Stopped here for an oil change while we were visiting from out of town. These guys are absolutely the NICEST, maybe even kinder than the guys at our regular Firestone back home — and that’s saying something. Great work, reasonable prices, and efficient. Thanks so much guys!

Very thankful to have found Firestone in Blaine. They are efficient and they dont up-sell you unneeded items. As a young woman anytime I walk into a auto shop I get told I need new brake fluid and sensors and tires and a laundry list of items, when all I wanted was a standard oil change. Firestone in Blaine does not do that and I couldnt be more grateful! They are honest and dont try to scare you into spending unnecessary money. If you hate going to auto shops because they try to take advantage of you, you need to try Firestone in Blaine! They were awesome to work with and Im super thankful to have found them!

First off have to say excellent customer service from tire sales manager Tyler. Great job! Right as I walked in the door he greeted me with a positive and friendly attitude. After telling him I was getting all new tires he already walking showing me my selections and getting me quotes for a few. I went with his personal suggestion the Firestone weathergrips. A+. Three months down the road driving through states of snow, rain, and high winds I have to say the best tires I’ve gotten on my car. I’ll Definitely be going back to this great Firestone.

In and out fast.. Had an exhaust hanger replaced.. They didnt have the part in stock but in 15 minutes they had it from another car parts store. Total time was 45 minutes.

The service advisor Corey, and the technician Troy were very honest and straightforward with me about my cars problems and what I should do about them. He told me I might need an engine diagnostic for 100$, but said hed do what he could to figure out my problems for the basic auto care price tag, and it turned out he could, where any other mechanic shop might have said they needed to do the expensive diagnostic. He took the time to explain what was going on and what my options were. Even if I dont get these problems fixed here, Im definitely going to consider this place in the future.

Brought car in to have A/C Condenser replaced because Meineke did not get the job done the day it was supposed to be worked on. Firestone did a couple of tests and could not confirm there was a leak. After everything was finished they determined the system was sound and just needed to be recharged.Meineke was going to charge me 700 dollars and I paid less than 200 to Firestone and A/C is plenty cold.

Had a 9 AM sunday appointment... show up at 8:55... dark, nobody home... door locked... hours on the door say 8-5. wait 10 minutes. try calling, no answer... customer care sends me to tires plus... they dont do the service i need. firestone seriously dropped the ball. will not be going back there.

I had a tire blow out on the highway and was towed to this location, so not necessarily how I had wanted/planned to spend my afternoon. Tyler was friendly and kept me updated throughout the afternoon. Tasha and Troy did a great job with the tire replacement and alignment.I would highly recommend!

Went here to get break pads replaced, they our car taken apart and then told us if they replace the break pads (which wouldve cost just under $400) the calibers would possibly break and need to be replaced, so they were trying to up sale me. $400 originally, but with the calibers it would be $1,000+.. go screw yourselves! Up saling is illegal. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED. WE LEFT. NOT COMING BACK.

Rude to customers. Was waiting for vehicle to get finished and they would just talk rudely about previous customers. If I had my own tools to switch out my tires I would of NEVER gone there.

Slow service. Associates seem to have more pride in there personal conversation instead of there work. Over an hour for a tire repair is bazaar.

I am a new customer and was in the waiting room for almost 3 hours today. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. Both the technician and Tyler thanked me for my patience. While I was there I listened to many conversations Tyler had with customers. I train customer service with employees at my facility. Tyler was excellent! You chose the right person to be up front as the face of your business. I heard another customer say he has gone to other locations but now he will only take his business to Tyler!

The website, phone number, and door sign state they open at 8:00am, but no one is here at 9:15am. There is no other signs or indication that there hours have changed.

I wouldnt go anywhere else for any car repairs but Blaine Firestone. Had some control arms done and spark plugs and some engine gaskets replaced. My vehicle has over 280,000 miles and with Firestone around I think its got a lot left to go! Used my Firestone credit card, got a discount and 6 months to pay it off with no interest. Where else can you go and get this? Not to mention the pleasant conversation with the guys who work up front. Excellent experience everytime I go here.

