I always love this place. Even my lil guy looks forward to all the treasures and most things are affordable for all. And the customer service is always super friendly and helpful. The photos below were of this last Halloween. Every holiday they have some character and free photos plus special promos.

I like this store. It has every size from newborn to 14/16 in kids. Long sleeve, short sleeve, jeans, jackets, toys etc. Pack n plays, cribs, strollers, all gently used and price just right. And the staff is great. 10/10 recommend.

I went in here to shop for my nephew this afternoon. As I entered I could tell the lady at the counter was being extremely rude to another customer by her tone but I decided to ignore it and just go look at the boys clothing. Everything was fine the clothes are very nice and the prices were not bad. As I was checking out I noticed the same employee making rude comments as she was checking a huge tote full of clothes and shoes and other items. As a first time customer this will also be my LAST time at this location after what I seen next. I was leaving the store and the same employee working at the counter came and put this lady’s high chair on the curb. Not nicely more like a drop on the curb. If she didn’t want to buy it that’s cool just let the customer know and I’m sure wouldn’t been back in after she carried her other things to the car. The curb. Not on the side walk completely by the road where you pull up. I find this super disrespectful. I witnessed this employee treat more than one customer rudely. Not only this poor lady but the first lady when I was walking in and when that customer left the look on her face was full of humiliation. I did not witness what happened but after the second incident in the same thirty minutes with the same employee I knew this is not where I wanted my money to be going. I actually knew the lady and I felt so bad for her the way that she was treated and this employee was lucky she didn’t deal with me. Some people might blow some of this off and others would have asked for the managers name and number directly. I don’t think this lady would ever call and complain but I sure will! When you work in retail you NEVER treat anyone the way that this employee was treating multiple customers. Let’s have some RESPECT, kindness for others, and the human decency to treat others things with care. I will never return to this store. Do better employees!

This location is amazing. I moved across the country and visited another once upon a child and was very disappointed. I bought so many amazing things here!

Wide variety of clothing and toys for the kids I wish they had some better shoes for my youth size 10. They all looked so dirty but where else can you get name brand clothes for half the price. The store was clean and customer service was good no issues at all.

This place definitely has an amazing selection for all your childrens needs. And in great condition. I love that they even post things on their Facebook/Instagram pages and allow convenient shopping. Cant make it in the store and looking for something specific.... call and they will look for you. Send you pictures ans also do Lives so you claim items that way. They definitely help their customers as much as they can

Went to get some essentials for our impending new arrival:) new mommy gift checks from the OB/Gyn included a gift of ten free bodysuits/onsies! Score! Had an excellent experience selling some things and using the credit to partially pay for my purchases. Bodysuits could be sorted a lot better, currently they are only sorted by size- to make the life of a heavily pregnant mamma easier, they should also sort them by gender and sleve length. Similarly to how they approach the shoes. Only complaint I have was with how their staff is trained: there are inconsistentcies among their knowledged of store policy. I was miss informed by a staff member about how long some things could be held for. Came back the day Id specified only to find my choices had been reshelved and that their policy is to hold items for no longer than 24hours. Had I known, Id have complied. Oh well.

So happy to have a Once Upon a Child in the area! I love being able to buy second-hand. I was very pleased with selection, quality, and prices. The store is definitely full, so I wouldnt advise bringing in a large stroller, but it is well organized and very clean. The staff were very pleasant and great with my boys.

Love shopping here. Always nice, gently used finds. I go to take in things my kids have outgrown &end up spending my money from that exchange, right there.. on things they can grow into lol

I went here with my sister right after my baby was born. I got super excited that they had a rack of IU clothes. These clothes are priced at least double the other items in the store. I bought an IU jumper for my son that was 3-6 months, so he wasnt able to wear it right away. He is just starting to fit in 3 to 6 months clothing, so I got out of the closet and put it on him. The thing is missing at least 5 snaps all at the bottom so his diaper is hanging out of it. I never thought in my life someone would charge me $6 for something my child cant even wear. With amount of clothes that they have in the store and how hard it is to find everything, the staff should be checking that everything is in working condition before they sell it to you. I was super excited about the store because baby clothes are expensive, but it doesnt save you any money if you have to pay double the price for something that they cant even wear because theyre too lazy to check if things are broken or not. Im very unsatisfied

Friendly staff, good deals and I have really liked my experience with selling things to them. If I bring stuff in I try to have my stuff organized, so they can go through it quickly.

But other than that pretty cool place. I recommend this place. Its actually a lot better than goodwill! Just make sure toys work before you buy them. If they dont then just dont buy them. Saves you wasted money. A win-win.

This place is HUGE! There is way more than I expected, including tons of pairs of shoes in every size! Some of the prices were a little high for second-hand clothes that children will grow out of very quickly, but they do have sales and deals you can sign up for. You can also see hot new items on their (very-active) Facebook page, but you have to act very quickly to reserve them. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I absolutely love their sales! Have gotten great deals on so many items for my daughter.Only 4 stars because some of their prices are too high.

Great place for all mothers to get fairly priced clothes in good condition. They also sell shoes, toys, and Halloween costumes. Sometimes they have really great sales as well. I just dont like bringing my kid inside cuz for some reason she always throws a fit lol! If you need to pinch pennies for some clothes for your child this is your place!

I brought in a big tote and 2 boxes of infant to toddler clothes and they didnt buy anything but belt shoes and a couple shirts the clothes where new or use a couple times instead of saying they didnt need that size they told me they were wore out or stained. I know better in fact in the tote was the way i put them in. I traveled 40 some miles they could have been honest. What they bought was a good deal but the werent real friendly.

