This is a great store but they are always busy. The employees are very helpful and if they dont know the answer they know who to ask. One problem is that every time I come here I find something else I didnt know I needed.

I have a good time here and I think the prices are fair

I purchased several items on one trip to this Menards including something I had to pick up on my way out the door. Well....I completely forgot to do that as I left. A few hours later I realized this and called them. Without being transferred, put on hold, or given the run-around, the person on the phone was able to verify I was there and that I didnt pick up this item by looking at security footage, and refunded that back to my credit card! Amazing!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Also they keep their specific store online updated so when you go shopping you know they have the item youre looking for.

Love this store! They had what I wanted in stock for my moms birthday.

Excellent prices 24 packs of water are fifty cents cheaper here than the Menards in Forest Lake!

Was great fond what I needed to get and got out without spending more money

I was very disappointed in the staff. With the exception of the first young man I asked, the other staff didnt seem interested in directing me, or helping me locate the playground sand I was searching for. I ended up leaving without sand, and without the other items in my cart while I was wandering.

I do normally really like this Menards location and have been coming here for many years.However, since the remodel/add-on/rearranging NOBODY knows where anything is. It would be nice to have staff around to help you find things. Each time Im looking for an employee for help there are literally five other customers also looking for an employee just to find items. Ive have been many times in the last couple of weeks and its the same thing every time.

I like this Menards store. They have everything I need plus good customer service. I also like the fact that they take a stance on mask wearing which makes people safe and at the same time keeps anti-mask-wearing knuckleheads outside of their doors.

Needed a 90 replacement Handrail from UltraDeck, Michael at the Blaine, MN store (where I initially purchased all the materials for the entire deck) told me on a Sunday the size I needed was discontinued and nobody had it. Said he would contact the corporate warehouse to see if they had anything or what they could do and call me the next day (Monday.) Michael never called me back, so I called back the following Wednesday and all they could tell him was that its only available in 6 sections (which doesnt help me at all unless I want to redesign 7.5 feet of my deck rail and add a post.) Michael said there was nothing more they could do and gave up. I contacted UltraDeck directly and talked to Eric in customer support who located 9 different pieces of the SKU I needed within 30 miles of me. Pretty disappointed in the effort and abilities of the Blaine, MN Menards.

I was told I could not check out at Menards today unless I was wearing a mask. I left immediately without what I needed.When are people going to stop being sheep and wearing these face coverings. No one cares about your health. Its all about controlling you. I will not be controlled by a government. The people are supposed to be in control of the government. Menards needs to wake up to people that want to be free.

Buyer beware, a lot of cheap Chinese junk here. Also a lot of quality goods. Getting help can be a problem. Be careful 11% off requires you to mail in a rebate and if you wait too long they wont honor them. Menards counts on a certain % of people failing to send them in or not filling them out correctly. Printing your lost receipt is a nice system at the returns desk.

Bring back REAL sales prices.I hate rebates and having to spend money there .Ive worked retail and know this is a goal cuz you know most ppl wont do the rebates. Dont think Ill be back til they gave true sales.

All in all a good experience just a little confusion in the yard. There yard guard had no idea where wire was located or that he should call someone to come cut it. Once I found the wire, couldnt have been any closer to the guard shack, I walked to the guard and asked if he could call someone. They showed up amazingly quick and I was outta there. Good experience.

This store does not post accurate price tags, you think something is $5.99 and at checkout $7.99, no price adjustment no apologies. Special order ed door and they lost the order, this store sucks. No more, to many competitors to have to deal with dumb people.

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. This time I got help cutting some blinds and help finding products to meet my needs. There is usually a wide selection of products and prices are always very competitive.

They need a 10 items or less line or self checkout. People shouldnt have to wait in line for 15 minutes to buy 1 item because they only have 3 cashiers.

Really not happy with the 11 percent rebate scam Menards is presenting as 11 percent off. False advertising is one thing. Over the last three months I have spent around $1500. I have submitted three rebate requests with receipts. Approximately $160 I am due... I have received nothing. When I attempted to track the rebates....nothing. No record exist. Im done with Menards and their scams.

I had to do some hunting for associates, but when found they were very helpful. I was able to get my questions satisfactorily answered, and found a product to meet my requirements.

Got very good help from the employees, got me just what I needed and quickly. Very impressed.

They have everything you need. The 11% rebate is annoying but the prices are comparable without it.

Overall good selection for fences. Did a bomb diggity 6ft vinyl fence with the help of this store. However received a coupon for a free drill bit set for my bday (so kind) however come to find out it’s a discontinued item. Sad days.

Walked around the hardware dept. For 10 minutes before finding an employee. The employee was eating a granola bar and when I asked him for help he told me he was on the phone with another customer and kept walking. Didnt ask another employee to help me and didnt ask what I needed incase it was something simple, which it was. So I left. Wont be back.

It was my birthday today and my brother asked them to announce it over the loud speaker and they did. When we went through the check out line the manager came up to me and wished me a happy birthday. What a great store, we are regulars there on Sundays and are always recognized by the staff. What a great store!

The Blaine Menards is the worst ever... I ordered materials to be delivered and put in the garage. I called Menards about my delivery and was informed it was dropped in the driveway.. I went to check and a vanity was missing I called Menards and they did nothing for me. I was told the delivery driver took pictures of it in my driveway.

Great variety of products. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Plus great savings.

Better lumber than all other box stores. Tool quality is lacking.

Not too many people. Everyone was masked. Plastic guards by registers. In and out quickly.

Online ordering sounds great, and the potential for convenience is high. Unfortunately I have never had an irder filled correctly by this store. Nearly every time I place an order some is out of stock after. The few times everything was in stock, either the wrong item was pulled, or a damaged item was pulled.So much potential.

Just went to get the dog some food.

Found what we needed no problems in this day and age that is about the best you can expect

Bad customer service. Clueless employees. Menards has gone down hill. Every one I know works in the trades and no one goes to menards anymore and I see why. If you’re in this area and need a hardware store, Lowe’s off 65 or hardware hank in ham lake are much better choices.

Was busy but not bad....see worse

I placed an online order to pick up something from the yard thinking I wouldnt have to go in the store or be near people and hoped itd be faster. Well, what I ordered was still on the truck. Took awhile to figure it out but they were so nice about it and even loaded my truck.

Checked on line to find out where stock of items I wanted was, as shortages are the norm these days. Planned the route, did the rounds of necessary branches. Quick efficient check out.

Unacceptable for a business to refuse entrance unless you buy a mask. I have only ever shopped at Menards my whole life. I would drive past home depot to get to Menards, because I liked shopping there. Now I will be going to Home Depot. Honestly Menards as no right to. If you actually care about your employees. Then just close the store. There is no state order forcing businesses or the public to wear masks.
