Great customer service! Elvira is a very knowledgeable service technician and friendly as well. She will definitely take the time to explain everything that you need to know with patience. Other service staff members from what I can tell appear to be the same. Waiting room is nice with complimentary coffee for customers. They even put my registration tag on my license plate! I will definitely come and get my car serviced there again! 👍👍👍👍👍

5 star all the way!! This was the easiest car purchase we have ever made. Found the perfect used car online after we totalled our car. We emailed the dealership and Butch contacted us.Not only did he give us a great price. He took care of the financing and had the car delivered to us for no extra charge. Just bought my 3rd car this year from Community Chrysler and couldnt be happier. My salesman Brad is great!! Lasyt week I called him and told him what I needed. Within the hour he called - said he had the perfect car and I bought it sight unseen. It was perfect. My husband had always wanted a specific Jeep that was a limited edition - great jeep commander and we had looked for that specific car for over 4 years before we moved here to Indiana. I was looking for a good used jeep for my sister when I first met Brad. I told him I could give her my Buick Rendezvous with very low mileage but only if I could find the jeep of my husbands dreams. I dont know how he managed it - but it happened - he said turn around and look at the driveway coming down the hill. THE JEEP - since then I have bought 2 minivans and been completely happy and never even had to leave the house. I have told many people to call Brad if they need a car and I hope they have followed through. The service department is great - they have helped me learn how to use a lot of features on the Commander - which is smarter than I am. But we love it and think the world of Brad. Thank you Brad. you made everything easy for me.

Even though we did not complete our purchase there. The salesman Ryan was absolutely amazing. He worked with us through and through to find us what we wanted. Unfortunately my wife decided to get a different vehicle at the end of it all.Regardless, Ryan was great and not pushy. Great Decision to visit hereI was pretty picky regarding what I was looking for in a vehicle and wasnt going to settle for something that didnt have the features I wanted. Hector e-mailed me with a vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for and in my price range. I went into car shopping with bad experiences in the past. When I pulled up Sean was immediately so friendly, laid back, and welcoming. The entire staff are so kind, willing to work with you, and really take the time to get you set up with what youre looking for. I love my new Jeep, the staff and the entire experience. I will never go anywhere else for future vehicles. Well worth the drive if youre out of town, and absolutely the best type of people you want selling you a vehicle. I recently moved to the area and I stopped in without an appointment to the Service department today because of a Service Electronic Throttle Control warning that came on in my Jeep this morning. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Blake and Bob. They did a diagnostic for me and determined that it was just caused by some ice. As soon as we entered the sales room we were greeted. Everyone was so pleasant. I had three cars in mind to look at. Jason Clark was our salesman and he eagerly would bring each car out in front of the building so we could do a test drive. Before we left he showed us different sections of the dash board and told us how they worked. It was the first time a salesman took the time to explain the car before we left for a test drive. We first thought of a newer used car but he suggested the possibility of a new car. He explained the advantages of a new car vs an used vehicle. The three employees worked and worked to find us the best rate. They gave my husband and I time to talk things over and we NEVER felt pressured about buying a car. I have to say it was the best experience we had when looking for a car to purchase.

Reached out in regards to a specific vehicle with questions. Unfortunately the salesman (Tony Ahlbrand) did not answer several of the questions, one being very important (were there any issues with the vehicle) - no response. Prior to driving out that way I did a quick car fax and noticed the odometer has possibly been rolled back, however the salesman never mentioned this. He was persistent in getting me in, but not answering all of my questions. Being a fellow salesman, I understand the importance of answering all your clients questions especially if there potentially is something wrong with the product you are offering. This was not done so Ive decided to look elsewhere as customer service is a huge part of the buying process.

Sales and finance were great. Service department is horrible. Lots of miscommunication, unprofessional, 3 trips to the service department for squeaking rear brakes. After a total of 7 days in the shop between the 3 trips to get the squeaking to stop after 2 months. Would not recommend their service department. Had to file multiple complaints with different individuals to finally get a solution that we are happy with.

Tom Accord sold me my 2014 dodge ram 1500, he is a fairly new up and coming salesman. He forgot to let us take the truck on a test drive but we drove one similar and fell in love with it. Im a little disappointed though that I was told the truck would come with a free warranty but wasnt until later I read the fine print on the paperwork that Im actually paying $2200 for it.

