My car was towed in after an unexpected flat tire and despite being booked they fit my car in. Instead of trying to upsell me to purchase a new tire they simply repaired the current tire. Service was friendly and quick with reasonable prices. Thank you Tires Plus!

My morning started off really rough yesterday as I drove over a brick and it got stuck under my car. I called Tires Plus in Blaine as I could see them from where I was parked and asked if they could help me. They were more than willing to help it get dislodged from under my car. However, a couple good samaritans immediately jumped in to help. I then stopped over to Tires Plus to have the bottom of my car checked out as one samaritan thought it might be leaking. The employees at Tires Plus were amazing. They checked out my car thoroughly, showed me where it scraped, and told me it was ok. Both employees reassured me my car was good to go. When I went to pay, they waived my fee and told me to have a better day! We have great people and great businesses out there and here is a prime example. Thank you Tires Plus for taking care of me! I’ll continue to be a loyal customer!

It was a happy little accident that I came into Tires plus after another car place close by had messed up my car and needed an inspection right away before I brought it back. They got me in right away and First impression was that this was a place I could trust and they have fully lived up to that and then some, I have brought both my cars here and will continue as it’s hard to find a good place you can trust. I made an appointment for Sunday morning. That morning I get there and they tell me that I have to wait more than expected even though I scheduled an appointment. Half a hour later they claimed that they found serious play in my ball joints and that they werent able to align it. I asked if they can show me, there was barely any play. I asked if they can at least set the wheels straight. I waited for another hour. I watch them through the whole process, they didnt put the alignment sensors on, they claimed that they did. I told them I was watching them and then they claimed that they did touch it and that was the best they can do. I asked for a printout of the alignment and they told me that the machine couldnt print it out, which I know is a lie because they didnt even set the sensors on.I wouldnt go to this location, they rip you off.

Ok, so I was driving and ran over a tiny, little pot hole. Then this grinding noise became frightening. Stopped in at this Tires Plus in Blaine and they determined the front left wheel bearing was broken. They got my car in, pronto, and ta-da, all better. Plus, while I waited they recommended a sweet Mexican food restaurant, El Zocalo that was walking distance nearby. They offered fabulous service, really good food and a yummy margarita.Win-win!Thank you!

It was one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with my truck. Brian was so kind and informative. Told me about some issues coming up in the near future but did not pressure me into getting them done right away. Jeff my Technician did a great job! I feel safe on the road again. Price for mounting and balancing was decent but i was recommended to have $1700 worth of completely unnecessary repairs done. The vehicle was inspected less than a week ago and drives perfect but somehow it needs struts and has a coolant leak. There was minor damage left on my wheels as well.

I scheduled an apt online for brakes & then called the day of apt with just a couple questions about price & regarding vehicle. Person on phone was extremely rude & not considerate at all. Cancelled my apt. I would rather pay more somewhere else where I know has good customer service & better quality. I was looking somewhere close to home but definitely changed my mind after the conversation.

Went here bright and early on Christmas eve and they were so nice and helpful throughout the entire experience! Great consumer service and happy to help find a solution to the problem!

Knowledgeable, no hard sell, accommodating, friendly. Had what I thought was a break issue, turns out it was ABS misread, they could have oversold like another tire shop I know, but were honest and even provided options. I wanted to drop off one wheel for them to replace the tire. Lady told me it’ll be done the next day? I don’t understand why she told me it’ll be done the next day because changing one tire and balance should only take 5-10 mins?? I ask if she could do it change 1 tire quick and she said she doesn’t know how to change it. Very dumb

Customer Service is top notch !!! Been with them for 10+ years... wont go anywhere else !!! Reasonable prices and great staff !!! Absolutely get the tire warranty.... Had issues on 2 different vehicles over 8 years, and tires were under warranty, and as usual, being the class act they have always been.... they made it right !!! Having the warranty saved me hundreds of dollars !!!

A little bit disappointed with customer service!I had a flat tired across the street and I ask them if I can get it fixed , initially they said they don’t have time and space but then when I offer to remove the tire from my SUV and bring it in for repair they said it will take 48 hours to get it fixed. Witch is kind of inconvenience when you need to come back to work and eventually go home and sleep there too.Good thing is that few blocks away there’s other place they were more than happy to help me.

