Id bypass this location if I could. The restrooms are not well maintained. Trash on the floor, towel dispensers were either empty or not working. Absolutely no hot food prepared and with no trays in the warmers you can tell nothing was gonna be cooked. And all of this is going on while 3 employees are stand in a huddle having a conversation. And by the look of other reviewers this is all common practice. The one bright spot is theres a security guard that helped direct me to an open spot. Thank you that was greatly appreciated.

DO NOT GO HERE if you are towing a trailer or a boat. There is literally no room. If you need Diesel, there is only 2 pumps at the end.Bathrooms are very small.

Worst Pilot on the interstate. Dirty bathrooms, Wendys is closed half the time with a dirty dining area. Have fun trying to heat up ur food without a single microwave to use. The fuel Iles are nasty and really tight.

This pilot is not too bad you have a Wendys restaurant inside and a KFC across the street, the showers are not too bad but the water could be a little more hot instead of just warm, its really gets busy during the evening rush hour and truck parking gets full real fast early.

They don’t have change so they keep your money if you pay with cash and is owed change. How is this the customer fault. There is no shortage on change in the US. This is just a way to rob the customer. Billion dollar corporation and they can’t go out and buy change. They have to keep my little money. If you don’t have change then you should not be selling stuff period. If you do then you should take the loss not your customer. Every TA, Loves, mom and pop truck stop, Walmart, Home Depot etc all had change. Truckers should stop buying and fueling at this pilot

I’ve come here for years but now a PT cruiser with armed security rolls around. Never had a issue here but I think I’ll just go on down the road to another just in case👀

I’d give this place a 3 and a half rating. Although the employees are friendly. However. There were about 10 to 15 people in the store and 1 person working the register. Unfortunately this is common here. Another problem is the cooler shelves are pretty bare. I don’t know if the just didn’t stock it or if they forgot to order drinks. The place is clean enough but parking is limited. The T/A down the street has a much bigger parking lot and I think better showers oddly enough the Pilot has better towels.

Ok truck stop but you Truck drivers are ridiculous and need to start learning how to pull forward and not waste peoples times

These guys dont answer their phones. Ive been waiting patiently behind this driver who did not pull up after he fueled. I called the store and they did not pick up. I love pilot and flying j. But I will do my best and not come here to fuel anymore.

The card reader for the washer/dryer in the laundry room is not working. Dont try using the ATM to take out money if you need change for the washer/dryer because they wont give you change due to coin shortage. Lucky for me I walked to the chase bank across the street during the afternoon and asked for change since I had a $20 bill that I took out from the ATM machine at the pilot store earlier.

Clean, hot food and beverage

Laundry machine card reader was down along with the atm. The staff seemed like the could care less when I explained I’d wasted soap and couldn’t wash my clothes because their card readers weren’t working for the machines. I suggest checking the card reader so you don’t waste soap if you don’t have cash because I highly doubt they’ve reported the issues with their I don’t give a sh** attitudes.

Very clean store. The young men that worked there were very vigilant, caring, nice, and cheerful. They seemed happy to be at work and had no problem helping us find what we need.As usual, the price of convenience is a bit high, but if you need it, you need it!

This gas station is so getto. The really need to change the whole staff in it...

Very small parking lot, if you arent here by 1700 look elsewhere to park. Pumps are a pain to get to during high traffic times.

I always love Pilot Travel Centers. The price for gas is always affordable and competitive. The staff is always friendly, helpful and quick. The deals and money off per gallon of gas for members is and excellent perk. If a Pilot is around when I Travel I will always choose them.

1st off I stopped to get fuel here the fuel islands are covered in diesel The handles of pumps Are covered in fuel when inside to get feel ticket and some flints For my lighter it took me 10 minutes just to get the ladies attention behind the counter and she was just standing there no customers the inside of the store smelled nasty Like all the toilets overflowed went down to Wendys And the customer service sucked in there also O and by the way I couldnt dump my trash all the cans were full and overflowing And this will be the 1st pilot that Ive never gone to that does not carry flints for a zippo lighter

Rude manager. One of her employees failed todo their job and she puts you on speaker says she does not care to call corporate the number back of pilot reward card.

Awsome customer service from Associate Aaron. He was polite, professional, & had a great demeanor. Good customer service is not frequently encountered & must be recognized.

I love this place. They now have very friendly staff, and great selections. I use their app for really great (often free) deals. The regular sausage gravy breakfast pizza is my favorite food they make in store. Sadly, it has not been there lately so Im wondering if its not even a thing anymore..

Pumps were empty. I asked a clerk to pass on a message about getting a pot hole fixed in their driveway. They were very helpful.

I LOVE THE COFFEE!! They have milk for my coffee! I travel a lot and always look for pilot truck stops. They have the perfect amount of people working. Bathroom are clean, store is stocked, coffee is fresh, GAS was cheaper than most. Good quality gas.