Firestone Complete Auto Care in Blaine - Highly recommend for your auto repair. I came in for an inspection and was given recommendations on what needed to be fixed and an explanation on why in a way that made sense to me. The manager Corey was very patient with my questions and made sure I was well taken care of. The waiting room was well maintained and the staff was very friendly. I was in and out in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back.

They honored my coupon for another store and told me I had mismatched tires, so good value for the price. I dropped my car off an hour ago for an oil change and inspection and walked across the street. I came back after an hour and my car is on the lift without tires and no one working on it. I brought it up to the person up front and they lit a fire under the employees, who at the time were standing around talking to each other.Good: boss does his job, they honor coupons for other stores, and they dont try to oversell. Overall good customer service up front.Bad: techs seem lazy and slow. I know how working on a Saturday is, but when youre busy at work, youve gotta prioritize your job over your social life.Overall Ive had worse service, but this isnt the best first impression.

Such a great experience!! Flat tire on the way to the zoo with two kids under two and this place was close and only place open. Justin was so helpful and patient with this stressed mama! He got our car in, they patched it and we were still able to go to the zoo on a Sunday!! Customer service was perfect and fixed it in a timely manner! thank you!!

They ended up pushing my car both into the lot and again into the bay so I could get snow tires put on. Then they test drove it to make sure I would have plenty of traction to keep me safe. Stood at the desk for 5 minutes. One guy was collecting all of the keys at the front desk. The other guy was finishing up paperwork. Neither one of them acknowledged me until after the paperwork was completed. All they needed to say is Ill be right with you. Just be courteous. Then, the guy says do you need help? I said no Im just standing here for fun. (Idiots!) I wont be back needless to say! I hope my oil change goes well.

I was getting a tire replaced that took a staple in the sidewall, they scan the tire found it was insured, and gave me the new tire at a quite reduced price. All told it took about an hour, which was quite a bit faster than I had anticipated considering I did not have an appointment. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and called me as soon as they were done.

One of the attendants helped me to know why my car was always showing light that my tyres pressure were low.Now all is good after I rectified

I had a terrible experience with the Firestone Complete Auto Care at 8630 University Ave NW, Minneapolis, MN 55448. Ive gone there quite a few times in the past year since moving to Minnesota and prior to this have had positive and friendly experiences in general - oil change, control arm replacement, new tires, etc.I took my car in for a brake repair several months ago. Less than a month after that, when driving home, my front driver side wheel fell off. Completely. The lug nuts had loosened and fallen off. I took it in to the same Firestone that had done the brake job.I was told they would repair everything free of charge but it was certainly not their fault. I was given different impressions from different people (Well it wasnt us This is really a worst case scenario for us These things happen - you understand, we understand). Regardless, they got my car road worthy and told me they had ordered a fender and it would be in by the weekend.Several days later I started hearing a scraping sort of noise from my passenger side wheels - I could hear one of the wheels turning and the noise was getting louder the longer I drove. When I looked at the wheels the back passenger side wheel was much hotter than all the others. I called Firestone and asked if I could have them look at it. I thought I was probably being paranoid but it was better to check it.I brought it in that evening and explained what I had heard and felt happening, they said the heat was from being in stop and go traffic, didnt check anything on the car and re-tightened the lug nuts on the wheels. The noise persisted, and I asked a mechanic friend to check it for me as well. He immediately found that the caliper had gotten stuck in a locked position on the rear passenger side wheel, and it had likely ruined other parts of the car (rotor, etc.). He recommended I not even drive it home and said he would feel unsafe doing so.The employees at Firestone didnt tighten the lug nuts properly. They did not check the wheel when I brought it in. They assumed I was overreacting or imagining it (because I am a young woman maybe), and sent me out again with a car that wasnt safe to drive. It has been a month and after checking about the fender when it didnt arrive (twice) when they said it would - they said they would call me when the part came in. I still have received no call.I am extremely unhappy with the service there. I will not take any car back, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone who isnt familiar with car problems. I couldve gotten in an accident and hurt someone, twice, due to their negligence.This was a dangerous situation they did not take seriously.

