What an excellent experience with the broken garage door opener! The installer was very professional, organized and friendly. It had been a bit difficult to reach the company at first, because their office manager was on vacation. However, we were able to get in touch with the installer, who explained all the options, including repairing our broken spring/s and system. We decided to replace the opener, which works well and is far safer and quieter than our 35 year old system.
