Whats to say.. Its Hobby Lobby. Decent selection of craft supplies. The staff, however, is friendly and very helpful.

Crafting? DIY decorating? Art supplies? Yep, this place has it all and then some. The selection is always impressive and the staff are consistently helpful and friendly. Their regular prices are reasonable and theres even great sale / discount prices on many items too.

Not crowded. Social distancing can apply. Good sales going on.

This is a great place to shop. The variety of items is vast. I appreciate that the store offers many on sale prices, typically 50 percent off. This allows me to buy quality products for very reasonable prices . My home is adorned with many of their lovely items. Customer service is also great. Employees are so willing to help if you have a question. One thing I respect is that the store is not open onSundays. Admittedly I would like to go there and shop sometimes on Sundays; however, I appreciate their commitment to faith and family.

I went to buy a frame and ended up having my picture framed. Clearly the Mgr. of the framing dept was exceptionally great at what she did for my picture...it turned out just awesome! I will be back.

Nice place for any crafting. And for any seasonal project. Employees are nice and helpful. That is a plus.

Loved the selection. Misleading clearance signs turned into a disappointing shopping experience. The cashier knew exactly about the issue - Big signs saying 75% OFF THE MARKED PRICE. All the price tags has stickers on them, with a very detailed sign listing what the markdown would be. As it turns out, it was 75% off the ORIGINAL full retail price, not the sticker price. The sign did not read priced as marked. Imagine my surprise after I spent quite a bit of time picking out some gifts from there.

For my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised. There are some very lovely seasonal things for your home. I needed to know measurements and will bring my tape next trip.

Most of the items are on sale and everything is organized and unique.

They have a wide variety and knowledgeable people. They have a lot of deals and discounts. Only thing is the aisles arent numbered so asking where something is can be challenging.

Nice craft and home store.The employees are very happy and helpful when asking questions or if youre in need of something specific.The prices are similar/in-line with rivals (AKA Michaels), except for their custom framing which seems to be cheaper here!

Big store! A lot of little decor pieces, and some larger furniture. Almost everything is the popular farmhouse theme. I wish they had more selection from other themes likes MCM etc.

I love this place because they have wonderful home decor and it always seems to be 40 to 60% off. Something that seems like it would be worth $80 is usually marked around $40 and then you have 40% off well Gall dang. I can spend $100 there and leave with at least 9 thanks. Staff is courteous the store is clean and its just a fun place to be regardless if you are into crafting or just trying to spruce up your home

This place was not what I expected, more decorating, less hobby/crafting. The fabric section was very small and the tapes and trims were only sold by the yard. Notions were half a wall and yarn was one aisle. The cutting table was not staffed. Staff DID appear quickly when a bell was ring for assistance. A great majority of the store was taken for home decor, such that I could have found at Walmart, Target or Kmart. The front of the store was a maze of cute inspirational books, calendars and kitchy trinkets. In the end, Hobby Lobby does not seem to serve my needs.

I went in for some fabric, but wasn’t sure which would be best for what I was making. I went up to the fabric counter and asked the lady if she was busy. She looked at me annoyed and tsk’d and then said yeah. She had been cutting some fabric to size. So I waited. She saw me waiting and said what’s the question. I asked what fabric in white is the least see through. She proceeded to point to the corner and name what fabric. I had more questions, but she didn’t seem to want to answer my first, so I didn’t bother. When I went to get my fabric cut to size she ignored me (I was the only person standing there) and continued cutting someone else’s fabric for a while before she said that she’ll be with me shortly. A different (more professional) lady ended up helping me. Terri or Terry, she made me feel really small insignificant and like I was a bother to her. So yeah, not the best customer service. I don’t think I’ll be back. Ever. Also, the customer whose fabric she was cutting apologized to me for how they behaved. I told her it wasn’t her fault, but it was nice that someone else noticed how horrible her customer service was.