I was in there today January 26, 2020. Was going to put on four brand new tires and Travis the tire guy said the tires on my car we’re still good enough to run. It’s reassuring that there are still honest car places left in this world. So with that being said I will be back in the spring to put on new tires. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Possibly one of the WORST examples of customer service in my life.The lady who works the front desk continuously interrupted me when I asked questions, would not let me speak, and then told me there is absolutely no appointments available today or tomorrow. I walked back in 5 minutes after I left, and she booked two customers who I clearly heard say they Walked in and did not have an appointment, for the same thing I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR.I called a different tires plus location and had absolutely zero problems, and their customer service was FANTASTIC.Tires Plus is a great company, but I will NEVER go to the Blaine location again, due to the lady at the front desk. I honestly hope after reading all of these reviews Tires Plus takes some action, as it is astonishing how she treats her customers, and I hope they do not lose more business.

I think this store not following companies Rule and regulation for warranty behind product and they try to sell more product instead of fixing the problem. Hopefully companies top management get in touch with me otherwise I will pursue poor result of not honoring their warranty program.

Be careful when you do business here. They practice Bait and Switch they verbally quote you one price then when the work is done give you a bill with a much much higher price.

We walked in without an appointment because my mom had a leaky tire that was nearly flat by the time we got there after a bunch of errands. Kristine at the service desk was friendly and welcoming, and when she realized that the leak was more serious than at first we thought, she squeezed my mom in to help her. Turns out there was a nail in her tire, and they patched it up and got us on our way in less than an hour for a little over $30. There tech who checked hey it in the end was equally as friendly as Kristine. I highly recommend this location for the great, quality service and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers!

Went in for new tires since my factory tires finally wore out after 89,000 miles. I was pleased with how long my factory tires lasted so I requested the same tires. The manager was super helpful in suggesting a much more cost effective tire that performs just as well as the tires that were already on my car. This saved me big bucks. The car drives so nice now! Had a screw in my tire and also getting an alignment called 2 days prior and got an appointment. Sitting here an hour after my appointment and they are just starting to work on my truck. Only 1 guy was working and the other 3 guys were talking by a computer. I wont be coming here in the future, Im sure discount tire will be perfectly fine selling me tires in a month because I wont be buying them here!

They did our oil change super fast and very professional. We always bring our cars here for the oil changes.

So after 2nd time going there my alignment is still not right! I purchased new tires after first appointment had to bring back and now I m told theres other issues. Beyond disappointed. My steering wheel is not even straight! Night manager guy was rude to me to.

Walked in a few min before close to ask if they could help patch my tire since it was leaking air. They were working with someone else, but we’re able to squeeze me in and stayed a few min late checking me out. Great customer service. Thank you Travis!!

Car stalled out, got a tow to tires plus in Blaine, found out the engine ceased and I needed a new engine. Travis, from tires plus, called the dealership on my behalf and found out that the recall work that I had done to my car over a month ago would cover the engine. Car got towed to the dealership and tires plus didnt charge me for the time the spent diagnosing my car or help arranging a warranty replacement. Very amazing to have a trusted provider in the area. I will recommend these guys to everyone if I continue to receive service like this!

This Tires Plus has been a life-saver for me! Today I thought I had a flat tire and dropped in and, although they were very busy, they were welcoming and helpful. The coffee machine is great and service was fast and friendly. Im looking forward to getting new tires here in November.

Called at 9:30am this morning and was able to drop my car off same day to get an alignment! Kristine was knowledgeable and friendly in person. Dropped my car off elsewhere yesterday and they COULDNT get it done in the 6 hours they had it and I was very disappointed (scheduled drop off two days prior). Tires Plus got me in and took care of me! I really appreciated it and will be going back... not sure why I ever left in the first place! Thank you!!!

Good service, can be pricey but not crazy. Usually able to get you in within 24 hours. Plenty of seating while you wait and coffee available for guests. Full service garage. Friendly employees.

Had work done two times by this location. Both times they messed up but made it right by refunding me the charge. So customer service is there. This last time though was somewhat concerning which is why Im putting up this review. I had gone in for an alignment but was told that there were possibly some front end issues along with seized bolts so they couldnt align it properly. I was charged for the alignment and sent off in the same condition as I had arrived. My vehicle did not get aligned but i had a 12 month warranty so I could come back once I fixed whatever problems the tech noted. I took my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion. They were able to align it in less than an hour with no issues. That is a bit frustrating but to make matters worse, the second shop noted that whomever worked on it last left the front end loose, which is why they werent able to keep the alignment in place, DUH. This to me is a big safety issue but the guy i spoke with today about getting a refund played it off as no big deal. Buyer beware.