Im a 55 year old man, and the cashier absolutely demanded to see my ID for a pack of cigarettes. He didnt ask for my birthdate, he regurgitated a so-called law that required him to physically handle my identification. This is actually NOT TRUE! His register has a prompt, and the state may require an Id check if that person looks like they might be under 18, but that same law provides the exception for people who look over thirty years of age!!!!

Always a friendly and very helpful bunch of people. Nice Selection of fresh and aged cheeses. Delicious cheese spread also. Love shipping options also. Highly recommend this Wisconsin Cheese Shop. They are always making delicious Cheese Curds that are incredibly packed with flavor.

Mens restroom was trashed. Two employees working, no customers when I stopped, yet no one checking the restrooms.

Store is OK. The truck stop itself is tiny with very limited parking. But here is main reason for this review!!Their Wendys is HORRIBLE! Quality of their food and service is beyond bad! I just stopped here at night and their night shift people are rude and treat customers like dirt. Sandwich is cold,fries is cold. And the way my food was given to me...at least he didnt throw it in my face. Never again!

These places are awesome if you drive anything larger than a car. Lots of room to maneuver. They have a much larger store than typical gas stations. Normally there is a fast food restaurant, like a subway or McDonalds, etc. They give 5 cents off per gallon of gas if you are Good Sam member. Excellent place for RVers like myself. Seemed like a great place for truckers also, with their own area for fueling and clean hot shower( from what I here ).

Idk why so many pilots have so many issues, always pumps that dont work. This one, it wad def pump that didnt work. I let the staff know, they already knew & said there were other that didnt work also.On average pilot flying j PROFITS $100,000 per day, per store. I dont see any reason why every pilot i go to has something that isnt working right. Just sad

Great coffee. Sumatra dark roast beans + Himalayan decaf was superb. An attendant helped my wife figure out how to make the coffee. And this Packer fan on his way home to Wisconsin from Florida was greeted by a another Packer fan, who was a manager at the store. And she lived in Illinois. How about that? We got home safely thanks to Pilot people.

Friendly staff. Busy center. They are always cleaning in the gas station part if this center. It is usually well stocked. I also love getting the extra 3 cent off a gallon of gas for being a member.

I dont know if you are on the road as much as I am. My wife calls Pilot, The Oasis of the Road. And its true. They have everything you need to get refreshed, refueled and ready to hit the road to get where you got to go. Dont care about any other travel plazas. Pilot has earned my business time and time again. Dont take my word for it. Go see for yourself. Later 😁

Always fast and friendly customer service. A great stop for snacks beverages or emergency phone chargers. Im here basically daily and never have complaints about the staff or the merchandise. Truly one of the best places I visit daily.

They have one pump for diesel, had to wait on a small car to fill up and wash windows before we could even reach the pump. Inside was good, served its purpose but bathroom is extremely small. Not well kept. The staff was very nice, greeted us we came in. Not a good stop for RVs or big trucks (DodgeRam2500)...Not a good family stop.

This is my go-to place when I am going down South for hunting this is exactly my halfway point I managed to stop here every single time I make sure that I grab myself a fresh hot slice of pizza and I usually give a piece away to one of the girls behind the counter they have a great two for five deal as well as they have a Wendys attached to this pilot. The bathrooms are very clean as well I heard the showers are in good condition as well lots of parking you can easily get in there with a semi RV or any toy hauler

Super clean bathrooms!!! While in Bloomington we were staying near this 24 hour convenience store and I must say that the bathrooms were clean. Pretty good for a truck stop. They offered hot showers to the truckers passing through town, they have a Wendys right next door and carry anything and everything.

I stopped at the Wendys at the Pilot Center. There were 2 cars ahead of me. The service was poor at best. I spent well over 15 minutes in the drive thru only to have the bag of food basically shoved at me without a thank you. Not a good experience.

Good values, bar choices and food. Went for food and a couple of drinks. There is a game room in the back. Seems to be a popular place for locals of all types. Burgers were great! Check it out!

Very smoky and confusing store. When your showering all you smell is smoke like old grease from Wendys. Store layout is very different from most pilot/flying. You have to go right for showers. Right beside Wendys and people from Wendys have to go right by the showers to get into the pilot side. Parking here is easy good layout for that. Its like parking at a rest area.

Moderate sized parking lot for trucks. Ample car parking. Medium sized store with normal pilot items. Game room for those that like taking a risk with their money. Wendys restaurant with large seating area. Handicap parking available and ramps for wheelchair access. Reserve parking is close to main building. Entrance to Wendys and store from gas island and car parking area and also from Diesel island and truck parking lot. Laundry facilities and drivers lounge are upstairs. They have service truck available, primarily for tires. One of the better pilots that you will find, but not the best. However, that does not mean that you shouldnt consider stopping here in your travels, either by car, truck or RV.

I love pilot. Its my second favorite truck stop after i80d biggest truck stop in Iowa. They actually have sales deals etc.. not all of them do, instead after our for the biggest profit!

