Came in to buy a mattress across the country so I would have it there when I arrive. The salespeople were super friendly and knew how to set that all up. Found a great bed and they found a sale the other store had that saved me some money. Thanks guys!

My husband and I came here after we received several recommendations to shop for a mattress here. We were greeted and helped right away. Regina helped us find the right mattress and got us a great deal we couldn’t refuse. Our experience mattress shopping was so much easier than we anticipated. Most of their beds are available in store and can be delivered the next day, so no long waits either. Very happy with our experience!

I came into the store not having a clue about mattresses and luckily i was helped by Reguna Jacques who was vary kind and friendly in helping me find what i need. she knows everything there is to know about her proffession and helped us find the best qwality for the best price and she even gave us huge discounts on what we chose for getting a box spring and bed frame. she even gave me free dilivery for getting all that and paying in full. they also have good finace options just make sure to bring you banks account and routing number. would buy from them agin!!

We had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm on Expressway! The staff was very warm and welcoming and the only thing they pushed was a free bottle of water or a soda. Other than that they simply helped us answer our questions and find the right bed for us. Couldnt be happier and I would recommend them to everyone. Jesse really helped us out. I got my bed delivered and the lift up box frame was broke and they told me that after they were done setting it up and said a part will be here in two weeks for it! We’re looking at over 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my part. I also paid for in home set up and they had the audacity to tell me to go to there store to pick the part up for the motorized bed frame and put it together myself.

Bought 2 mattresses, adjustable bed frame, mattress cover and adjustable legs since the mattress is very high for my parents who are 85 and 90 years old. Was promised adjustable legs would be here in 10 days, it is now weeks later, no legs, 3 employees have failed to help us, can’t find the order now, original order was wrong for the legs, they ordered head board brackets, very frustrated, mom and dad afraid they will roll out of bed, going over today to cut the legs down

We had hometown movers move us to the country in October which to only the hired employees fault we had a bad experience as they refused to remove their shoes or put down plastic on white carpet and in weeks to come we found food they had packed in suitcases and boxes of ours. We then bought a mattress from mattress firm and come to find they hire hometown movers for delivery. The employees again refused to put down plastic or remove shoes as they stated their insurance doesnt cover bloody toes or cuts. After insisting they do one or the other they dropped the mattresses in the driveway and said do it yourself...along with some vulgar language Ill not repeat. Just beware and plan accordingly is all. Mattress firm said they would look into it but could only refund a delivery fee...how about getting the mattress out of our driveway??? Since learned many in our community have not had good experiences with Mattress Firm!!! Stay away!!! 3.25.17 1 week later no delivery refund...called they said they could do that next monday...say what??? This store needs to go away!

I can in looking for budget friendly mattresses fir my triplets. I was shown a few different options and goven the life span on each. I was very thankful for the honest sales approach as that’s what I wanted . That had plenty on hand for needing 3 at once. I was able to go pick up right away! Very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend!
