I was finding out about their print services and did a drop-off that required a receipt. Brett or Brent was helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Nicole was very rude. Terrible customer service. Was on the phone half of the time then walked away. Then tried to mail my package to another address simply because I refused to wear a mask. Very shady!Side note: state wide mask mandates have been lifted. If you are fully vaccinated you do not have to wear a mask. Section 21 - US Code, 360bbb-3. Department of Justice, Office of Public Affairs - No EMERGENCY AUTHORIZED MEDICAL PRODUCT CAN BE MANDATED. Please get educated on the law.NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. Looks like Nicole needs to be educated.

Great experiences! The front desk staff are always helpful, nice, and professional. I’m never in there longer than 10 minutes and I hardly ever have to wait!

Its a decent place. Fairly easy to get things done quickly. The employees are attentive and helpful. When I was setting up my business and getting ready to print my business cards they were extremely helpful in getting the computer program all set up for me so I could design it as I wanted. Weve been in there on numerous occasions for printing and shipping jobs and each time the employees have been extremely helpful with us getting our stuff done. We will certainly continue going there, no reason not to frequent a good place! I recommend this establishment! Youll get your moneys worth!

I went to do fax the credit card machine by self fax machine was broken so I had the representative to do it but they charge extra it was not my fault that there equipment are out of order they not supposed to charge extra

As a company with a lot remote users, we ship quite a number of packages through the Bloomingdale location. We have great experience with most of the staff except for one of them who goes by Michael . He is quite rude and shouldnt be in customer service, especially front facing for a big entrepreneur like FedEx. He comes across like someone who would assist, but his manner of approach is very rude and untamed. He needs to go for customer service training. We will continue to go here and just ignore him.

I use this store to drop off large prepaid packages that wont fit in the drop box. Everyone Ive dealt with has been polite and efficient. Im always in and out in a minute or two.

I came to this store just to drop off a package that had to get shipped out. I arrived 8:02, doors still open, I get told by two of the associates were closed! I replied with Im just dropping this off again, they both said were closed.. Mind you, theres other customers in the store.. It was already pre-paid.. all they had to do was scan it and give me a receipt. Instead of repeating themselves like parrots, it would have taken less time to just let me ship it from there since there were other customers in the store.. The woman with blonde hair and the gentleman with glasses were, in my opinion rude. Once I left, the rude blonde associate locked the doors. I actually went to another location that actually took the time to accept what I had to get sent out and appreciated me as a customer... Good customer service FedEx Bloomingdale!!

Very rude staff that talk to customers with attitude. Rude to me and the gentleman behind me as well. This job isnt rocket science so dont act like youre so stressed out taking packages to mail out.

Counter employee was rude and told me I was wrong and it was my fault. Then she called me a liar. I will NEVER use FedEx bloomingdale again.

I had brought a package to be shipped and the girl was trying to force me to pay extra when I already packaged everything myself and paid for the shipping already. She also said they’d be putting a box on top of my package pretty much to try and scare me into having them package it. I advised them that if the contents of my package are damaged in any way, they would be paying the full price. I also asked her to put the label on so I could take pictures and she was giving me a hard time about it. And when I was leaving she said have a great day in a very sarcastic tone.

Today was the last straw with the Bloomingdale location for me. There is a young lady working the counter that seems to enjoy making a very simple shipment as difficult as possible. I have been shipping packages for over 14 years now, so its not my first rodeo. She tried to tell me that I had to repackage my shipment and the FedEx 16 box would cost me nearly $12.00.On a separate occasion, I needed to send a very important fax but I didnt understand how to use the machine that was available to me. Same rudeness from the same young lady, but this time with a condescending remark and very poor attitude.I have shipped many boxes and had many compliments on my packing. She is trying to up sell you a box when its not needed. I went to another location and shipped the same box with NO PROBLEMS.I cringe when I have to deal with her.....but like I said. This was my LAST trip to the Bloomingdale location!!

Dont bother coming here unless you want to be ignored for almost an hour. If it wasnt for the manager Mary jumping in and helping me I wouldve given one star or less. There are definitely better places to go for your prints even just at the Office Depot across the way.

