I’m madd that you all had the audacity to post negative reviews. So let’s hope none of you walked in their with self entitled attitudes. How dare you post a bad review. Their Customer service is excellent…they not the in your face follow you around sales girls .. in fact I’m shocked they trust us so much to be walking thru their store regardless of where they are. the work done on all my carts is excellent oh and let me share all 6 of my builds are the business..Cristy is the reason I’m in business and they keep me in business. The mom is very friendly the daughters are very friendly and patient.. in fact they all soft on the eyes. I will always give them my business and refer them to other people. When I take my carts out I get several admirers. No one has carts like mine. I’ll be back with my pics!

Super rude and do not recommend this place AT ALL! The old bad man has no customer service skills and he is rude along with the young girls. They don’t even come to help you you have to go look for them zero starts is possible !! Don’t come here

Lots of stuff for Taqueros and that type of industry. Still on the fence about the quality since the warranty is only 1 week. I already purhased a few items. Everything from terra cota plating to copper pots, burners, taco grills....and so on. Worth a visit. Will update pictures on next visit.

They told me I had to soak the mexican pans for 12 to 24 hrs the the other helper there says I can look it up also on I internet I couldnt find it so I did what I was told the potsjust went into melted clay kinda water all over my counters went to tell them they said they couldnt do nothing they was rude I spent 150 on them I will never go there again and I will turn it into the bbb. I will make sure none will get ripped off from them again

Very unhappy visit. Rude customer service. Not helpful al all. Tried to ask if they could come with me to show them what I needed not one of the personal would help out. I felt discriminated personal would help out all other customers nicely except me. Im not sure of its because I had my kids with me.Also no mask was being used by personal. If i could give 0 starts i would.

Dont waste your time or money here. Drove over two hours to pick up a taco cart we found on OfferUp only to get there and get told its $100 more. Even after we confirmed the price with the seller. When asked if they could honor the price agreed upon a young girl sarcastically says no, that was an error and there is nothing she could do about it. This place is a joke and so is the staff.
