Im trying to fancy up my house before I sell it and thought it would be smart to pay more at Sherwin williams instead of crossing my fingers at home depot. That was a great idea. They have been incredibly helpful every single time I have been in for the last two months. Twice Ive had staff members match a paint for me off of a chunk of house Ive brought in and they did a great job. Im impressed and thankful.

Michael was very helpful and curteous. Helped me pick out an appropriate paint type for my deck. Also, helped me track down a certain stain color at another Sherwin-Williams store. He called them and had them hold the color for me. Will definitely be shopping at this Sherwin-Williams again!

My local paint store. We have been multiple times trying to track down the right colors for our house remodel. I have had them put together about 15 different colors to see how they will look on the house. I have had multiple people help me. They have been very busy (this is a popular location) yet have always took the time to make sure I had every thing I needed and that I got all my questions answered. I would highly recommend stopping at this location.

The sales associates were knowledgeable and helpful over the phone! The online color selection was fairly accurate to the paint that I picked up. I felt very safe picking up my order curbside (quarantine 2020).Update 7/31/2020I had another painting project. I placed a repeat order for paint online and headed into the store (still 2020 global pandemic, but we all wear masks now!!) for pickup. Jordan was the sales associate that helped me in the store. He was friendly and helpful and THAT MATTERS!! The entire staff seemed happy to be at work.Ill be back.

Jessica in Blaine MN has a REMARKABLE eye for color. She is fun to work with, and will give honest recommendations based on what project I bring in. She has been my go-to person for all things paint for several years. I am sure other sales consultants are equally qualified-but she is awesome. I recommend S-W to anyone who is looking to paint. The quality of the paint is second to none.

Knowledgeable staff, very helpful. Was a Behr paint user for years. I found Sherwin Williams paint much easier to work with. Like the finish and the color consistency.I am now a concert to this paint!

I am usually a Menards guy and I love their Pittsburgh Paramount line, but they didnt have the shade of gray I needed. I was told by many people to check out Sherwin Williams and I am glad I did. They have an huge variety of colors and I will definitely have to go there again for my next paint job!

The young lady that helped me the other day was very pleasant. I had a stain that had colors added, which they normally dont do. She explained how to properly apply it. I was asked 3 times while I was waiting if I had been helped. The people there seemed happy and the gal that helped me did a great job.

Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to walk you thru a process if you are not comfortable with the product. Ive always had great service at the Blaine location.

You can tell that the staff is extremely well trained. They follow their process and hit on every item. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Management does an excellent job in training.

I went here because I needed help with color selection. They have a consultant who will come to your house to help you make your decision.Unfortunately the consultant was busy or the open times wouldn’t work for me, BUT the cashier was VERY knowledgeable and helped pick common colors that she thought would look nice. I bought a couple of quarts of paint to get a good idea for the color ( I’m glad I did) well worth the $. The quality of paint is amazing, service is superior, I will most definitely come here again for my painting needs.

Understaffed and very rude help. I needed to see if they were able to mix a color for me. I only had a photo of the label that I had on my phone. Without even looking at my phone, Dan very rudely tells me he cant mix other branded colors. I had to tell him to look at the photo and that it was a Sherwin color. He then looks up the code and tells me he cant find anything. I asked again for him to look at the the photo to see if he can run any of the numbers to find the color. He again goes to his computer and then tells me the name and that he can mix it but cant guarantee color match. I walked out and did not want to give him amy of my business. I expected a little more patience in explaining what my options are for the color. Very rude and doesnt have much product knowledge. Will never use this store again.

Love the paint but youve priced us away. Even with the sale of 30% our one gallon was over $60.

Bre in the Blaine store went above and beyond with her customer service. She is a model employee that wherever she works they are lucky to have her, hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had in years.

Needed stain for a new cabinet. Brought in one of our existing cabinet doors and one of the new doors so they could match the color. Stained the cabinets, waited a couple days, then tried brushing on a coat of poly but the stain started streaking horribly. Discovered they sold me stain intended for industrial shop application and top coats can only be spray applied. No idea if I can salvage my new cabinets. Fail.

They have great customer service and answered all my questions i had about the different paints. Also the paint is the best I have found. I had to only use one coat and doesn’t leave streaks.

The service was very courteous. The staff are knowledgeable about their paint and products.

I always am amazed at the detailed eye for color that all staff have. They can see things in ways that I cannot put into words--i have never been disappointed by color combinations and selections. Beyond that--the paint goes on wonderfully well, and stands up to the everyday use in our home.

I went to one location only to find they didnt have the base paint to mix my color. The employee was very helpful in calling another store that had it, but it would have been much more convenient if inventory had been there.

Never had a bad experinece at Sherwin Williams until now. Employee, believe his name was Troy. Asked him to help find a paint color color I had previously purchased. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor to look it up. As though searching different years I may have purchased it was going to require an act of god...just type it in. He had trouble finding the right one, and proceeded to tell me he couldnt search other stores I may have purchased it from. These other reviewers are right, lazy, lazy, lazy, go elsewhere.

I stop here about 17 times a week. Super helpful. Super nice. Super quick.

There is one gal there who is always unpleasant. Hates her job obviously. Very rude. I love Sherwin Williams but will find a different location.

Im a prodessional painter. I experienced a unknowledgeable and lazy staff. took forever to help me. Sold me the wrong product. Then proceeded to tell me I was wrong. Didnt even help carry my 5s of paint out. I Will NOT come back to this Sherwin williams.

I found out that I paid $50 extra A GALLON because Im not a contractor even though I bought the paint for a contractor to put on. your pricing structure is unrealistic.
