First time visiting Heritage Estate, looking for a wedding band. Linda helped us immediately after we walked in, let us know she was there to help if we wanted and let us browse at our own pace. She was very nice, helpful, and down to earth. She was not pushy, didnt show us anything we couldnt afford, and gave us plenty of time to decide if we wanted to buy that day. I had no sleezy salesperson vibes from her whatsoever. We ended up buying a wedding band within an hour or so of walking in.HIGHLY recommend visiting this place for unique, affordable, beautiful jewelry. This place will be in my back pocket if I want to add to my fine jewelry collection.

I absolutely loved my experience. The people who work here are so kind and knowledgeable— they really make it fun, and as someone who isn’t well versed in the jewelry realm I learned a lot! The pieces are so beautiful and unique, and the variety is quite impressive. I really can’t say enough great things!

Every time I have been in this location I have been greeted kindly and offered immediate assistance without any pushiness. I was there July 19 and 20th, and the staff was wonderful. They took the time to help me find options within my budget, and also did a little show and tell with some very impressive gems! They took their time with us and did not rush us, even though my budget was not huge. I will be back hopefully someday I will have a little bit more of a budget! They have a lot of classic pieces with a vintage vibe.

Was walking the MOA and tried to stop in at a Sunglass Hut store to get some glasses screws tightened, we were rudely told no. They wouldn’t even let us use their tools to do it ourselves. But the employee at Heritage Estate Jewelry was so very friendly. Not only did they tighten the one screw about to fall out but they tightened the other one as well. Definitely want to go back just for the excellent customer service. I will never shop at Sunglass Hut since they turned us away.

I was in the market for a new engagement ring and was leaving the MOA when I walked by their store. I ended up stopping in as a last ditch effort to see if I could find something I liked. They had an awesome selection of unique jewelry and I ended up finding the perfect ring. This diamond ring sparkled like no other and there was no way I was going to leave without it. The customer service was so wonderful and you could tell they love what they do. I ended up purchasing 3 rings (1 engagement ring and 2 accent bands) for an out the door price of $1,800. I was so shocked by the price I immediately went and got it appraised by another jeweler because I was skeptical what I had purchased was even real. Here’s the kicker - it appraised for $5,000!
