Called the shop to inquire if they would do an inspection on a car I was considering buying. Tim was more than accommodating. I didnt have any work on a vehicle to complete but will drive out of my way to give them business my next opportunity. I appreciate good service and from my first experience here, they I can see that they believe in that too.

We just had our fourth job completed by Delaray at Legend Autobody in Bloomington.He did my dads crushed door, my wifes quarter panel rust. He did the rust on my car and now some damage that happened from a bike falling on my wifes car, and all four times the work has come in under what they estimated giving us a pleasant surprise each time. I dont know if its intentional or not, but they have brilliant customer service.Theyve got a customer for life.

Tim(the owner) called right away and quoted a great price, and said he would be working late Monday, so that would work better than the Friday he called. Took off OT and rushed out there(live about an hour away with traffic) to find out that nobody was there, and they must have closed early also. Tried calling Tim multiple times but just went to voicemail. Waited around for 10-15 minutes in case they had to run somewhere, but nobody ever showed up. Wasted 2 total hours of driving for nothing.No call back the next day to explain or apologize, nor a response by email either. Very unprofessional.

Love this place! Tim and the team painted and installed new fender flairs in my 2011 Silverado as rust was starting to reveal itself on the rear wheel-wells. They also touched up some rust above the windshield that must have been a rock chip that went bad. The truck looks amazing! Theses guys are rock stars!!!

Brought my 2019 ram 1500 in to have a scuff/scratch mark on my bumper fixed from backing into a wood post. After getting a quote from another popular shop in the area for 1400.00 I decided to shop around. Next stop was legend. Tim looked at it quick and gave me an estimate of under 400.00. Gave him the go ahead and the job only took one day to do. Very happy with how it turned out. Looks like nothing ever happened. Tim and everyone I talked to were very polite and professional. Will definitely come back to legend auto body for any future body repairs.

I brought my A3 in for an insurance repair after seeing two places off the same intersection and reading through some reviews. I’m so glad I stopped in at Legend. Throughout the process I got to talk to Delarey and Tim, who are both car guys and very clearly care about the work they do. While it was in the shop, I asked for a second estimate to do some additional work on the front and ended up tacking that onto the work order. They got to work right away, and got it done much quicker than I’d expected. The car basically looks brand new! They went above/beyond with the details. Much appreciated!

The best service I have ever received anywhere!! I came in looking for an estimate, because Key Collision had named some really high price for what seemed like a less expensive job. Tim was able to pop my bumper back into place.. and he did it for no charge in under two minutes! They are the best! He also gave me a quote for much less to fix up the bumper than the other place. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

I have nothing but great things to say about Legend Auto Body! They fixed my car in a timely manor even with being over a holiday weekend. I had some light body work done on the front end due to a small accident and had them take care of a door ding on the side of my door. Legend wanted to make sure that I thought the car looked the best before I took it otherwise they said they would keep it and do some more work on it. Everything looked absolutely amazing, and I thought it was very kind and thoughtful of them for me to make sure that I thought it looked 100% before I took it. I will refer everyone I know to Legend Auto Body if they ever need body work done!

After taking my truck to Legend I will honestly say it is the worst paint job I have ever seen. It has been one month since they have painted it and it already has rusted through their paint job. Almost like they single staged my vehicle to cut corners. Avoid going to this body shop and stop just short at Master Collision which is who I am having fix their job not only do they provide top notch service they do not leave body dust everywhere in the vehicle when picking it up.

I needed some minor body work done after my parked car was struck by accident in a parking lot. Danielle at the front desk and the owner (whose name I did not catch) were very understanding and more than willing to accommodate the fact that the at-fault party wished to pay out of pocket for the repairs.After everything was said and done not only did the full cost of the repairs MATCH the estimate we were given a week prior down to the penny, the repairs themselves were also over 60% less expensive overall than their nearby competitors.While its not something that they advertise, I did request shuttle service to and from the shop, and the staff at Legend agreed to accommodate this request without a second thought. I was told because I live nearby they could bring me back to the shop when the repairs to my vehicle were complete. However, things did take longer than expected, and in the end in order to save time Danielle herself along with the owner actually DELIVERED my vehicle to my door!My experience with Legend Auto Body was totally unexpected. There are several high-priced competitors in their immediate area that really and truly lack the genuine care and attention I was offered by Danielle and the Legend Auto Body staff.I would recommend this shop and their staff to anyone.
