Fantastic pharmacy, owner, and employees. My prescriptions are ready as needed/scheduled and they are always helpful and friendly! I sent a colleague to get vaccine shots and they saw him immediately!Highly recommend Main Street Pharmacy as your local pharmacy!

Ive never walked into the store when Jeremy didnt welcome me like I was walking into his home. The staff is helpful and Jeremy is an advocate for the town beyond the doors of his store. If he doesnt have what you need, hell get it. Hell go to bat for every patient that walks in the door.

Caring and friendly customer service from staff! The Blacksburg/Virginia Tech community is lucky to have the business on Main Street in Downtown just steps away from campus. Also, the pharmacy supports many VT sports and other VT organizations. I highly recommend this pharmacy to all VT students, NRV residents, and visitors.

10/10 would highly recommend. Jeremy was very friendly. I wasn’t feeling great that day and his humor cheered me up. You get that great family atmosphere, unlike a big box pharmacy. You feel welcomed and they really do try give you advice and get you headed in the right direction. It was nice to get consultation and advice without even having to call someone. This is the place to go. Stop in and leave in a better situation than you were in when you walked out.

After growing tired of the lines in chain pharmacies, or waiting for a call to pick up my medicines, I decided to give the local guys a shot here at Main Street Pharmacy. They have been awesome! In a time where you go to pick up your prescription(s) at chain pharmacies and they “never got your prescription from the physician’s office,” Main Street excels at customer service and taking care of their customers. I always feel like I’m valued there and that means a lot in this day and age. Shop small and support local businesses not greedy corporations!

Main Street Pharmacy is my go-to destination to fill prescriptions. I find the attention to detail as well as the ability to connect with the pharmacists is much better than the national chains. If I ever have a question or concern about a medication, I always get a straightforward answer.

Couldnt find the right diaper rash cream. Brought something similar but it wasnt the right stuff. Will have to return it later.

Wow, just a great crew of people serving their customers and community very well. I had two meds to pick up and they put one on m y insurance and one was cheaper out of pocket, very cool! I also got a free bottle of hand sanitizer to boot!

Main Street Pharmacy is a staple on Blacksburg. Jeremy (a Tech Graduate) makes it a point to provide top of the line service while also finding ways to give back to the community, residents, and students.

This is a great local pharmacy.Jeremy is a great guy and is quite active in the Community Pharmacy movement. Great fast service and priced right.This is a pharmacy not a mini grocery store.They have a few snacks and sodas and such. I am a retired Navy Pharmacy Tech and I highly recommend this pharmacy.And if you contact them through Facebook he answers pretty quickly.

First experience with this pharmacy today, and it was great! We have a sick child and were worried about getting his prescription filled on this snowy day. My husband was able to get there easily, and came back with nothing but great things to say about them and the pharmacist. Quick, efficient, compassionate. What a great pharmacy to have in town!

Overpriced rather go to Blacksburg. But there is a couple nice places to eat near by.

I cant imagine using a different pharmacy. My doctor called in medication for me this morning, and the pharmacy had my prescription ready within a couple of minutes of my arrival. The service here is always fast, but more importantly it is professional and friendly.

Dr. Jeremy Counts is a wonderful man who learns your name and doesnt forget who you are. Always quick and friendly. Very down to earth and helpful with everything. Also reimburses your money when and if your insurance isnt working correctly. Goes above and beyond to help his customers. So glad small town pharmacy came to Blacksburg.

Jeremy the Pharmacist was very rude to me and my wife. We are hard of hearing and he kept making jokes about my wifes Virginia hat and her prescription to another person.

Always personable and friendly, as well as the best prices when compared to chain RX stores.

Went to fill a prescription and received 14 out of 90 pills. They did not tell me, all they said was, cheerfully, that they filled my prescription. I called 2 days later and they said they did not know when they would have it back in stock. If they had said there was a shortage I could have gone somewhere else, but they didnt, so I had 3.5 days worth of meds and otherwise can go screw myself I guess.Update: it got resolved

Love this pharmacy and the employees very helpful the only trouble is the hours closes at 12 on Saturday and closed on Sundays. But over all the pharmacy in blacksburg i will still use them. Thank Yall.

This is the first pharmacy where i have been treatted like a human. The staff are very caring and as sweet as can be.

Support your local independent pharmacy! The pharmacists here are amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and they make feel welcome from the word go. By my second visit the main pharmacist knew me on site and asked about my family. We lost prescription coverage temporarily because of insurance change, and the prices they got us for my wifes expensive meds were unbelievable! Nearly as low as my old insurance copays! Main Street will treat you right.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL to get the medicine the make in the pharmacy. Not effective at all and they just want to get your money and run away!

What a precious family. If youre all about buying local and live in the NRV, Jeremy should be your pharmacist. The staff really take the time to develop a relationship with each patient. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I like that I get treated like Im not just a number. Too bad all pharmacies cant treat their customers as well as they do at Mainstreet Pharmacy.