Checking out always takes forever and they overcharge for things that should be on sale because they never put their sales in the system and instead the customer has to be very aware of every item price and watch every move the cashiers make. I walked out questioning whether I paid too much after hearing a mumble of those arent on sale as beads that were 50% off were tossed into my bags. Then a 40% off tiedye kit was almost put into my bag full price. & the kicker is it was two employees checking me out and pricing things just however they could remember. I got home and learned i DID pay too much and dont even know what to do anymore, its been a few days. I was trying not to let it bother me but they probably make SO MUCH extra money scamming people out of sale prices!!

Fantastic selection, clean store, well-stocked, and never too crowded. Also dont forget to snag the 40% off an item coupon they always have on their site.

I love Hobby Lobby! There are so many different things to look at and the inventory changes often. I was there to get knit fabric to maker gaitor masks and found just what I wanted. The ladies at the cutting counter were absolutely wonderful and so cheerful!

I like Marvel comics quite a bit. Hob Lob has lots of fun things for me to choose from! I cant even find some of this stuff at the Disney Store.

I was disappointed that they terminated the 40 percent coupons. But they overall have more discounts throughout the store. So, depending on what you want and when you need it. Its kind of a wash.

Im not a super artsy person, but everything is cheap enough that I dont mind giving new things a try.

If I could give zero stars I would. The cashier Ava doesnt know anything about customer service. No hello, and no thank you or have a good day. All she said was here you go when she handed me my recipient. I will be calling the store on her. I work in customer service. I would never treat a customer like she treated me.

Was there pretty early so not fully staffed but we had to request someone 3 times to come help us at the cutting counter to cut some fabric. They had a great sale for wall hangings but the selection wasnt that great. The checkout ladies were very friendly tho.

I spent almost 2 hours in this store and the staff asked if I needed anything multiple times. Im trying to redecorate my apartment and Hobby Lobby has so many home decor ideas. They have little setups showing ideas and example of how to decorate and I love that. They were also super helpful with some returns I had!

You guys gotta do something about the used needles in the parking lot. This is the third time Ive gone here and theres dozens of used needles everywhere.

I dont agree with Hobby Lobbys politics. Sometimes they do have exactly what you need though. They had a good sale on Christmas stuff, but that also meant what I needed had already been snapped up by everyone else. Nice clean store.

Got what I came in for & got help help finding a few things from an employee.

I was in this store for less than 15 minutes and saw at least 10 individuals without masks. I quickly left, but disappointing for those trying to shop safely. 😷

The selection is vast, but prices are only ok. There is no one available to help or ask questions of. The checkout process is horribly slow. There is a framing shop, which is handy, but there are independent competitors in Bloomington.

Hobby Lobby is one of my happy places. I love going there to get the supplies I need or to just walk and and get ideas. I crochet and they have amazing yarn. Their home decor is fantastic and there are many things to choose from. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

They have the coolest snazziest things here...from the prism paper weight to the kaleidoscopic prism light to fun holographic things... Really dandy place! I dont even like to shop but I could get lost here for hours shopping...thats how nifty their store is.

Great place to get what you need for the most part. However, staff left something to be desired. Went in to get some sewing things my daughter needed for school and the gal in that department wasnt very helpful. Couldnt answer questions we had about pins and there wasnt much of a choice. Then went to another department had to FIND help. Then after 3 different staff couldnt help us, they got someone that could. This woman who supposedly knew the department stood there for 10 minutes reading the package only to say, yeah, I really dont know. That was it. So, I ended up buying several things to try I on my own. Still not sure if I got the right ideas or enough for the small craft project Im planning to do. The cashier at least was helpful and told me about a coupon online I could pull up and saved me 40% on 1 full priced item. Like the store, but you need to know what youre getting and where it is in the store or youll be there for quite awhile. Bring your coupons and come prepared.

This trip to Hobby Lobby is only the second time I have been there. The store is very clean and bright. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have all kinds of craft and art supplies. Home decorating items even items for man cave or garage. Fabric and floral arrangement supplies. We needed a 3 panel display poster board and supplies for the school project. The staff was very helpful getting everything my daughter needed and getting us everything we needed on sale. I know there will be many more trips to the Hobby Lobby.