We buy most of our boys clothing here. They dont pay a lot for clothing that you sell, but there is almost always a good selection to buy and I love the clearance sales. In our experience, if you have good toys or maternity clothing to sell, they tend to accept more of that and pay pretty well.

I really appreciate the huge selection and am always happy with the things I find for my niblings. They grow so fast, their parents have new requests every holiday, and I get to be a great auntie without breaking the bank thanks to (especially) the clearance clothes, which are still fashionable and in great shape. Ive found some really good toys and books, too!

I love shopping there for my baby, great prices, staff is fantastic. Tons of aisles of clothing, shoes toys. Very kid friendly environment. They even have maternity clothes. You can sign up for rewards and new moms club.

Great variety of childrens items. Clothes, toys, bath items, strollers, etc... The prices are good, when you happen to get a clearance item or catch a fill -a-bag sale. They are a lot more expensive than Goodwill and you still have to check for stains. 😞

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Came to google since the review I posted on Facebook was removed and the ability to post reviews on their Facebook page is suspiciously disabled the day after I posted it.The staff is lovely, with the exception of Krissy...whom I thought was the manager. SHE IS THE OWNER. Worst customer service and worst attitude I have yet to experience.Do not try to sell clothes here unless you want whatever folded or hung clothing they do not purchase, returned to you in a messy wrinkled pile and with pieces of outfits missing. I was the only customer in the store and the only one selling, and yet her excuse was “we don’t have time to refold or lay clothes flat”.Blatantly rude and condescending when talking about customers on the phone (she did not think I could hear her 10 min rant about me while sheMade the poor cashier reiterate her instructions- didn’t get on the phone until I specifically asked for her).I was only calling to ask if I could come and get whatever clothing they purchased (for significantly less than what they will sell them for. $40 worth of clothing they will likely make $200 off of) since they took pieces to outfits (pants from a set or a top from a set) that were now useless to me in terms of saving or selling online.I love resale shops and have shopped there twice a week or more since they opened, but never again. They have lost a lot of business because of the way the owner treated me.Learn how to communicate effectively. Return customers items in the condition they were received. Be respectful. Or I’m sure you will isolate many, many more customers.

This is my Favorite Once Upon a Child store in Indiana. Huge selection. Great staff and low prices you find the best deals . They carry sizes preemie to 20 in boy and girl. They have maternity and sports wear for kids. Toy selection is huge. Dont forget the baby equipment .They always have something we need for our family.

I wish the store were bigger, as it can be very difficult to maneuver around. There isnt room for 2 carts in an aisle. The toys are very unorganized. Yet, I realize that cant be an easy thing to accomplish since there are always kids playing in that area. I cant deny that you can find some great bargains here - especially if youre willing to spend some time. Their clearance sales are great, and I wish they were more frequent. So, Im all for buying here. Unfortunately, Ive found that selling things back to them is a big pain. I have packed my car with a ton of stuff to sell to them, yet they buy very little, and dont offer much for it. Then, I have to load the bulk of it back into my car, and donate it. I have begun to wonder if its worth the trouble.

Not horrible but they up the normal prices when a sale is in place and not very much pants selection for girls or boys

This is a great store, kids grow out of their clothes so quickly having a store where you can sell their old clothes and get them new clothes that fit at a reasonable price is great! Some clothes are even brand new with the tags still on them but your paying dramatically less for them then you would in the store!

Love the new location even if its just down a plaza

I used to love going to the store to buy for my grandchildren. Now you have to really watch the prices because a lot of the times you can buy it brand new somewhere else first buying it used. Thats a shame they took a good idea and have kind of ruined it. When they first open and up until a couple of years ago you can save quite a bit of money in there. Now you have to watch out or youre going to be paying more money then what you would if you went and bought it brand new like I said earlier. Now when it comes to their toys thats a different story. A lot of times you can find toys that are like brand new really really cheap! Most generally you need to look on top of the clothes racks thats where I have found the best toys.

I drive a little over 1hr to shop at this store. There are four branches closer to me, but this one is by far the cleanest, best stocked and best priced one! The staff are (usually) nice and very helpful and I get most of my daughters clothes and toys here. Totally worth the drive!

They always have a wide selection of clothing and shoes for my kiddos. I was able to get my oldest her entire wardrobe for school for half the the price of what I would have paid retail.

Because I can go there and but my granddaughter brand name clothes that look almost new for the same price that if I would go to Kmart to buy an outfit..i was able to buy some school clothes there for her and my other granddaughter...the shoes I bought a pair of Skechers size 2 for $8,99 Id say they with maybe wore few times theyve got Nike shoes I bought her from Justice Jeans that look brand new for $8.00 justice shirts $3.99_5.99....The ladies that work there are friendly..the good thing is once she grows out of them I can take them in they can buy them back or add them to my account as long as the are in good shape..

Awful. I have been bringing in clothes for a long time now and it seems like they just keep ripping you off more and more. I just sold to Oshkosh jackets that were in great shape and a pair of shoes and they offered me $3.50. Thats absurd

Mad place but worth it

Im going to make the complaint that others have likely made: the amount of time that it took me to drive across town, through construction, drop off my stuff, and wait for it to be processed was not worth the money I got back. I would recommend posting your kid supplies on Facebook yard sales or E-bay. Youll get more money for it.

Best prices especially for maternity clothes!. However if you want to get money to sell clothes have a yard sale or sell them online. You wont get very much at all selling to them.