No service.. untrained people.. trying to get even simple prints done could take 45 mins.

Just placed an order online that did not give me a price. Once received the pricing from my daughter when they called, I called back within the half hour to cancel the order due to it amounting to over $400. Manager was extremely rude and hung up on me. Very poor customer service managerial skills at this location! I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Bad service

This place is a whole new level of bad. Received a box from Fed Ex that looks like they played hockey with it when it was delivered to my house, and of course the product was damaged inside. I called the company I ordered it from, and they sent a return label, and agreed to send a new replacement. I taped the battered box back together, and loaded the large heavy box (bike inside) into my car and drove to the Bloomingdale Fed Ex Office, and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with I believe her name was either Amanda or Megan (younger blonde hair girl), who, get this.. refused to take the item, because the box was in bad shape!! THE BOX THAT HER COMPANY DESTROYED DELIVERING TO MY HOUSE, that I repaired! You seriously cant make this stuff up!! What a joke! She offered to re-box it >> FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. Her assistant manager Rudolpho offered absolutely Zero resolution, and the best part is; that both of them said they do not work at Fed Ex...LOL Just dont mind all of the Fed Ex signs all over their business, and considering I had to leave with my package that I came with... I guess they probably dont... or wont for much longer... once Fed Ex Corporate hears the news.

Dennis is amazing always ready to help and get you in and out asap. All the staff is polite and responsive.

Cannot get orders correct, they do not return phone calls. There sales staff were probably ex used car salesman. When confronted over the phone about their bad reviews they hang up on you.

Worst Experience Ever.... Went there to ship few documents sealed in an express package and told lady at the desk that the package has to be shipped to a foreign country and showed my express envelop. First the lady gave me forms to fill and when I went back with filled forms,she says that is wrong form. When asked why they dint give the correct form earlier when I showed the envelop, she started talking very rude. She handed out another form. When I pointed out that the second form was also wrong and asked whether they know the procedure, that lady insulted me and yelled at me. Another staff gave the correct form and tried to help but the problem lady still was talking rude in the background. I said I cant fill 3 forms for a single shipment and she got so angry that she yelled me out of the facility. While I was walking out without shipping my package she shouted at me to never come to their office and if I ever return they will call police. All because I asked them why they made me fill wrong forms.Filed a formal complaint with FedEx Corp against the employee and will proceed with further action if resolution from FedEx Corp is not satisfactory.I am a regular fedex customer and I never had any problem in the past. I was really shocked by the way this lady behaved.

Jasmine was very rude and inconsiderate when I was trying to make more copies of my dads memorial program. I had emailed the location to let them know to disregard my previous email since there had been changes made to the program. She said I had to pay for the programs anyway and was very argumentative. She kept pestering me via email and phone. I finally told her I will NOT deal with her anymore. AWFUL way to treat customers. AND thanks for making a rough time even rougher . I will never step foot in there again and Im telling all my friends to boycott FedEx.

I have copies and other things printed here when I am in town to teach. The orders are always done right and the price is always reasonable

Used to like coming here. Good service in the past but recently it’s been equivalent to the post office.

So quiet and the employees are so kind. Theyre young and know how respect Customers.

If the assistant manager is going to work the front line, they should have the Customer Service skills to perform. Was in the store for 40 minutes to have one label printed. Lack of knowledge and terrible customer service will make me drive further to find another organization to use.

This fedex location is the worst experience ever everytime I go they have an issue with my packages either its not tape correctly or its not fully packed it all ways an issue no. Other location take my boxes with out problem . Most of the time the want to repack my package for extra cost stay away from this location

I’m very upset with this location, my husband went to make a shipment normally I always go as I have done more than 6 shipments by fedex in this location, boxes, letters and bags, in this case that happened today my husband was to do A shipment of a shoe box which I had already prepared was sealed and with its shipping label ready and in this location they told him that he had to buy a box because he could not send it in that box that was not theirs which is not true because I have sent many boxes there and had never any problem, they charged 8 dollars for a box that had to buy forced to make the shipment seems to me that they do that with people