My wife and I recently decided to look for a vehicle to flat tow behind our RV and had decided on a Jeep. We met Brad Kale and he was a great person to work with. After several weeks of thinking about it, we got back to Brad and decided on a Wrangler Sahara. Brad worked with us to get a good deal on the new Jeep while trading in two of our current cars. BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! My wife and I have bought three vehicles here and have had good experiences each time, but what really sets this place apart from others is the incredible services department. Jeff and the guys always seem to find a way to get us in and they dont ever try to push unnecessary repairs on you. If they see a problem, theyll let you know about and advise you as to the best course of action. Ive brought cars in for what I thought were big fixes, and for which I could have easily been taken, but these guys never fail to tell you exactly whats wrong, even if the fix is cheap. Most honest, straightforward service department Ive ever dealt with in the past 30 years. I know this review is long, but this place has saved me a lot of money over the years and they deserve the praise. Thanks guys!

Was traveling down to French Lick on 9/25/15. Water pump went out on the truck just out of Indy. Limped into the dealership, hoping they could help us out. They got the truck done in record time, and got us back on our way to go fishing. The salesman was amazing but the service department is horrible. My husband and I bought a 2018 charger scat pack the sunroof had pieces fall off. We called and finally got an appointment just for them to keep it all day and do nothing but order parts and not call anyone to let them know. Instead we had to go and ask them what was going on and why we hadn’t received a call yet. Then the guy assumed he was just keeping the car over night without a loaner car. Needless to say we got our car back and did not leave it there! Communication in their department needs some work.

This dealership was not willing to negotiate a fair deal. The sales manager insisted on charging full retail for his vehicle, while offering $1500 less than trade-in for mine. When I refused to fall for this typical sales tactic, the sales manager then began talking to me in a condescending and demeaning tone. When I decide to leave, they did not even thank me for coming in. I could not believe how rude these people were.I would never consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again, and I hope that anyone else considering this dealership will avoid them at all costs!Based on the response I received from the GM on another ratings website, he will call all of my statements of fact lies to discredit the negative review. If they truly were all lies, I wouldnt spend the time rating this dealership.

Larry Schwab is a very dedicated employee, and very patient. My fiance and I ordered his truck weeks back, when things were looking a bit slow Larry and his supervisors did everything they could to keep us happy. My fiance went to 6 other dealerships to find theright truck, one that had everything he wanted, they werent much help. Larry assured us that he could help us build a truck,( he was late getting home for dinner that night) we sat at his desk for quite some time picking things out. This was the worst experience of my life. I am a combat veteran who suffers from PTSD. I went in to look at a used Challenger they had on the lot.A salesman named Shawn just happened to be the salesman I was dealing with.He was the most unprofessional and disrespectful salesperson I have dealt with in all my life.He upset me so much I called the dealer after I left to speak with the sales manager , John.I explained to him I was interested in a car on his lot but I did NOT want to deal with Shawn. Didnt want to talk to him, didnt want him showing me the car etc. John proceeded to stick up for his salesman and say Well Im not sure what Shawn could have done to upset you I said, It doesnt matter , I would like to move past itJohn assured me he could have someone show me the car. We set up a appt 2-6-19 to come look at the car. Well after thinking about how upset I was about how I had been treated. I bought somewhere else.Monday February 11th I get unfamiliar call.It was shawn. I asked him never to call me. And hung up. He called right back and when I answered, this time getting upset. He blurts out real fast. I just called you to tell you the car sold A$$HOLE! and laughed. I simply replied Who gives a $hit and hung up. I called back and asked to speak with a sales manager. I was transferred to Shawn saying This is JP I kept asking to speak with a manager. He refused. I explained to him this behavior is unacceptable and as a salesperson this kind of thing could ruin his career. And how could he disrespect a veteran like this. He said I dont give a $hit who you are I told him i would get in touch with the owner or whoever is the general manager. THEN he said. I have a copy of your drivers license on file bro then blurted out my address. I lost it! No one threatens a soldier!So I called and filed a police report for him threatening me. The entire time I had his calls on speaker so my wife could witness.Soo. Today is 2-13-19. I called and asked for the sales manager John again. And explained the details of the situation. He proceeded to take the side of his salesman and say there was nothing he could do. He would have to forward it to the General Manager because there are always 2 sides to the story I explained that I have a witness , recordings and documentation. I advise you to take your business elsewhere. Its clear everyone in this building are not working for you, to help get you in a better car you want or need. Absolutly the best experience I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The people who work at this dealership gave me hope in humanity again. I was getting out of my car in Martinsville and noticed I had a flat tire. I happend to be at the Walmart there in town, so I went to see if I could get the issue fixed there. They told me (Walmart) that it would be 6-7 HOURS until they could get me in. In a panic I called around town to see if there was anywhere open ( it was New Year’s Day) no one was open. My last option was the dealership, which I knew probably wouldn’t be possible given I only had 20$ on me. Long story short the owner Jason and one of his associates came and met me at the Walmart, sat in the cold for probably 3 hours to get my tire patched (there were some issues with my spare) so I could get home to my 2 year old. I have never in my life met such grate people. I want to personally thank the two men who came out, and spent all the time and energy to assure that I got home safely to my daughter. I could never thank them enough. I even received a phone call from him to make sure I made it home safely. Thank you guys so much.

