding the Blue Ash Kroger if at all possible.

When even the manager engages in behavior you hope to never see at Kroger’s, you should pretty much bet this is a Kroger’s you should pass up. This is the worst Kroger ever. I haven’t had any good experience shopping here . Today I bought shrimp and found out it was stale (old) shrimp . As soon as I had it in my car the whole car started smelling of rotten fish . Needless to say I did not eat it and threw it in my garbage and now my whole garage smells . Also with some of my past experiences with checkout lanes and customer service there have not been good. I usually shop at Sharonville Kroger and never had any problems. This one is an exceptionally badly managed .

Huge Kosher section, but no lox. Go figure. Quite a complicated Kroger for someone who has clients all over town, and shops at multiple Kroger location. The only location that is worse is the one at Beechmont and 5 Mile. Heard people crowing about what a wonderful store it is. I was looking for specific things for a client. I had her on the phone. I said I was looking for plastic spoons, and that I had just found the paper towels. She said, You would think that the plastic spoons would be somewhere near the paper towels. I said, Yes, Emily, you would think that. But in this store, they probably have an entire aisle devoted to paper towels. If youve got all the time in the world, and your thing is to browse in a grocery store the size of a small town, get lost, find 40 kinds of shampoo, etc. But I digress. At Blue Ash, my main complaint was that employees didnt know where things were when I asked them. 100% of the time they were wrong. At other stores... Woodlawn, Finneytown... they have walked me to the item. Which is of course the high standard of customer service. The main problem with Kroger is that there is no central management. Yes, there is a large building full of people making great money downtown. But experience will tell you that each store is its own monarchy, and that as long as the numbers look good, the Store Manager is good. Nobody from Downtown goes to the stores (except in the middle of the day on sunny days to stand around and chat out front of the store and smoke, or stand around in the produce area). So each store is a new experience. You know that I finally found (after asking three employees who had no idea) refrigerated pickles laying on their side in the dairy section of the Kroger in Norwood. Usually it is an in aisle refrigerated display. Did you know that Kroger pays Pharmacy Techs (a very complicated and important job that involves learning a complex [proprietary Kroger] computer system in addition to knowing the names and dosages of all the drugs, being able to count them out accurately, calculate whether controlled substances are being filled too soon, figuring out what error messages mean when prescriptions wont go through insurance, being able to input new insurance data accurately, being able to operate a cash register correctly and give correct change)... pays them the same as any other cashier. And you wonder why you see a different person every time you go to the pharmacy, or why your order is wrong, or why you have been given bad information.

So I go over to the self checkout service, and then I see whoever was at #9 help a customer that comes by.This happened round 9:40 to 9:50-ish PM today 4/22/2019. I know one may not like to get paid what you get paid, but Ive worked at the Cincinnati Fresh Center (Krogers warehouse) and have dealt with 10x the stress and frustration, but never showed blatant disrespect. It was low stress, and nobody was there, you can talk about sports or who had sex with who all you want, just help me get my groceries.Dont be like Walmart. Walmart is the cancer of all shopping centers, and customer service should be Krogers dominance. Let both the guys know that ignoring your customer is not in the job description. Also, they both saw me, they were fully grown men and we all have peripheral vision. I was right in front, like what does it take to help me go in and out?
