This is one of the worst targets I have ever been to which is a shame because it’s so close to my house. I use to come here often but I’ll drive an extra 10 minutes to go to Cincinnati Central instead thanks. :) It’s nothing but rude, snobby staff here, and Karen management. It feels like a burden to ask for any help. Starbucks always only has one worker, it’s usually always the same girl.. I feel bad for her. :( There’s always so much product out of stock and the store looks messy. They say they cater to those with disabilities but that’s simply not true. This place is a joke. Just my experiences

Thank you, Target!!! I was purchasing something for my dad and there was a glitch with his checking account. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The team working July 3 at 1:00 cashiers, service desk and manager was awesome! So nice to have the changing rooms open. The dressing room attendee was also helpful and cheerful!I LOVE TARGET!!!

The hundred dollar store. Dont bother with target.com. If you need it just go see. Even if they dont theyll have that whatever you suddenly find you cant live without. Which is also retail therapy. Or dont. Because what you want is 50/50, and youre already living without whatever it was you dont know what it is until you go to Target. So not going to Target is getting $100 for doing facebook.

This target is located in very convenient place. This place has huge variety of products. There good selection of different price range of products. Also, they offer great deals.Staff is very polite and friendly.

Used to love shopping this location but today I placed two pickup orders and while waiting for my second order to notify me that it’s ready, the gentleman with long hair that does the orders asked me to move from the spot I was in. Mind you, I paid for my order and there were 4 other spots not occupied. I was embarrassed because the woman next to my car overheard and gave me a look. I called the store and spoke to the manager and she didn’t seem empathetic to the situation. I will never ever in my life shop this location again. As a paying customer, I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

This is a good Target. Ive been going here since they first opened years ago and it was great then because not many people knew it was there and selection was fantastic. Thats certainly not the case today, but I enjoy it just as much now that its my local Target. The employees are friendly and courteous. I love the fact that it has a food counter and a Starbucks because its hard to find ones with food counters these days.

Seemingly off the beaten path. Clean enough. Strange that they were restocking at Noon on a Saturday blocking some aisles. But getting a great buy on a smart tv on clearance was worth it.

Wide variety of merchandise and a reasonable price.

Online ordering for in store pick-up was fast, easy, and convenient.

It is not the cheapest place to shop, but I love the fact that you can pick up for free. The best feature is that you can see whats in stock instead of just hoping what you need will end up in your order. If I want to find a quality product, and I need it quickly, this is the first place I look.

Walked in to be greeted by Garrett, he immediately offered me a mask upon entering the store. Due to my severe medical condition I am unable to wear mask. Which i kindly declined to the mask due to my condition. He then stated to me sure you have medical condition. First of all, it is a violation of HIPAA to question my medical condition. And second, it is not his place to determine who qualifies for a medical exemption. Will never give my business to a company who chastises their loyal customers.

Terrible service! Everyone in my group was wearing a mask, per state policy, and still a very rude employee had the nerve to tell us that we were not allowed in an hallway unless we were less than 3 people. I asked why there was no sign and he said that we would either follow his arbitrary demand or he would kick us out of his store (not the manager, some random poorly trained employee). A terrible Target with consistently poor customer service, I highly recommend against!

I was in the card section. He said there was to many people and was extremely rude and started threatening to kick me out. I was with my brother with our mask on mind you. We where there for 1 minute when some employee started getting nasty with us. He said if you dont follow our rule you got to leave and I am getting really frustrated with this covid situation. We cant afford to get a citation. We told him we where leaving and didnt really argue with him. But there was nothing saying multiple people could not be on the card card wall at the same time. Terrible customer service and employees with hostile attitudes. I will not be returning.

Stopped here during one of my travels in hopes of grabbing a few things that I forgot to pack.Everything was in stock, got all I needed. Store was clean, and adhering to Covid19 protocol. Spacious and a nice looking store in general - both general merch and grocery areas, seemed well managed and maintained.Front end customer service wasnt great. Extremely slow lines, one cashier, people bunched together (during pandemic) with no real urgency to get things moving.Ended up using self-checkout and got through easy enough but front end needs managed more efficiently, with a greater sense of urgency.

Fast, touch free, efficient! The curbside service has been so useful since the COVID crisis. Thanks for your hard work & great customer service!

“Price match guaranteed” Was first told that they don’t price match during the holidays , then I ask 5 other employees that they say they’ve never heard of that “rule” before.. Then they spend 15 minutes trying to disprove my Walmart ad... all for a $9 discount haha.. 2 stars because at least the employees were nice. Other than that, it’s a good target.

Target is always my go to during COVID. They are always cleaning carts and making sure all associates and patrons have mask on. The store itself is clean and associates are polite and always willing to help.

It just makes me feel happy to come here since I dont leave the house aside from getting groceries because of the pandemic. This is the one place I can look for a little extra, and grab a Starbucks drink on the way out.

It is nearby; Target is clean and it is so pleasant to shop there. The employes have always been so pleasant. The young woman at Customer Service who gave me my prepaid package was absolutely delightful!!!! She is a great representative for the store.