Stopped last week after catching a nail. After getting truck into shop, they realized it couldn’t be patched (safely) with the type they use. They would need to recommend new tires (25k miles on 2017 Tahoe) sales advisor told me that other shops could safely repair this, and I could avoid $$$ of new tires...thank you for this type of service.

Courtesy and friendliness is above par! I got an estimate for shocks, struts, brakes and they forgot to rotate my tires. 2 guys immediately jumped to get it done, very happy with this visit!

Good experience overall just the wait times for service are a little long...waited over an hour for just a set of already mounted snow tires to be put on...was fine for me since I had free time but if someone is pressed for time probably not the best option. But good and friendly service

I had the closing time of Tires Plus incorrect. I stopped there about 20 minutes after closing. A lady was still there and opened the door for me. I could tell she was about to leave, but she kindly took the time to help me get my vehicle before she left. My SUV was inside the shop for security, and she couldnt find the key for the overhead door (she isnt the person that uses the keys.) After about 15 minutes of trying all the keys, she found the right one. I am so grateful that she took the time to help me. Without her assistance, I would have had no vehicle to get home. This kind lady went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!!

Awesome place to take your car to get worked on, regardless of the other reviews I couldn’t disagree more. We snuck in at 7:30 (they close at 8) to get a oil change before a long drive tomorrow. Josh was very friendly to us at the desk regardless of time in.They helped me out with taking my hood off underneath (was hanging to low) at no charge. Then suggested getting two new front tires that were bolding pretty bad even though it was after 8 to help me out on my 6 hour drive tomorrow. 👍🏻🙂

SUPER Regular customer (spent thousands here) - today I got the worst service. Brandon, fire Kristine please -(1) a quick walk out check to ease customers mind on an issue has been one of your credits - apparently that is gone. I had an issue and I CHOSE to come to tiresplus as I used to come here regularly -(2) speaking with a strong assertive ‘sir’ voice to ‘park’ the customer is a good trick - only if customers are irate - I was not.(3) deal with understanding a customers issue before jumping to conclusions on wanting to pull people off a job for dedicated time - that was not the intent(4) get ready to lose a TON of customers.

This place has never steered me wrong and has stood by every repair and purchase. They didnt blink an eye when I stupidly forgot my checkbook, come back today please. Good staff

Called to see if they could fix my daughters tire that has a nail in the bottom of it. pretty simple, 30 minute fix basically. the gal that answered the phone was not only rude, but was obviously annoyed that i would ask if i could send my daughter there to have her tire fixed. She said that we could drop the vehicle off and they could get to it in the next day or so... i wont ever go here. flat out horrible service and no regard for kids that need a little assistance. Glad that i was able to call to Blaine Tire and Auto. The guy that answered there said, we are busy but yes, bring it over and well fix it quickly and get her back on the road.

They do great work but sales is their number 1 game.

Went for two new tires and asked for rotation and balance (extra charge) got there at 1430 and they said to be back by at least close. Back before close and tires hadnt been rotated and was told they had been balanced (they were not) had we not known to look we would have had the extra charge. While waiting one person complained of no sticker nor reset for oil change and another woman came in because her front tire psi was 31 and back was 44 and they went on to say that was what was recommended.. Waited later than close (1700). Nope never going back. Wonder how many people have been charged for services not completed.

I needed an oil change and the tech gave me an estimate for some other maintenance items that might extend the life of my car. I appreciate the information!

I scheduled an appointment online lastnight and received a confirmation code for my appointment at 7 this morning, I proceeded to show up this morning at 7 and was told you booked this after hours and we dont have time till this afternoon. What is the point of receiving an email with a confirmation number if the number doesnt actually mean you have an appointment. Waste of my time!

I called to have two tires removed and two new tires mounted and balanced off the car. The lady I talked to threw me on hold for a very long time, was not pleasant at all, and could not understand I just wanted to tires mounted on rims OFF THE CAR. Earliest appointment I could make to have this done was the next day at 2 pm. It takes very minimal effort to replace two tires off the car!