Would not recommend them at all, unless your interested in fixing there used cars. Called about chevy equinox found online, asked if the car was mechanically sound. I live over hour and half away so wanted to be certain I wasnt wasting my time. They of coarse said yes has been inspected in service department and good to go. Told them I would have a trade in, they said no problem and would give me my full asking price. Sounds like a good deal, almost too good. Sales wraped up the deal lightning fast, sent us on our way. Thats when things went bad, while driving the vehicle home it made water moving sound behind dash board. Once we turned on heat in car, the smell of smoke reeked so bad made wife nauseous. Once I got vehicle home opened the hood to smell and seen antifreeze leak coming from the block, not pleased. Called them next day described what had happened, asked if I could return there broke vehicle and get mine back they said No Way. Deal is a deal they said. But out of the generosity of there heart they would take care of the problem. Which meant charging me 250 bucks to fix the car. So no problem I would love to pay you more money. Get the car back few days later only to hear same water noise behind dash board. Call them next day they tell me sounds like it could be heater core. That was the end, no bring it back and we will fix it. My advice is dont buy a used car here period. They know when a car has problems but its up to you to find and fix them.

03/23/2014. This has been my 2nd transaction with Community CDJ and the first was 11 years ago (06/2003). Eleven years ago it was Ryan Neely that was the salesman and I was enticed to the site by them working through the State of Indianas blessing. Brian Kale was the salesman that dealt with me this time. He kept my attention without being overbearing. My contact with him was by e-mail and telephone and I was looking/reading about/at the cars on the internet at their site. I continued my interest because I have been so pleased with the performance of the Chrysler I had purchased originally - and it was not a certified used car. I relied on Brian not to let me down and do me a good deal. And bless his heart, when I made the deal, Brian delivered the car to me and drove away in my trade-in of the Chrysler I had bought 11 years ago. Beyond pleasant! I didnt have to walk around a car lot looking at cars! I didnt have to make the (long) drive to the dealership!

For the second time within a month we asked Jordan Mackenzie to assist us in purchasing a vehicle. My husband and I were very impressed with not only Jordan but the whole staff at Community Chrysler. The first time we were there they assisted us in finding an appropriate car for our daughter, who is in her 30s. She has no credit rating and the vehicle she had prior to this purchase was a real beater she bought for cash. Unfortunately, someone crashed into her car in the parking lot at her work. They struck her car in the side hard enough to break the frame. She is a recovering addict, clean for three years. We did not want this wreckage of her car to possibly affect her sobriety. They helped us get her a reliable vehicle at a payment level she could afford. My husband co-signed with her to begin to build her credit.My husband and I met with Jordan last week to explore our purchase of a Chrysler Pacifica. We traded in two vehicles on that purchase. We told Jordan everything we wanted on a Pacifica. Jordan located the vehicle at another dealer, they showed us the options for financing that would achieve what we wanted at the best price. They gave us excellent trade in values. Once again we received excellent customer service from Jordan as well as your whole staff. They are fantastic. We are blissfully driving our Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus, Chrysler has developed the best vehicle on the road today with the Pacifica.

I flew in from Western Missouri for a used car they had on the lot. I dealt with Larry Schwab. After talking with Larry on the phone and getting a lot of the details out of the way, I found Larry waiting at the Bloominton Regional Airport for me upon arrival. He drove me to the dealership and the 2008 Honda S2000 was EXACTLY as he described. Was on my way out the door within 2 hours of arrival!! Thanks Larry and staff at Community!
