Wanted to support local. But when I order a cold coffee with syrup and you give it to me plain. I nicely inquire and you say I thought we had some but we are out and offergranulated that clearly wont dissolve..I again say do you have any flavor syrup? She says it cost more. (Oh ,okay I just purchased coffee and a muffin + a tip .) During which her and the owner are looking at me like Im crazy. Disappointing first experience. I get coffee all over town and they always provide syrup with my order.

Took my girlfriend out for a coffee and breakfast in the morning. The coffee was excellent, but the breakfast food menu was very limited. I ended up getting a panini. The service was good, but untimely due to short staffing. I would definitely go there again for brunch or a light lunch.

Great coffee! I had the 18 Rabbit which was made with the pour over method. Very nice light roast that wasn’t too acidic and had many floral and fruit notes to it. It was definitely roasted the right way! I also bought Ethiopian beans and still have to try them. The staff are very nice also and the website is easy to place an order in.

OMG. Their decaf is SO good! Im an occasional coffee drinker, so I dont have a coffee maker at home, just a cheap pour-over dripper, and 1 scoop of their decaf (freshly ground at the store--thank you!!) in the dripper makes THE PERFECT mug of coffee! I was shocked how good it tastes. Im ruined for life on decaf now.

This place is great. Comfortable, quiet atmosphere with music playing softly in the background. An excellent environment to get some work or studying done, or just relax with a good book and cup of coffee. Everything is very clean from what I could see. The barista was very accommodating when I asked about vegan-friendly options, and made sure to check the label of anything she was unsure about. I ended up with a mocha with soy milk, and she suggested a dash of cayenne pepper to liven things up. Very delicious, Ill definitely be back. My only suggestion for improvement would be to expand your selection of syrups for different flavored drinks. Id enjoy having more variety to choose from. Other than that, thank you for making my day brighter with your top-notch service and delectable coffee!

My sister was talking about them for a while, so I finally went to try it - I judge a coffee place by 2 things: cappuccinos (my favorite) and whatever basic coffee they have on brew. Both were fantastic! Most places dont foam the milk properly or have the perfect ratio, but they nailed it. I liked it so much I bought a bag of beans & tried their brew for the day -- Ill say I could taste that it wasnt fresh (30min till closing so of course) but even so was FANTASTIC. Loving the 18 Rabbit beans at home too, very good!!

The atmosphere is nice, the service is good, and they even have a selection of toys and games. Some of the pastries are weirdly dry, but the drinks are good. The biggest issue is that with huge west-facing windows, there can be a lot of glare if you go in the afternoon.

Coffee to milk ratios are off here. I got a 16oz Iced latte and couldnt taste (or see) anything but milk. I saw them pull the shot but for this size drink, the shot should be doubled. I got the larger drink to get more coffee not more milk. Had to rush out, theyre not super fast but staff is kind.

Leaving 5 stars (im a business owner. I try to be empathetic) but called 25 minutes in advance on a tight schedule. Lattes werent even started when I walked in. I dont think they have a to go system in place........ Wasnt happy and basically kicked out anyway for forgetting a mask. Just all around sub par service and a complete lack of discretion and situational awareness on the part of the employees. Hopefully next time theyll make the product when they take the order over the phone.

Favorite spot in Bloomington! This little cafe is warm and sunny— a great place for studying or catching up with a friend. The staff is so chill, but their service is wonderfully friendly. Food and coffee are great, and they often have other pastries and other treats from local places around town. Would love to see a location more central to town open up. This place is just golden. 👌🏼

I love stopping at Needmore for safe, contactless pickup of coffee and treats. Their classic and signature coffee drinks are delicious and meticulously prepared, and the local pastries, both sweet and savory, are some of the best in Bloomington. I even enjoy sitting in my car in the parking lot thanks to the wildflowers Needmore has planted. The goldfinches and bumblebees agree!

Awesome coffee shop and roastery! I cant say enough how nice, simple, and friendly this cafe is. The staff at Needmore were extremely friendly and knowledgable on both their available roasts and brew methods offered. I was able to get a medium roast pour over coffee for both my wife and I. It was an experience! I dont think there is better tasting coffee in Bloomington or maybe Indiana. They also offer a wide variety of food, but neither myself or my wife were hungry. Most importantly, the atmosphere was friendly and inviting without any uptightness or stuffiness of other cafes. Highly recommend!

Needmore is lovely! Pleasant space with plenty of seating, and high ceilings for a very spacious feel. The menu is small but not at all lacking, and the service is great! Its especially nice because theyre open early in the morning, so it accommodates a variety of schedules.I cant comment too much on the quality of the coffee or any fine details, because Ive been three times at 7 am after working since at least 10pm the night before, so I dont remember much other than what Ive already written.Definitely worth your time for at least one visit though!

Needmore is the place to go for coffee if you happen to be by College Mall. The interior is unique yet comfortable and the coffee is always delicious. Whats so wonderful about this place is that they always have some baked goods and quiches for sale that are so delicious. My recommendation is to get the pour over coffee because 1) its delicious but 2) it is presented in such a cool way! Definitely recommend coming here if you want to treat yourself to good coffee.

Some of the highest quality coffee available around though the price is a tad bit high. They roast their own beans in house so these are pretty much assured at least not to be burned and in my own opinion the espresso is always quite tasty. Its really nice when (finally) you can see people roasting coffee in the same room where you go for your daily caffeine fix. Most importantly: their espresso is - thank God - not done with dark roast! Dark roast on espresso is only for those who like the taste of burnt coffee beans, not for espresso lovers and aficionados. The next thing to learn is the fundamental difference between one shot and two shots, but I hope they will get there! No, its not just the double amount of water ....

Used to come here all the time, but it seems that all of the friendly and experienced staff quit within a couple of months, and none of the new baristas know how to properly make drinks or know very much about coffee. There used to be a tall skinny guy who made the best lattes and was very knowledgeable, but I havent seen him in a while. Theyre constantly hiring and seem to have a high turnover rate, which indicates management issues and/or employee dissatisfaction. Ive worked in food service and have experienced this quite a lot. Ive seen the owner a couple of times, and she always seems snappy and overbearing, so I can see why there is an entirely new staff every couple of months. Such a shame that a place with good coffee cant keep good baristas. Will not be returning or supporting this business.

Slightly overpriced, bitterly acidic coffee. Atmosphere was oddly cold and sparse, with some interesting furniture pieces but no real comfortable seating. Did not have a satisfying experience, but its clear that there is some thought and effort going into the cafe. Odd location. Restroom was clean and had a matching aesthetic. Staff was friendly enough, but Im just not the market for this product line or this particular atmosphere. If you live nearby, you could do worse for coffee.

A great place to enjoy one of the best cups of coffee in town. They serve all the normal brew and espresso drinks one could expect, as well as some food items (scones, quiches, ect.) They have focused on the quality of the coffee so it is a tad more expensive than Starbucks, but for the higher quality and knowing that you are supporting a local woman and her business I would say it is worth every cent. NeedMore is cozy and is friendly to new and old faces alike. It is a new business that opened in 2017 and they have already drawn a crowd. They roast all of their own beans in house and source all of their beans from Organic, Single-Origins farmers from several different countries, such as Mexico and Nicaragua. Please come in and support these guys with the rest of the town as they love to see new faces!

Very disappointed in my experience here. Because they read the names for the orders off the credit card given instead of asking for a name (which I thought was common practice by now with coffee shops?), they will loudly out and/or deadname anyone whose current name does not match the name on their card.