My CAR died yesterday after receiving same day service from here!!! I took my car in for an oil change yesterday (6/12/18) and they did an oil change on it. They had the car on the lift and I could clearly see the old oil being drained out from underneath it as it was being changed. Trying to be proactive and with their recommendations...the cars engine was degreased, hoes down with water and a dye was put it to test for leaks. After 500 miles it was recommended that I bring the car back in for an analysis for leaks in the event there was any. Also purchased their car inspection same day and they didnt say there was anything wrong with the engine or oil system. After the work was done...I drove the car home (about 7 miles) and had it parked in my driveway for a few hours than drove it (around 40 miles) and the engine started knocking really loud/bad until the car just suddenly died while it was still in Drive mode. Had the car towed to their shop around 10pm last night. Called them this morning at 7am and explain the situation to them. They said it could be a major leak that was the issue. They call me back at 1:45pm today and said there was no leaks underneath the car but there was something wrong with the oil air compressor/pump and it didnt pump oil throughout the engine...as a result of this my car will now need a brand new engine...it wont turn over/start period! They also told me to wait until this Friday just to talk to the store manager Brandon..something as serious as this and they want me to wait a few days just to get my concern addressed!!!As a woman this was my greatest fear...bringing in my working car to get a simple service done...only to have it be put out of commission!I know they can fix the issue (which wasnt there b4 they had touched my car) but they just dont want to waste their time. How is it that my car was working fine b4 and than suddenly after they had worked on it...the car dies same day!!!

I went in for an oil change fairly recently. I had a low beam and a side marker bulb out (I knew about it beforehand). An employee by the name of Luke called to let me know about it. He was pushy and said that since it was in being worked on it should get taken care of. I said NO. He kept being pushy. He said that the bumper cover would need to be dropped and special tools would be needed. I was quoted around $130! I worked in the automotive field for over 10 years. Its not often that a bumper cover needs to be dropped to replace bulbs. Again I said NO. I let him know I have friends that are auto techs and I could have then do it for almost nothing. Again he mentioned the special tools. I felt like he was talking down to me (maybe because Im a woman?). I was frustrated and hung up. I then was called back by the manager who had a major attitude with me again and I got pushy. He mentioned that I wouldnt give the other employee the chance to explain. I told him NO. Again I explained that I know a reasonable amount about cars and I didnt want bulbs replaced there. Then I got the same response about the tools. When I picked up the vehicle the manager was acting awkward and I got a lame apology about the misunderstanding. As I figured the bumper cover didnt need to be dropped and no special tools were required! It took my boyfriend only a couple minutes to replace them. Scammers! I will never go to this store or another Tires Plus again. They are unethical all the way.There are consumers out there that might not know any better and get ripped off by things like this.

Never bring your vehicle here! They will lie, try to upsell and over charge you.I have a completely repairable flat, and since I had an All-Wheel drive vehicle with all good tires, they kept insisting that I replace them all...I got a tire repair kit and fixed it myself, tire still good and holds air after two years.

Set up appt and they got me right in next day. They changed oil and did courtesy check very quickly. I prefer this shop as they are friendly and can get in usually within a day or at least a couple of days.

They sold me the roundest tire I have ever had. Rolled like a dream. The service guy was pretty hunky too ;-) Do not think he was interested in my because I wear a helmet though.

Stopped by to get a set of 4 tires today for my car. I specifically wanted Firestone Firehawk Indy 500s, and was informed by the service manager that there were only 3 tires left in my size in the entire country. There was nothing they could do, and they could sell me some Firestone All-season tires for only $6 more per tire. So I left and drove 6 miles down the road to Tires Plus in Coon Rapids, asked the same thing, and lo and behold they were in stock at the local warehouse... They had them delivered and mounted within an hour. Take your business to the Coon Rapids Location, at least theyre not too lazy to pick up a god damn phone there..

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!I brought my car here to get a brake check and they said i had no brake fluid at all in my car and that there was leaks in my main Cylinder and they charged $1400 to get fix so I brought it to another place and turned out there was fluid in my main cylinder and that other shop estimated $500 to get my car fix!! Do not bring here super corrupted place and when I confronted them after about it they started getting mad and yelling at me?????

