I usually don’t give reviews but this cvs just infuriates me. Im giving them two stars instead of one because the cashier I interacted with was super nice.DO NOT get your prescriptions sent here unless you want your time wasted. Every time I’ve come to get my prescriptions they either haven’t packaged it yet or it takes them forever to get it for me. It seems as if they’re really understaffed and I understand they have a lot of prescriptions to give but oh my gosh.

Giving 2 stars and not 1 because yes they used to be great. However since 2021 started for some reason they absolutely refuse to update my insurance even though I told them it was a new plan and gave them my card. They just glanced at it and said o yeah its updated every time. My old plan had no rx coverage so they jipped me at least $100 paying for things I shouldnt this year and then held one rx for a month telling me only that its still waiting for insurance. Of course it is you are billing the wrong one! Tranferred it to a local pharmacy who cares and had it in 2 hours. Also one time I tried to fill my maintenance meds and they told me they were a week behind filling rxs. I cant just stop taking maintenance meds and insurance is pretty strict about not filling it early so yeah, Im done. I dont blame the people at CVS they are just completely overrun.

This is the best CVS in the area. Great staff.

Absolutely livid..I got medicine called into this location on Saturday and they closed right as I was getting there.I called the other CVS to fill it and since it’s in process, they can’t fill it.So now I’m sitting at the ER because The CVS pharmacy I called it into is closed until Tuesday.

Please hire more people to work in the pharmacy. Severely understaffed.

I’ve been there a couple of times, and both ladies helped me greatly with taking pictures and printing them. They were patient and kind.

It was my first time, picking up prescription and the pharmacists were very helpful. Serena realized that I didnt insurance and provided a discount without asking me. I am eternally grateful and amazed that there are plenty of goodhearted people like Serena. CVS management here, you are doing right thing for humanity by having such nice people around. It helps the world heal little better.

Got a call the day prior saying my prescription was ready for pickup.Went the next day to pick it up.They asked me to wait till it was ready, which doesnt make sense, because they said it was ready the day before.I waited a half hour in the store because they said theyd call me up when it was ready.I left because I have to go to class.Thought I would be in and out.Hopefully itll be ready tomorrow when they say it is.

The pharmacists are very helpful every time I pick up a prescription here and work hard to sort out any issues.

Friendly, tidy, easy to find what I needed.

Pharmacy seems very understaffed.

Over an hour for a flu shot with no others waiting. Went to Walgreens and got it in 10 minutes.

Friendly but unbearably slow, and inflexible.Also, do not even attempt getting something sone if you need it urgently. Just will not happen. Ended up having to go to Kroger to get the prescription filled within 20 minutes.

Expensive, like every other CVS on Earth.

I just dont have the time for their endless wait anymore. The pharmacists are great, but otherwise, its just so frustrating.
