The associates and managers are incredibly helpful. Michael in the printing department is fantastic! He is always a pleasure to work with.

This is a good store. Its a big place. This is a great place to school supplies. They had folders for .15 and notebooks for like .25! I ended up buying a good amount of supplies. I ended up buying twice what I needed in order to have any replacements. Next year Ill be stopping here first before ANY other store for school supplies.

A good place for just about any office supply you could need. They always have an abundance of products to choose from and always have lots of things on sale but unfortunately they always seem to be short-staffed when we go there. Im not sure if its the time of day that we go but we never seem to be able to get much help when we are there after 5pm. It is a decent store though and maybe we were just there on a couple of short staffed days, it happens.

Great store, staff and location! I had many fliers copied in color there and they always deliver! Get order in by 2pm for same day pick up. They will do some things over the phone and email if you ask.

Nobody taking print orders but are everywhere else in a store with only 2 other customers besides myself. Been waiting 20 minutes so far cuz I really need these prints😡

The managers of this store and employees are not aware of how delivering works they should all watch a video or do a training course

Horrible service and horrible prices. I occasionally give them another chance and then I return and remember why I quit going there. Pete was especially unhelpful and rude when I came in last time. Thanks for driving me back into the loving arms of Staples again Pete.

The guy that rung me out made it very clear that 1. he didnt want to be there and 2. didnt care if I shopped there.Its good to support local business... which is the only reason we still go here.

Had somethingshipped priority overnight... when I went to track item the next day , FED EX stated that it was never picked up. When I called Office Max, the manager stated that it was never picked up 2 days in a row. This is the second time this happened in this location. They call it IMPRESS by office max.. Guess they need to change the name...

They did a good job on my print job.

Drove an hour out of our way to purchase an item that was supposedly in stock. Reserved it online for pickup, arrived at the store and was told it was the floor model and they wouldnt sell it to us. Communication was lacking and we are very disappointed that we traveled so far for no reason.

Ive always had good service here. Employees make a point to check and see if I need anything and the selection is good.

I was going to have a job done at Copy Max and they actually sent me to Office Depot and Im not joking save your time just go to Office Depot they said theyre owned by the same people but they definitely dont know what theyre doing at this OfficeMax Office Depot finish the job in 15 minutes

I always forget this is here because I so dislike driving on Army Trail Road but if you are in the area, the staff here are usually very helpful and the store is usually fairly uncrowded. I am still sorry that the one in St. Charles closed. This parking lot has gotten a bit maddening since the appearance of Chick-fil-A so Im more likely to hit the Lisle or Wheaton location.

I was buying moving boxes here and yellow sticker on the shelf said buy 2 get 1 free. I’ve got 3 and cashier was charging me for three. I told her about a deal but she said I have to buy 10 or something to get one free.Looks like they either have fake promotions or lazy cashiers. Anyway next time I will go to different store.

Clean store with lots of clearance items to choose from. Friendly staff. As the name implies they have a ton of office supplies to choose from. Some items I belive seem a little overpriced.

This store has friendly staff working daily. I find everything I go in there for on my visits.

Advertisement says they price match products sold by Amazon and I go into the store and they told me they dont. Manager starts arguing with me because it says prime. No wonder office max is going broke.

Had what I needed when Wal-Mart did not.
