Brought 4 screens to get redone. they turned them around in a timely fashion. was a little pricey, but they came out excellent. so, no concerns there. was greeted immediately upon entry. definitely a place that still values customer services.

Don’t go here for screens. The ones that they replaced were loose, sloppy work. They redid some of them. Had them make 2 new screens . Had to redo one because they measured wrong. Picked it up and there’s a sharp edge where the metal frame was cut and they refused to do anything about it. Said I should just put a piece of tape over it.

City Glass of Bloomington is a a great place to go to get glass. They try their best to be fast and courteous. Ive heard nothing but good things from the city glass of Bloomington. The property is always kept up well enough. Which says a lot about a place. If they are taking care of their grounds then theyll take care of you.

I Met with Jason Zehr to replace 36 windows with shatter/tamper-resistant windows at our building. I emailed him more than twice and left him a voice mail to get at least a quote but never received a reply or a callback. We hoped to work and support our local company with a project approved for $55K instead of bringing a company from Indy or out of state. Very unfortunate

Amazing service here! Needed a custom size window screen made and they had it done in a few days. I had messed up the measurements originally when submitting the order and they fixed my mistake for me free of charge. Amazing people and great service would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

The double pane window I purchased from them has ridges running near the long sides of the window. The ridges are so pronounced that I can feel them when moving my hand across the window. When using a one foot straight-edge, I can teeter-tooter it over the ridges to an extent that the tip moves as much as 1/8 inch. When I asked them to make this right, they refused. They state that the window is my responsibility once it leaves their shop. If you purchase glass from them, check it for straightness before you load it. I am disappointed because this is the sixth piece of double pane glass I purchased from them, hoping to purchase more. I will be looking elsewhere.

The guys were so helpful! The prices are great. I came in with a couple broken old windows and they showed us exactly how to fix it and gave us a box of push points for free. They couldve easily told Us it was a difficult fix and that theyd have to do it and to buy the putty from them to get us the spend more but they told us where to get putty for cheap and were just so helpful

We had a window with broken glass that needed fixed. We took it into City Glass, they replaced the glass, and it was available for pick up the next day. The price was extremely reasonable. We’ll definitely be going back when we replace our old windows in a few months.

They do good work but I think they are kind of high

I purchased some glass for a tabletop from these folks. Their price was better than their competition and they were able to cut the piece quickly in their shop. When I got the top home, I found out that Id made an error in my measurements, and went back to have a few inches removed. They made the cut while I waited and charged me nothing extra for their trouble. They are friendly and professional, and Id certainly do business with them again!

After reading the reviews I decide to use city glass to have a piece of glass cut for a piece of furniture I was redoing for a client well after 4 trips In one week and missing my dead line I am stuck with a mis shaped piece of glass and one very unhappy client and still trying to find a place to further right shaped piece of glass what makes it worse is I dropped off the exact pattern I needed cut..... So if anyone knows of a place than can cut a precise piece of glass in the area please let me know
