Normally I would give Sonora tires a 5 star rating but today I was left hanging around while waiting to see if they had my tire size (no tires for me). But overall I recommend them for their services and tires. Theyre usually pretty quick thats why I keep going back.

Had 4 bolts that broke off on my exhaust manifold. I spoke with Poncho and he fixed my problem at a very reasonable price. The job took about a week because it is a very difficult job and well worth it. I recommend you check them out. Great tire deals a well

Good service, quick and courteous. They can do without the loud annoying Reggaton music though. I like music, but that loud and early in the morning to boot, was very irritating. Think about your customers and and less about the the club scene youre trying to instill.

Have been coming here for years and I send everyone I know to this place to get tires patched, replaced, balanced, and even alignments. Have not had one bad experience. Their prices and customer service has always been top notch. First come, first serve, make sure that the attendants are aware that you are waiting for service. Theres a reason Sonora is always busy, thats because they are the best. They have mounted and patched my wifes tiny Toyota Prius tires, family members tires, mounted tires, and have mounted my truck tires and aligned the truck perfectly (Thanks a ton to Gustavo who is a freaking professional at alignments). Yes I use to said they were nice and good service until my wife when there to complain about they didn’t fix what they supposed to fix, the owner was there and for only 25 dollars that I pay extra to do extra service, they want us to pay again, he was unprofessional and rude if he is like that with all women please don’t support this shop, now I go to el caballo tires better service and price, thank you for the support

This shop through me off a little. I go there for patch kit for my flat tire. The tire repair dude, tells me, I need to go to Autozone and get tire repair kit and bring it too him. So, I did. He repairs my tire, then he charges me for it, and after, asks for a tip!So...Im looking at this Dude and he proceeds to pat me down for some money!What the hell! I say to him...He just kept smacking my hand away, ignoring me, like a bad hangover. Shaking me down, until I came up with money!

I’m not a person to leave bad reviews but this shop certainly deserves it , I came in to get some fresh tires installed on the rear of my car and they weren’t any ordinary tires they were performance tires , now they did try their best getting the tire mounted onto my wheel but Ended up not being able to install nothing , when they said they could I spent a total of 2 hours waiting and worst part is they came back with my wheel all scratched up .

Sonora tires is where i go for my tires when needed, because $40 for a suv tire is my kind of price and besides the friendly gentlemen who help the service is quick. 15 minutes is all it took for the gentleman to greet me learn my need and put tire on my rim and load it in my vehicle. 15 minutes!!! Bought my tires less than a year ago brand new had problems with the rear tires they didnt want to warranty them and than when they put my tires back on they didnt put two of my luhgnuts on which is very dangerous

This place needs to be torn down so they can build a circus here because all the employees are a bunch of clowns. They were very disrespectful to my elderly mother who came in to get a new tire.

Horrible service. I went to get one new tire and an alignment done. The first time I went the alignment wasnt done right. They told me it was too late and come the next day. I go the next day and they made my car worse. Lots of the lights went off and the alignment still wasnt done right. Again I was told it was too late and come back the next day. I go the next day and they said they did all they could. Alignment still isnt done right so now I have to go to some other shop.

I went in to get my car fixed, told them the problem about my car. It took them a while to figure out what was causing the issue. They said I needed a new part for my car to fix the issue.Well they were wrong. Still have that terrible churning/rubbing sound my car makes when it brakes. Gave it 2 weeks to see if I had to wear it out. But they’re not shoes; I shouldnt have to break in the new part they installed. Whatever they replaced didn’t fix my problem.Wondering if I even needed that supposed part. Just disappointed.They seem like a good shop but it wasn’t for me.

Dont go to the shop for anything! Dont get any work done to your car! Not even an alignment. The tire shop in the front is the only thing that is is ok. The back shop are never at fault for anything they do wrong. They did my alignment wrong... My buddies car front bumper got scratched getting loaded up to the same machine. He didnt even have the paint for 2 months. They wouldnt admit to it of course. And for the price they charge might as well take it to a real shop with real pros!

GOOD PRICES ON TIRES AND DID ALIGNMENT AS WELL

You can your flat tires fixed here for a good price. because youre very quick to take care of the problem but the parking here is very very small and tight the only have that bays for three cars at a time.they have a small side parking lot where you can actually Park and then just to walk across the parking lot to the tire center at self. I would usually give him 5 stars but theyve been slacking you but as of late. Instead of doing a good job I think theyre just trying to get everybody in and out as fast as they can.
