Both check in/assistant and Dr. very professional - compassionate and explained results very well.

I have been coming to him for years and he is always friendly and personable. I also want to compliment the lady who makes the appointments. She has been there a long time and she is great.

All in all, the experience was good. Although I did have to wait for the eye doctor for a little over 20 minutes and my son had to wait for more than 30 minutes. Other than that, everyone was courteous and helpful.

Ashley was very friendly and helpful. She waited on me immediately, helped me select glasses and offered her opinion of how each selection looked--which was really helpful. Have had Ashleys help on previous visits and she always gives the same exceptional service. Thank you!

Dr. Krietlow is the best eye doctor! He speaks slowly and clearly so you can understand everything and all the terms. I brought my 73 year old grandma in for an eye exam and shes very picky about her doctors, she really liked him, so thats a win! Great Service.

This was our kids (6 year old twins) first eye appointment. It was so smooth! Each staff took the time to explain what they were doing and the equipment in a way our kids could understand. The staff also didnt push anything. The staff works well with each other and their clients. We will continue to use their services for years to come!

From the exam to picking out glasses... it was a very nice visit. Staff were very considerate and thoughtful.Two months later, after the store was reopened due to the pandemic, I was finally able to pick up my glasses. The script was too strong for my eyes and even though the manager said shed work with me, I hit a dead end when no one would answer my calls. Unfortunate.

Dr.Jean Layman does a fantastic job. I couldnt recommend her more. My wife had her for an eye doctor the last time she was in and we were so impressed with her that I made sure to book my appointment with her as well. She seems very knowledgeable and has the perfect amount of professionalism. She does an excellent job and is very friendly. What more can I ask for!

I really want to Thank Ashley, CJ and the entire team for helping me today in my absolute dire need of new glasses! Mine broke right across the bridge and was not going to last much longer. They were able to get me into an appointment right away and help me find the frames that complimented my face. Everyone was more than understanding of my situation of needing the glasses same day and they came to my rescue! Dr. K: A very competent, knowledgeable and personable eye care professional.I have been seeing Dr. K for a few years now and can say without hesitation that he’s fantastic. I am very satisfied with the services he provides.During my last visit we talked a bit about my work and he recommended that I get glasses specially to wear when working with a Blue IQ coating (I sit in front of computer screens 8-10 hours a day). Based on Dr. K’s recommendation, I did buy a second set of glasses just for work. Since my eyesight had improved a bit over the last year, I felt like I might be wasting money on something that may not make much of a difference. My skepticism could not have been more misplaced. The lenses he recommended with the Blue IQ coating made a huge improvement for me. Since I use three screens with my computer, Dr. K also asked how I had them arranged. After hearing about my workspace, he made a recommendation on how I should place my screens to have the correct distance from my eyes. Following his suggestion I was able to rearrange and optimize my work space to further improve my work life.If you go to see Dr. K I am sure he’ll do a great job for you too!

First eye exam ever and I was treated well. Everything was explained well and I felt very comfortable.

I have been going here for several years. Each time, Ive had to wait for my appointment as they always seem to be running late. I understand as it is the nature of the business. I never complained about waiting. Today, I was 8 minutes late for my 10:00 AM appointment, my fault. The person at the check-in desk says, sorry, you will have to reschedule, we are really booked up today. Do you want to reschedule for tomorrow. I politely said no and left. Apparently, they overbook for appointments (to make their money) and have always expected me to wait for them, but they cant wait 8 minutes for me. I wont be going back again.

As always, Dr. Krietlow was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. His admin. staff people have been around for years and seem to know their jobs well. From what I can tell, their equipment is state of the art and seems to get evolve as the technology changes.

I’ve been coming here for a number of years and chose to come here again this year although my insurance no longer covers my eye exam. Through the years I’ve felt that Dr. Krietlow has come to know me and that’s important to me.

Competency is why Ive been a customer of Dr. Kreitlow & Associates for over a dozen years. The front desk staff are friendly and skilled at navigating the insurance systems and Dr. Kreitlow is the best in the business. He uses the most up-to-date technology to care for my vision and his professional and genial chair-side manner makes for a pleasant experience. There are a lot of options for appointment times that fit my work schedule (including weekends!), with online or over the phone booking.

My children were new patients for this clinic. I was pleased with the eye exams, however was charged $30 for a class for someone to watch my son put trial contact lenses in after I explained he had been doing it on his own all week after wearing contacts for several years. The process took maybe 15 minutes. I worked in the business years ago and this was a service that was never charged and included instruction for ongoing care of the lenses. I contacted another distributor immediately after leaving, and they were also shocked when I told them what I was charged for. I will be getting his prescription and ordering the lenses elsewhere because no doubt they would overcharge for those as well. They clearly are not interested in keeping new patients at this location.

I appreciate Dr. Krietlows use of the latest technology increase the accuracy and the speed of the prescriptions. Dr. Krietlow is always courteous and professional as well as his staff. I will be back again!
