I work long overnight shifts at the hospital and have been struggling to get good sleep. I brought my needs to BoxDrop, and they gave me suggestions to find the bed that was perfect for me. I appreciated how kind the staff were when I arrived to see the bed options. Was pleasantly surprised to learn it is a family-run business and mom, dad, and their daughter assisted me very kindly. I was able to try different beds with one-on-one support and they used a bedsheet to try the beds which was nice and felt very clean. Was happy with the twin-size pricing options of $80 or $130 and chose the higher-priced one as it was firmer. Nice to have two design options for the twin bed as well. And the $50 delivery option was great, too. The people who delivered my bed were very nice and quick. They arrived on time and greeted me with smiles.

We were very pleased with the ease of effort it took to set up our private appointment and it was even more convenient when we found out that we could shop on a Sunday, when we had time available, as well. One disappointment with that was that people did just walk in while we were still shopping for our mattress & bed, so it wasn’t exactly “private”. Our salesperson, Jordyn, was extremely knowledgeable in all details of the mattresses, beds and accessories that we were interested in and she took ample time with us as we decided what we wanted. The purchase was hassle free and pickup was easy. All salespeople were helpful in answering our questions during the shopping, purchasing and set up process. We would highly recommend BoxDrop to any of our friends and family for a good shopping experience. To top it off, we are getting better sleep and we really love our new bed!

I bought a high quality firm mattress and box spring . I been completely satisfied with my new bed. Its a little higher then expected but the comfort and cooling qualities are great. I would recommend anyone looking for a good nights rest to stop and check out their mattresses.

Having bought an older home a couple years ago, I had a queen sized bed which I wanted In The basement bedroom. Everything was moved to the bedroom but the box spring. I could not get it down the staircase. I contacted the Bakers and inquired about a split queen box spring and a few days later I got a call that it was in.
