Got the smallest unit great for a few big items and boxes. Easy, instant, access- cool that you get to “chat” with an agent prior to see if you’re interested.

No contact arrangements, people were friendly on the phone, and the unit was clean. Recommend

Easy to use and a nice location as well

I used and liked my Store-N-Lock unit for 4 months up until June 2014. The unit was clean and easily accessed. My account was always paid on time and was paid ahead when I vacated the unit on June 11th.However, getting my deposit back has been incredibly difficult. I was told mid-June that my deposit would be sent to me. I was told in mid-July that it had been sent. I left messages when I didnt receive any money & never received a call back. I verified my current address but have still not received any money.Recently, the phone number listed for this business no longer is answered and has been forwarded to another number where the mail-box is full. I am out of state so can not go to the office in person - and am out of ideas about how to get MY MONEY back from the management of these units.I would recommend NOT doing business with Store-N-Lock at this Bloomington, IL address.
