I recently stopped by this location to get an oil change on 8/17. There was no one at the store and when you call the number there is a message stating they are closed for the foreseeable future. I mainly wrote this review so other people would know. Midas, right next door, does oil changes but requires appointments. Hope this helps!

I went here last month with a high-mileage Honda I had just bought. I really appreciated the managers advice on it. He took the time to make sure he didnt damage my system and put my mind at ease.

Did a very thorough check ange of my oil and filled the other fluids. Also replaced my windshield wipers. Very nice and professional team and during mask mandate too. Thank you Jiffy Lube! I’ll be back!

They put my drain plug back in so tight I am having to get it professionally removed to change my oil. Please avoid.

The staff is very good and quick. The business has a different owner from the last time I used them. They are working to keep the staff and customers safe during the pandemic.

The service was fast and friendly. I went in for an oil change, and theyd finished and pulled my car out within 15 minutes. If I hadnt been able to watch them work on it myself I would have been sceptical as to whether theyd actually done anything to my vehicle. The mechanics were all very friendly as well - a couple of them (that hadnt even worked on my car) even thanked me and waved as I was walking out to leave. This was the first auto shop Ive tried since moving to the area, but I dont feel a need to try any of the others at this point.

So- many years ago the tech ripped my window tint accidentally. I noticed this on my way home and called to speak with the manager Mike. He reimbursed me in full for the repair no questions asked. That is why I have been coming here for years. Plus, my car always lasts much longer on their synthetic blend they have. Thanks guys!

Went to jiffy lube to get an air filter because I needed to replace my overdue filter. The price was cheaper than other places around.However, whoever installed the air filter did a horrible job. They bent the air filter when they forced it in. So the next oil change I had to replace it again because I did not want this bent air filter in my car!

Great service! When they got to my truck they finished it in about 10 minutes. I dont go anywhere else to get my oil change. The manager Fanzo is awesome! Zach, Cody, and Tristan are very knowledgeable. Travis is a stud, and that cute red-head kid is hilarious! 😂

One of the managers just scoffed at me when I had a questioning look on my face after Ive been here for nearly an hour. They do provide the advertised service, but expect them to use up a good portion of your day. I asked on my way in to skip the other steps involved in their full service oil change, and the man doing intake happily obliged, but then proceeded to provide me with the more time consuming service anyway. The manager argued with me when I specified a non manufacturer oil level to be put in as well. I wont be back.

Average service and always trying to sell more than is usually needed. Don’t show up early as they will not help customers a minute early. Rather scewed approach to to good customer service. Make sure to check fluids after getting home as my pick-up with less than 20,000 was three quarts low at random service thru my employer and no signs of oil leaks.

They were ready for me! Even held the door open as I was coming in. I had to wait only a few minutes to get my wifes van in for an oil change. They did it professionally and even cleaned out the inside. Very nice. Im going back next time.

I gave this place only 1 star for two reasons. First, the wait here is ridiculous. I waited almost two hours to get a simple oil change. Secondly, there seems to be a breakdown in communication between the employees there. I witnessed on three separate occasions in the two hours that I was there the manager reprimanding several employees in front of customers. I think its unprofessional, and disrespectful to employees. Wont be going back.

The service was fine and the men there courteous, but I when I went for an oil change, they were advertising $24.99. They charged their usual full price ($31.99) plus extra because of a skid plate on my model of car. I ended up paying over $50 for a simple oil change that was advertised to be half that. Next time, Ill just schedule at the dealer.

After one of the technicians parked my car in front of one of the garage doors, he moved the steering wheel and locked the column. In and of itself, not a big deal, as this is a common feature on most vehicles and you can easily unlock the column with a key. What they told me was that my car was broken, throwing out multiple suggestions on parts that needed to be replaced. The list ranged from new key to a new ignition lock. My first question when they approached me convinced that my vehicle was broken, was to ask if they had tried to open a door when it was locked, or moved the wheel after they removed the keys. The technician strongly denied either. When I checked my vehicle, it was obvious that the steering wheel was locked as part of the security system (this is a security feature in most cars). I asked if they had tried to jiggle the wheel while starting the car, since the steering wheel was obviously locked. The manager was quick to respond that they had tried everything. I couldnt loosen the wheel, it was clear they had tried to move the wheel, it was locked in place and I lacked the ability to loosen it myself. No one in the garage was willing to assist me from this point on, but I did have to listen to their endless list of things of things they suspected my car needed to have replaced. The whole ordeal took several hours, and I ultimately had to get assistance from someone at the midas next door to help me unlock the steering wheel. It took 30 seconds of aggressive jiggling. Ive never had this happen on this vehicle before, and only one on a previous vehicle. After the steering wheel was unlocked, the manager was visibly angry that I still wanted an oil changed after eating hours of my time due to his staffs incompetence. At no point did I receive an apology or any acknowledgement that they had done anything wrong.

I asked if they could rotate the tires. The guy said no problem. I asked him to rotate the spare tire as well. He said he couldnt do it because he didnt have a place to put the spare. I told him to rotate one tire out and replace it with the spare. He said it could not be done. I asked them to perform the oil change only at that point.When he came in to give me the cost rundown I noticed a $10 upcharge for a special oil filter. When I asked about it he said my car had a special oil filter, which is not true. He did remove the $10 oil filter at the end. He said he did it to be a nice guy. I appreciate him removing it, but why was I being charged an extra $10 in the first place? I drive a wrangler, the most basic vehicle. The total ended up being $50.I will take my vehicle maintenance needs elsewhere from here on.

Semi-jiffy. Friendly service. Didnt latch hood completely so it popped up a bit while driving. Didnt try to sell me services I didnt need.

Always a good place to go to and the do a great job and in a very decent amount of time.

They are thorough, offer free tap of oil in between changes. They also noticed a leak of oil, which I wouldnt have known to take to my mechanic.

The staff here has helped me on more than one occasion when it came to repairs they didnt have to do, highlighting them going above and beyond. As someone who is ignorant on cars, I trust their diagnosis, tips/tricks and recommendation! Their prices are fair, but can be a bit high when it comes specific repairs. Overall, I would choose them 10/10 over Midas any day!

A quick place to get an oil change. It isnt the cheapest but it is worth the convenience.

This place ripped me off. First of all, it took less than 10 minutes for them to complete the job. Second, I had a 25% off coupon and their original price was $38.99, but the total for me, with the coupon, came out to be $36. Explain that one. This was without any of the additional, unnecessary services they tried to get me to purchase. I am a female college student. Dont go here.

94 bucks for a synthetic oil change. I thought it was a little on the steep side, but Ive no complaints otherwise. In and out in less than half an hour.

Don’t accept local coupons, don’t provide all services other Jiffy Lubes provide.You pay a little more for the same work done elsewhere. Standard experience, I suppose.

I dont usually like chain stores for oil changes, but this Jiffy Lube is great. They dont talk down to you, dont try to upsell you on things they dont need, and they are always fast!

Standard jiffy lube experience as any other location, although the entrance is kind of hidden behind another building and not accessable directly from the bypass or eastbound third st.Speed and quality of service are highly dependent on how many cars are in line and the number of techs on the floor.