Convenient location with clean restrooms. Great variety of snacks and drinks. Prices are reasonable and customer service was decent. ATM is located inside.

Nice staff, very clean inside and bathrooms well kept clean. One can find something to eat and drink and staff is ready to help if needed.

Diesel pumps are old and need to be replaced. Real food at 2 am would be nice too. People working there were pleasant.

All of us at Shiny Dime Custom Trucking want to thank Josh Day and the crew there at the service center. They got me in right away to install my new steer tires. Not only were they professional it was the cleanest shop Ive been in a 50 mile radius! I recommend if you need tires, a service, or any repairs to check these guys out.

Nice clean store with friendly staff.. Several restaurants and hotels within walking distance. Has a Wendys and Truck Care Center in the same parking lot. Along with a Blue Beacon Truck Wash right across the street.

This is one of my favorite places to stop when I travel back and forth to Michigan. I always encounter friendly people and often feel very safe here.

Friendly employees. A wide selection of goods and warm food as well as drinks. Some of the lowest gas prices in town. By a traffic light so easy in and out.

Service was a little slow due to 5+ people in line. They did open another register though. The French vanilla coffee is very good for convenience store coffee.

Bulldozer the whole place an start over.

The showers are awesome and only 12 dollars. You can wash your clothes, get a shower and play slot machines, watch TV, or use the high speed wifi while your cloths finish. Flying J is the rest stop to go to.

This pilot is very clean you can smell the cleanliness as you walk in the door specially around the drink Island and stuff and I told the young lady she did a great job shes very appreciative the Wendys there at the pilot the very nice Ive eaten there two days in a row Taylor the young lady waiting on me the first night and she also waited on me this afternoon very nice pleasant attitude great smile wonderful wonderful person great asset to your company first ballot Ive given five stars 2

Great location, Ive made this specific Pilot a routine stop on my westward travels. I only wish every pilot had the fresh ground coffee machines like this location.

Pilot Truck Stops are one of the best as Ive stopped in to refuel, fill up my Thermos with their outstanding coffee (which is always freshly made) or grab a bite from their great selection of hot foods, great pizza...Ive stopped @ many Pilots in different cities and states as I drove big rigs for 10 years (and really miss it)...The Pilots are always some of the biggest, cleanest and safest to stop in at, if only to take a break.

No cashiers dont eat at wendys they spit on your food and dont put everything on the burger u ordered special. Ordered a number 3 no onion rings no BBQ no pickles. Didnt get bacon and found spir in between patties

Waited in line 20 minutes for thecar in front of me to finish pumping and leave. they left the car twice to get snacks but never bought gas despite having the pump in their tank.half of the pumps had parked cars in them. when I went in to use the restroom, ir was dirty and the line was out the door.the two employees at the register were laughing about how crazy it was outside, but neither made moves to fix the problem.

The staff is excellent! The food and drinks are well priced compared to other places! Overall one of the best experiences going to a gas station! I will definitely remember this place in the future!

Easy in and out, clean and almost anything you might need in the store. They always have hot coffee. I was there with a motor home and had plenty of room to maneuver around.

Im giving them three stars because they acted really snobbish towards me for example: I asked the guy that was cleaning showers for an extra towel after I had to already wait 30 minutes for a shower an he just gave me this go away look an threw the towel at me! The other 2 stars are for the Wendys staff because the men was just so sweet to me so they made my day!

Poor mileage from the gas we got there. Decided to get something to eat from Wendys. BIG MISTAKE!! The burger was barely room temperature and the fries were cold, greasy and tasted old. We got the food to go, so we didnt realize it until we had left. Staff was polite, but food was awful! Wont stop there again!!

I would like to know since when did Pilot start having VIP customers. And how do I get that. Been a customer and rewards member for years but never was I kicked out of a pilot while pumping gas all because another customer asked the manager to tell me to move. Couldnt even finish getting diner. At least the employees were kind enough to check out what i could have with a smile.

During the day its different, but night shift, only 2 women they dont care about anything... there was NO food ready, Wendys was closed & the women at the register, they didnt care at all + talking like if both were 5 miles away, too effing loud.

The morning staff are always nice, especially Sharon, shes the BEST! Coffee is always fresh and hot and other beverages are readily available. The place is clean and you dont see employees just standing around, they are always doing something. If you need help, they are there to assist you as well.

Came in from the mega bus. It was okay nothing gtearh but. Ithing to complain about either. The lady that was on break when I cam was smoking a cig. Some how I have to say is she gave great head!!!! If I could rate her she would have gotten 5 stars swallows and and all. Keep up the good work doll face.

Pilot location very convenient. Near almost every food place you can think of, chicken, Chinese, pizza, Mexican. Truck parking is limited.

High prices ,reduced truck parking, hood thugs knocking on doors, they should invest on expanding space and security instead of making harder for truckers, never stopping here.