Young lady reloaded my bags into my cart when asked and didnt seem to mind doing it.

Because the service was and the selections were great.

Fast service and great service. I went on the inside because I had to get other items and they let me pick them up inside instead of me doing the drive up like I’d originally ordered. Also, the associates took the extra time to cover up the gifts since my children were with me and I was picking up their gifts. They were so accommodating!!!

Horrible selection of school uniforms. You would think this time of year the shelves would be stocked. It was empty. The atmosphere was odd. More ppl in the line at Starbucks than the store itself. But the Asian cashier was extra cordial and adamant on getting me discounts!

Jennifer in soft goods was extremely helpful in childrens clothing. She went above and beyond with service and was very happy to be helpful. She was the bright star for today!

The team members are wonderful. All of them. Friendly, helpful. Sincere. So nice to be around them. They truly all seem to care about great service.

I feel oh so terrible for the Starbucks WORKER. During happy hour and weekends, they only ever have one employee working who try’s her very best. I’m a frequent target shopper (every few days) and every time I go my heart aches for the girls who are stuck by themselves during happy hour and on Saturday’s??? Schedule more workers? I see the trend in business as a shopper. How do you not as a manager????????????!!!!!!!!! Disgusted.

The employee is super sweet and asked me how my day was. She had a smile on her face the whole time! And also they were on it once I told the app I was there. She was out in a matter of a few seconds even though the parking lot was packed. I will absolutely do this again when my child is sick again.

Store was clean and items were easy to find. I live by one Target but drive to the Blue Ash store because it is cleaner and more organized. When you are greeted by employees (when and if) they are super friendly.

Very nice Target. I am a frequent customer. The store and facilities are always clean. Store is well stocked. Every black Friday I always stumble into a good deal I wasnt even looking for. The staff seems great. They have a Starbucks inside.

Not a huge Target so easy to get what you want. Grocery area has expanded a lot! Pretty much everything but deli and little fresh produce. Prices are great given that it is so close to Hunt Rd Kroger. Clothing prices for guys are well below what you would think.

Customer Service like how it used to be! What an amazing experience that 2 young gentlemen made possible in a matter of minutes that couldve taken hours to complete or waiting 2+ weeks to special order. Viewed the website, saw prices that no other hardware or tool department offered when I googled my items on the internet.....and every aspect was 100% because the training that these young workers were given exempts all other competitors to stand in line.....TARGET is in your neighborhood! USE them and youll be a repeat customer! Thank you

I did an online purchase with in-store pick-up. It went very smoothly and took almost no time at all. Their Starbucks also has good lattes.

Target seems to want to hire special needs people, then does not give them the time to learn the ropes. This is from my personal experience. We will no longer shop at this store.

I have been a long-time fan of Target stores for fresh merchandise and quality products.

It was delightfully easy. I am temporarily unable to get out. My husband picked up what I bought. We couldnt be happier.

The pick-up process was super fast and the items were ready to go. I honestly wouldnt have even known where in the store to start looking for the wedding registry items I was buying, so having them picked for me made it very easy.

Store is clean and associates are very nice/helpful.

Always shop Target.. its my go to for almost everything. BP Playground Dollar Sport is an added bonus as soon as you walk in the door!

They purposely didn’t order pride merch and when I asked one of the ladies about it she looked like she got caught in the act of being sneaky. This was the only target close enough to bike to and so I couldn’t buy my friend the graduation present I wanted to. I was very disappointed. I love most other targets though, which is why I’m giving three stars vs one.

Great little Target right off the exit. close to the highway and usually not busy. Easy to run in, shop and then get out fast.

I always get wonderful service here. Finally signed up for the Target card to get my 5% discount. I shop here at least once a week.

It was pouring down rain when I picked up my order. I took all the info inside with me, gift card number, item number, order number, etc. I had left my license in the car. The girl made me go out in the storm and get my ID and it was a busy time of the day, so I had to park at the far end of the parking lot. I think with me having all the information, including the gift card number I used, order number and confirmation number she should have let me have my gloves, not made me go to the other end of the parking lot in the storm, she saw I didnt have an umbrella (I was already soaking wet just from going in the store the first time), and get the ID. It was a huge disappointment. I have COPD and running to the car and back to the store twice for a pair of gloves was just WRONG. I will never order online for Target again. My next gift card, I will pick another store.

Customer Service was rude and pushy when it came to trying to exchange socks. (Nothing was wrong with the socks, they were still in the package; just didnt like the colors). They would not exchange and forced us to take a return amount for a forth of the amount the socks normally are. I have very little doubt that a $7.99 pair of socks were ever sold for less than $2.50 for the lowest sale price.

You can find a vas array of good, quality products.

Im not sure if they were in the middle of inventory but they definitely needed to restock. Otherwise nice store

This store was a blessing for the area.It is the only department store in the area ,So it does stay busy ,but the workers are very friendly and helpful.