Went in today to diagnose a mysterious sound . I had an appointment and waited over an hour for them to tell me they have NO IDEA what is causing the noise. Then a tech had a theory and wanted to test drive it. He came back and told me that it is either a pin loose in the transmission, or something to do with CV Drive Shaft. But I was told they are not specialized in transmissions, so they recommend me to a place down the road. The Transmission place figured out the issue......LUG NUTS WERE LOOSE! Guess what? I BOUGHT 4 BRAND NEW TIRES FROM TIRES PLUS a little more than 1 month ago...! They touched my tires last. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! I brought my car in to get my tires mounted (I have staggered wheels the rears are wider than the fronts) they put the wrong size tire on the wrong size wheel. Had to come back and wait an hour for them to fix it!!! They gave me a free oil change for their mistake. THEY MESSED UP MY OIL CHANGE TOO!!!!! They guy put the drain plug on too tight which caused the washer to crack. I had oil pouring out of the drain plug. I probably drove a few day without any oil in my car!!!!! brought my car back them to fix it. I HAD TO WAIT A F***ING HOUR FOR THEM TO FIX IT F*** THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! monkeys could do a better job

Went in for an alignment. Was told they could not do it, because the left tie rod was stripped! Funny thing is, that is a brand new part and part of the reason why we needed an alignment. This part has not even been installed on my car for over 24 hours! This cost them my business!

Tires Plus, the home of the bait and switch. 3 different times with 3 different cars, made an appointment, I get there and they said they tried calling (but no missed calls) and said they dont have the tires I entered online but can put me in another set (More expensive.) Worst experience yet at a tire shop. An older gal working who clearly has zero customer service skills and no personality tried to give me an up charge of 93 dollars and forgot to add the 4 tpms to order should avoid this place if she is working.

I cant thank these guys enough. I called them 10 minutes to close, panicked because I had a screw in my tire and my tire was losing air quickly. I wouldve had a flat tire in the morning. They fixed my tire right at close!

They will pump up your tires and give you a quote for free if you ask. The people that I have interacted with there are friendly. Im not so sure about the prices so if that is your concern, try a couple other places and then compare.

I brought a trailer tire in there to get repaired, and found out it needed to be replaced. They informed me that the DMV recommends an 10-ply light truck tire for my size trailer instead of a 10-ply trailer tire so I thats what they put on. I look online and cant find any such recommendation.

Spent 600 bucks on 4 tires a few months back. Been back here 3 times now because one tire keeps losing air. They keep telling me it was the seal. Tired of driving 39 miles each way for nothing. They have no customer service and dont care just want your money. Bringing it into another tires plus to see what they say. Hoping they are helpful and can tell me why this keeps happening. (Ps there is nothing wrong with the rim) I want a new tire at this point

This place is different everytime I go in. Sometimes the old guy behind the counter is a DOOF and other times I get someone else and they are sharp as a tack. I see the old guy and I walk back out and come back the next day just so I can get good information and service. Sevice is normally fairly fast.

Service writer does not know what theyre talking about came in with a problem he said it might be this or something and I went to the next shop about 2 miles down the road they replaced the part of that was the problem and the vehicle is all good honest people do good work this is not a good place to go

I brought a tire to this store to be repaired. It had a nail about an inch and 3/4 in from the sidewall. I was told Technically, we cant fix it. The outer tread is considered part of the sidewall. I can order a new tire for you if you want. The tire is a 2 yr. old Pirelli Scorpion - not a cheap tire. Nope. Not gonna get me today slick. I drove 2 blocks down to another store which shall remain un-named. They fixed it. When are you guys ever gonna learn ?

I went there for an oil change and a tire rotation on my fleet service vehicle it took quite a while to complete the service they informed me that they had replaced my license plate light a day later the lens covering the light fell off and when they rotated my tires they did not reprogram any of the tire pressure sensors and they didnt even change the PSI of the tires to what it says on the inside of the door so Ive been wondering why I have such a poor ride quality it turns out they had 80 psi in my front tires in 60 psi in my rear tires. Its kind of crazy that a tire specialty place cant even complete a tire rotation properly.

They did a good job on my alignment and even spent some extra time to get as close as they could to the specs I wanted. They get three stars because I had a 2pm appointment and my car wasnt even touched until 245.

They didnt properly tighten the lug nuts after a tire rotation. They stripped a cap so that it cracked. When I called to let them know, I was told the service manager would call us back to discuss it. Never heard from him.

The waiting room is pleasant and the people are very nice