My car had a heating issue,and with our never-ending winter,I preferred a working heater.I explained what was happening, and a diagnostic was recommended.I was given a time frame in which to return. I was called back sooner than anticipated with good,and not so good,news.Not so good was the diagnostic results..Each staff member involved shared their opinion with me.I was part of the decision making process. Something I have not previously experienced at an auto service center.Good news was I was not charged for the diagnostic! I’m not from Minnesota, but I do a lot of work in the Minnesota area. I have a 2017 suburban that was having some alignment issues. I called around and no one could get me in before my 12 o’clock business appointment. I called firestone and a guy named Corey answered the phone. I explained to him I had just put brand new tires on my car, but was noticing some pulling and was trying to get my truck as soon as possible for an alignment. I called him around 930am and I was 20 minutes away from the shop. He told me everyone was booked in the shop, and because it was such short notice he didn’t think they could do it that early. I explained to him I was from Wisconsin and didn’t really feel safe driving it that far knowing something wasn’t right. He immediately told me to bring in my truck and that he would take care of it himself if he had to. He told me he would rather me feel safe than driving the car home and something happening. He told me to come right away, so I did. I walked in the shop and he took care of me immediately! I was so impressed with the kind gentle spirit he had towards me. Everything was finished in a timely manner, and was sent on my way to my noon appointment. This is the true meaning of customer service, not just because he set aside time to make sure a stranger was safe, but because he was so genuine. You have one amazing person working for your company! Spent over $1000 on snow tires and steel wheels for them. Good tires nothing wrong with that, but when I brought it back in after winter to have the old tires put back on, this would literally take 5 minutes, they told me Id have to drop it off and leave it there for a couple hours. I could have done this myself but didnt have a torque wrench or a jack besides the horrible one that came with the car. Never again will I bring my vehicle here.

Took my highland there twice to check the electrical issues. They charged me 60 for it and fixed nothing. While driving my car died. My friend found the connection on the alternator was corroded. How can I trust a professional business to miss that? Not ever coming back.

Have not had an issue with them yet. Have taken my car there twice. They are prompt and thorough. Their service is relatively fast. They have free WiFi and a neat phone charger in their lobby.

Went in Sunday afternoon, they werent busy, started on my car right away, and took care of the problem. Appreciated the quick service, since I had a 6 hour drive ahead of me.

Recently, in 09/08/2019 My son drove from University of Wisconsin Eau Clair to pick up some needs and at mean time celebrating our daughter engagement. On his leaving back to Wisconsin around 5pm he got a flat tire. I start desperately running between St. Anthony, New Brighton and Mounds View praying and asking for any auto parts to be open to get the tire fix, but no one could help me cause was too late; every one was about to close. Till I reach FIRESTONE at Spring lake Park with was the only one even after hour, the Service advisor 03 RAYMOND AND technician 08 SHERIF they understood my despaired to get this kid on the road back to Class next day, thats when they decided no matter how too latte was, they told me, we are going to help your you getting your son to the road for his class tomorow. I cant thank full enough for their help specially seen the service adviser coming down having his hands dirty to help the technician finishing the job. They have their mind made up from he first phone call that you will need something huge repaired. Unfortunately have had things repaired there too often. I spent over $2000 in repairs - one of my concerns was my check engine light. I started up the vehicle and it was still on. They pulled it in, unplugged my battery and said it just needed to be reset. Made it 1/2 mile from shop and came back on....i refuse to go back. When I was quoted such a high price, one of their workers actually put a piece of paper with their phone number on it, offering to do it for cheaper!

Called 10 shops nobody could get me in to patch my leaky tire except these guys and they did it for half the price of every other shop in the area! Thanks for saving me, great work, quick, great customer service!

I got a flat just outside their shop (500ft) so naturally I tried to get it repaired. I was turned away because they were too busy. Had to call a tow truck from a tire shop. Not bad service...no service at all actually, but probably will never go back.

This location Did a great job friendly ,clean, with great team work. Very good experience.

Balanced my tires for a vibration, but didnt bother checking air pressure. My TPMS warning light went off later that day and I had to add air to my low tires! They also didnt fix the vibration and wrote it off to wet roads as to why it couldnt be properly test driven. Disappointed.

I was helped by dominic and pam on a saturday, late in the afternoon.They had to drive to another store to get tues in the right size for my car. They did the mounting, balance and an alignment in record time. Im a picky customer, careful about how the weights are tacked on and so on.The service was excellent.
